  Histories

  The BeginningThe Red Ribbon Pirates initially formed one year ago when Captain Scarlet Johanna Indigrid stumbled upon Danny and Ziggy and convinced them to steal a ship with her. • A Basic Explanation
  

  The One Piece globe is set up very different from the globe we are familiar with. There are 4 seas: The East Blue, The West Blue, The South Blue and The North Blue. A single continent called The Red Line wraps itself around the globe and within the center of that continent is Reverse Mountain, the treacherous pathway that allows ships to enter The Grand Line which runs perpendicular to The Red Line. The Grand Line itself is bordered on both sides by a calm belt - a stretch of water where there is no wind and there is no current. Throughout each of the four seas and The Grand Line itself, islands dot the landscape creating an archipelago of sorts.

  An island containing the boring hometown of First Mate Dannielle "Danny" Chasseur.

  Cananimal Island

  This is an island with a very unique culture. The animals on the island, long secluded and without food, developed a lifestyle that very much mimics the idea of cannibalism. The people on this island, after having a long history of experiencing pirate raids, decided to adopt a cannibalistic persona as well making it appear as though everyone on the island is a cannibal although in reality, they are not. It is just their way of scaring people away from the island and it has been fairly successful for the islanders thus far although some of the success could also be credited to the recent addition of a marine base to the island.

  Alah Whalla Takoe

  This island is inhabited by a group of tribal people who survive off the fruits they are able to harvest from the island itself along with the fish that swim just off of the island's shores. This island is the home of the Red Ribbon Pirates' shipwright "Angel" Auh'Lahain.

  
  
  
  

  The East Blue

  
  
  

  LogueTown

  Due to this island's proximity to Reverse Mountain, it is another common stop within the East Blue for both pirates and marines alike because Reverse Mountain is one of only two known ways to enter the Grand Line. This is also the home of Leonardo Trace, a swordsman with the Red Ribbon Pirates.

  Gioru Island

  Being very central and easily accessible within the East Blue makes this island a prime location for individuals to stop and restock on supplies as they journey through the East Blue. It is also well known for its medical school, Civerus Rise, and it is the hometown of the Red Ribbon Pirates' doctor, Marcus Gaverenton.

  Fischer Island

  Although small, this island has a large fishing industry and is the former home of Tora Merlin.

  Mercantore

  Similar to many other islands within the East Blue, Mercantore is a common trade stop along any ship's journey through the seas. While it is primarily under marine authority, there are still many events which occur along this island that can make it a dangerous place.It is formerly the home island of the Red Ribbon Pirates' quartermaster, Johnathan.

  The North Blue is currently being held under the rule of a small collection of World Nobles. Slavery runs rampant within this sea, uncontrolled, unrestricted, uncontained although it is technically limited to the Halvalla Archipelago.
  
  
  

  Halvalla Archipelago

  The Halvalla Archipelago is the birthplace of Captain Scarlet Johanna Indigrid and it is also under the direct rule of a small collection of World Nobles. Under their rule, slavery thrives within the archipelago and it is technically legal on these islands.

  Halenten

  This is one of the few islands untouched by the World Nobles within the South Blue, most likely due to the strength of its inhabitants, both in willpower and in physical strength. The inhabitants tend to refer to it as Karate Island because that more adequately describes what it is. It is a refuge for people to train in martial arts and grow stronger. Masters would often return to the island after they had accomplished their life goals, and they would stay to train the next generation. This island was home to the Red Ribbon Pirates' janitor, Clay Plainswalker, for a time.

  Centaurea

  This island within the South Blue has been unstable for quite some time, haing been the battleground for a collision between an unknown organization and the Revolutionary Army. Centaurea also happens to be the home of Red Ribbon Pirate Ulysses Jakobi Livingston.

  Pescatore

  A small secluded island thrives on a fishing industry due to their seclusion from other islands as well as the lack of trade due to their distance from many other islands. This is the home island of Katarina, the Red Ribbon Pirates' chef.
