This is the OOC, character submission, and RP request for the fantasy Roleplay named Pandora, here are the general rules of the pandora OOC.
Rule 1 - Treat others with respect Everyone knows this rule, and it speaks for itself, do not bully others, or make fun of them, if they ask you to stop doing something then please do

Rule 3- Racism We all like jokes but do not push it, and do not push it to the very limit and hide behind a joke as an excuse, this goes for sexism and homophobia alike. Also no N-word with ER, it’s an instant ban, even if you’re the same race I do not tolerate the N-word with ER.
Rule 4 - Don't be overly negative Nobody here will be forced to act happy all the time but do not make it a point for everyone to know you may be a bit under the weather one day, and if you are not feeling good after an RP remember that people are playing characters so try to keep any negative feels to that character and not that person
Rule 5 - Do not roleplay until you're approved. Speaks for its self.

¥》Personality: Uriel is an energetic, positive, and playful young man, or that's what he seems to act like, he has a lot to hide, and a lot traumatizing expierence, he only shows this "true side" when in a very emotional state, Uriel's usual motivation is to give people with issues or those who down hope as it's like a natural thing he feels like he has too.

¥》Magic Ability: Uriel magic is primarily light, being able to put it onto objects to enhance it, as well as use it to burn people, he can also shape and form this said light to anything he wants, Uriel second ability is what he calls "Hope Revenge" where those who he THINKS are bringing despair to others he can punish them by making them unable to move what's so ever, another thing he can do is rib limbs off as punishment but only once, the last thing he does is put you into a pocket dimension where he can do anything in that world as it's his to manipulate, but he can only use Hope's revenge when making eye contact.
