I can go either way for Haru, joining or already being part although generally I prefer to discuss with individuals the relationship between the two character if there is one beforehand.

I'd like to actually start Narumi out now apart of the crew, and have sorta an Usopp thing go on where when she first meets the crew she tries to intimidate them with some stupid plan for some reason or another. Shenanigans happen and she ends up joining the crew.

I never said Panda captain was a bad thing.

I think Kanto would do fine whether he started with the crew or not, so I don't mind on that point.

I think I was the one that suggested panda would be bad, though that was entirely in jest. XD Pandas are adorable!

Okay, Haru should be good to go. The bio is rough but it's about the best I can pull off without the computer up and running.

We shall be starting the RP later today. The first arc will be about our characters meeting up and the crew to be formed (Also probably stealing ship as is a reasonable goal with the amount of crew mates we'll have). This Arc will take place in Shells Town, with town in high alert as word got out that some one is come after the captain of the marine post.
At this point to clarify the crew has not been form (or at least none of you meant Pen yet). If you guys want to say your characters know each other before hand go right ahead. Also if you don't want your character to join the crew in this arc that is also okay and we'll set up an arc for them to join in another arc to come. This arc will be mainly to introduce our characters and form at least the initial crew.
