I'm guessing you're looking at Asp. This is a character that may have a wide arsenal of skills. However, they were acquired over many years. He's 45, which is not a small weakness on its own. This line is also crucial: "whenever he can, Asp refrains from using his true skills". As for Ray, I think he's quite alright.

I forgot to clarify in my intro post but for the sake of avoiding misunderstandings, PCs (player characters) are all in the same working shift aka they work and sleep together.

On a side note, please avoid controlling NPCs (non-player characters) such as guards, other miners, later civilians etc. I'm here for a reason.
