Hello !! I'm Astrid, I'm 22, she/her, and currently in my final semester of nursing school ! I have a fair bit of free time right now, and would so so so love to not be ghosted again,,,
I've been roleplaying off and on for about 10 years(and I really mean off and on, like a couple years on, couple years off, but i love it sm still). I'm also really new to how things work on this website, because this was not my roleplay site of choice as a teen (rip Quotev).
I've been getting really back into Borderlands after many years and am replaying the games! Currently, I have played Borderlands 1, 2, Pre-Sequel, and Tales. I plan to play 3 and New Tales hopefully soon, and definitely before 4 comes out!
I'm searching for oc x cc. And I will so so so happily double up! I feel guilty when I don’t, so honestly, I expect to double up!
also, if I do something ooc or something with a cc, just let me know!! I’m autistic and even being fictionally mean is hard sometimes, so just tell me if something is wrong please !! I’ll do my best to fix it and learn ! Ppl hardly ever give feed back and I’m left stranded
CC wise, I’m looking for either Mordecai or Brick. For you, I’ll happily learn any character to write for you! From Handsome Jack to Roland, Krieg to Lilith, I will do my best!
In terms of length, I try to match my partner. I find that I can get bored fast if the responses are too short/not impactful, but if they get too long I can lose track of time between responses/lose the energy to do it. I usually aim for a few hearty paragraphs, probably aiming around 400-600 words I would estimate? Shorter can be okay, though! (I write a lot better than this, i prommy. im very informal when chatting but I try so hard to write good responses and starters)
For dark themes, I don’t mind them. I do not like romanticizing them tho, and would like them to be used respectfully. I also do not roleplay smut!
Anyway, if you're interested in any part just let me know! Even if it's just to chat, I'd be so happy to just have someone to be feral with about some characters and events of the games !!!
