The streets were packed towards the path of the dungeon portal. Shinobu was surprised by how many people were actually cheering. Those who were forced into a dungeon were probably broken, especially after the thought of their own family being happy that thy got to sacrifice their own life. Luckily Shinobu counted no one as her family anymore. Her mother's death put her own goal in a spiral, and here she was.

The area with the huge glowing vortex turned out to be mildly sandy everywhere, despite the glowing city lights just behind-which were only set up at night. Time was not same in the dungeons as it was in the cities. If it was night here, it could be still morning within the yearly dungeon. The time always changed whether the domain was easy or not. She herself was packed with items held inside her purse. Shinobu didn't dwell on the thoughts of the monsters tearing away the supplies, just brought it along anyway. From what she heard, there was somewhere to 'save' equipment in a safe zone. At first it sounded ridiculous, but then again, everything around here was.

The steady crowd veered away, another group-possibly the seniors-up front. Shinobu was actually pretty earlier since the other newer recruits weren't already here. She waited for the original members for the dungeon to pass through the portal before following through behind. It was an odd, feeling, just a little warm tingle. The scenery inside was just for a few seconds-a space-like view. And then it all dispersed, the inside of the domain coming through in sight. It was a mere beach-surrounded nearly all by water except the part where it connected to a bridge that led up to a big dome. Another bridge road past the waters and she could only just see it reach to the middle section. Shinobu stood there to check out the surroundings of the area before settling on a wooden bench labeled "SAFE." Did all Domains have safe zones then?

The senior group was huddled up, rounding up a conversation about the newcomers when Shinobu caught sight of the area she spawned flickering. The light was bending in her eyes, but she figured the other members were arriving just on time. Harvard, the leader of this group, stopped speaking so that everyone's attention went to the newcomers just spawning. Shinobu wasn't thrilled to see so many people plucked from freedom, but it wasn't like it hadn't happened to her too.
