Regardless of where the story decides to go from here, there will no doubt be characters who influence the story and are not members of the crew themselves. And thus, the Neutral Characters tab was born! This is a place to keep track of the information that has been revealed thus far about said characters. The Bronze Rifle Pirates will be listed here eventually as well as information on some new NPCs appearing in Prologue: The Island of Cannibals.
