OOC

I'm hoping they will. Maybe try adding a little more to the beginning excerpt? Might help attract some more players

No limits i can think of, you can make cousins, uncles, whatever you want really.

I was thinking of having a royal knight, not of noble blood but a trusted guardian of one of the royal families. Not sure which would be appropriate for him. A stalwart persona who's always been loyal and true in times of war, strife, and battle tested. (Not sure how romance would work with this one but maybe someone will take interest lmao)

Well, the ruling family of Verlais is quite new as they came to power through a peasant revolt. You could make a character that was a friend of the current King or a commander in the peasant revolt. You could also make him a royal Knight for the ruling house of Riga, protecting the new Queen. The RP will take place in the capital of Verlais.

How close would he be to the queen? Like her right hand? Because I intend to be more of a personal guardian than just some run of the mill royal knight.

Yeah, her captain of the guard, her number one protection, the only man she can truly trust.
