BackSet
The Great Thief Yatagarasu!
Races:
Hylians are a long eared race that typically lives about 70-80 years. Their hair colors range from black to light brown with the occasional blonde hylian. Their eyes tend to be either blue or green with brown eyes being rare. What specifically makes Hylians stand out is their ability to band together and work in unity. For this reason, many Hylians have been recruited into King Ganondorf’s army as guards, soldiers, and tacticians.
Sheikah are nimble people who are shrouded in secrecy. Since King Ganondorf’s rule began they have hidden their town, Kakario Village. Little else is known about the sheikah besides this. Their hair is known to be White, no other color has been spotted, and their eyes red. Some Sheikah live outside of Kakario Village. These Sheikah are few and far in between. It is known that since his rule began King Ganondorf has been searching for Kakario.
Gorons are a thick skinned race that eats rocks. Gorons have no hair and their eyes are deep blue perfectly round spheroids with no iris and no pupil, almost like a gemstone. Ever since the beginning of Ganondorf’s rule the Gorons have been a slave race, most of them being forced to work in mines and others starved to the point of being feral and unleashed against enemies as shock troops. Gorons are incredibly strong, with teeth powerful enough to crush rocks and the ability to roll up into a ball and speed off at high speeds. Despite all this, however, they are a peaceful pacifist people. Most of them live in slave camps on mount death.
Zora are an aquatic race. Zora come in a variety of colors from red to blue to pink to green. They have characteristics of various aquatic creatures such as sharks and fish. Their eyes are mostly blue, green, and brown. Zora have remained largely independent from King Ganondorf’s rule, their top weather mages causing a constant rain to pour in the vicinity around their domain which causes problems to any of Ganondorf’s army who try to march on the domain. Zora ar very adept at magic, mostly weather magic. Their ruling cast consists of their most powerful mages. Zora are extremely weak to electricity and need to get back in the water immediately or risk death if shocked.
The Kokiri are a mysterious race that most believe to be merely legend. They are said to live in a secret grove in ocarina forest and to be eternally youthful. They are also said to always have a fairy companion that they are linked too. They can see through the fairies eyes and vice versa and if either the Kokiri or Fairy dies the other dies as well. They are very skilled with plants of all sorts. Their hair is anywhere from light ginger brown to blonde with the occasional green.
Rito are a race of bird people whose arms function as both arms and wings. They are known to be good bowmen and stick to a rigid class structure. They live in the large Rito Spire in the Eastern Snow Plains. Rito spire stretches up into the sky and the higher up you are the more important you are. Basic peasant workers, such as farmers and laborers are at the very bottom, just above them are the artisans and craftsmen, above them are the sages and wise men, above them are warriors and nobles, and at the very top is the Elder of the Rito. Rito have feathers in varying colors and their eyes are mostly blue and yellow. Nobody has really tried to mess with the Rito due to the lack of desirable resources in the Eastern Snow Plains and the fact that it’s freezing.
Gerudo are a race that can only bear female children except for once every hundred years when they bear a male child. Nobody knows why this happens but when it does that child becomes the King of the Gerudo. The most recent male child is Ganondorf, who currently reigns over Hyrule. The Gerudo do not let men into their desert town due to superstition and ancient tradition. Gerudo are the most common members of Ganondorf’s army. They have bronze skin and eyes that vary from red to blue. They are extremely resilient from years of living in the desert.
Clockworkers were originally created to do manual labor for Hylians. However, they were powered by magic, giving them sentience. They now live all over Hyrule, not really fitting in everywhere. Nobody seems to pay them any notice since they’re kind of just… there.
