@Bree take a paper towel, run it under cold water, and then put it either on your forehead or the back of your neck. That works for me.

Yeah I had to take a nap earlier. But that was more due to the fact that when I tried to hold my phone it would fall and slip out of my hands because I was falling asleep as I was writing.
