sooo like i have a question (or a few)... If I were to make a character would they have to be a parent or adult old enough to own (mortgage) a house? Also, if I were to make a thread would that thread be more like a family thread than a character thread?

Though it's not require, I do recommend that you make some sort of family. As well as this, you do need to have AN adult, whether they're just attending the local college for a liberal arts degree or looking for a place to settle down with a loved one.
