That rule has changed. You can start RPing as long as you have a accepted OC.

Yes. These are sensitive topics. And can really offend some people. For me, I don't mind those Conversations. But I have to think about everyone here. You know what I mean? But. I might be a bit light on it. Just don't go into detail about it. 
 
I'm pretty sure you can delete it. It's like you click on the text in the box backspace all of it and then delete the box. If that makes sense:/
 
Now that I've introduced my new character, I'd go and finish making my OC page for her. Can't go around breaking my own rules. Until then, my character. (Who doesn't have a name yet. But let's use "Renny" as a place holder name.) Will stay strictly a one dimensional-side character with no immediate importance or purpose.
