Also is Texas still in that wierd shape? Or can i propose a different shape? I think I'll show it to you and see if you like it.

Hey guys if you are talking about impossible percentages in the army you can't forget my country. 100% are in the army and are equipped with a bullet resistant steel or titanium vest (titanium is for officers/veterans) and they train (at the very) least monthly. But then again they are a Militia force so it is possible.

Even the elderly, kids, children, teens, infirm, and infants?

You do understand titanium is ridiculously heavy and practically impossible to produce for most factions though, right?

Oh, and you never got back to me on which one of us would be responsible for patrolling the I-80. As I said, the 80s do not negotiate whatsoever, and the NCR does have a lot of cavalry now.

Well not them but 100% of able bodied men and women are in the militia. Also the Titanium is not produced it is scavenged and so in very limited supply. As for being heavy, it is put into a vest and so it is not like it is an entire suit of armor made out of it. I think it should be manageable to wear.

I think that it would be a shared responsibility. Like you patrol one half and I patrol the other.

As for cavalry, I think that my forces will mostly be infantry and use pack brahmin, with maybe a horse or two for scouting.

Titanium is exponentially heavier than steel.

How would you patrol your side? I have a cavalry regiment of five hundred men and horses I can dedicate to I-80. And who is liable if a caravan is ambushed on the other's side?

At least, my NCR horses. Since I doubt your area would have horses, if you want, we can have it so your faction bought a few from our merchants and caravans.

Cool. Actually my area would have a decent amount of horses because of the farms in Utah. In fact I have a farm right across the street from my house, and I live in one of the more populated areas of Utah.

So yes or no to that? Because low key I want bragging rights to being the main source of horses on the West Coast.

No you would never have that bragging rights. Wyoming would probably have more, they'd probably have droves of wild horses running the virtually uninhabited plains of Wyoming. So to be honest the raiders there would probably be the main supplier of horses all across the country.

Mongols.... Fallout 5 we need this.

Horses can't really defend themselves from these wasteland creatures. Plus most wouldn't be wild at first, they would have to learn how to survive again.

*cough* Great Khans *cough*

Also did New Vegas ever expand into Legion territory in our Rp? You used to play them so are their borders still confined on their side of the Colorado?

Las Vegas is a hell zone. Nothing in that area will ever belong to any of us.

Tons of wild Brahmin? The only completely wild Brahmin I've ever seen in a Fallout game was in Fallout 4.

OK but there are a lot of wild horses in places like Yellowstone already. So even if the domesticated ones would die from predators and stuff the ones that are already wild will probably survive.

Oh so Las Vegas was destroyed in the fighting? Does this include the Legion side of the Colorado?

Yellowstone is actually probably awesome looking. I'll have to annex that area sometime.

So what're you protecting your side of the I-80 with?

I am protecting my side of the I-80 with militia forces who are in charge of patrolling that area. It's sort of like basic deployment for the army today.

You just get called up.
