  Jesse lives for the grand and glitzy life. Drowning in wealth and swimming in fame, we wishes for his face to be on every billboard. People will get on their black-and-blue knees for him. Insane greed drives his madness, while there is brilliance behind his controlled chaos. He would be able to finally feel as though he has the world in his hand, and prove that he has a worthy spot going down in history. He will be a true God.

  Jesse stands at a powerful 6'1, all long limbs and toned muscles. His most noticeable feature are the bright and bold ink tattoos slithering out from his sleeves and up his neck. They decorate almost all of his body, adding flair and stories in his body art. Along with the tattoos, he has a simple silver nose piercing, that he can't help but play with until he swears it'll become infected. His face and hair are not much to gush about, despite him taking obsessive pride in his Hollywood features and photo-perfect face.
  
  Personality;
  
  Jesse, in short, is one cocky bastard. Flaunting himself like he has all of the world's money in his jean's pockets, his life is a sparkly blockbuster movie, full of neverending cigarettes and endless liquor bottles and as many gorgeous women he can wish for. He's a man of indulging into the famous lifestyle, to be rich, young, and beautiful. There's no room in him to be naive - while, no doubt, he can be at sometimes - but his intelligence and creativity shine through in his schemes. Manipulative and sly, he believes that he is able to weave his way right into any brilliant mind. He has as many tricks as tattoos on his sleeves, and will act with a gleam in his eye and teeth bared.
  
  
  While Jesse is a true fighter, and will not hesitate to get violent, his weakness is his ego. Verbal fights have never been his strong point, and to have enough insults crashing him down will break him. He only lives to complete his crazy fantasy, and without that, he is nothing but a fraud and a liar. Mediocre and a kid with nowhere to go, he struggles to never give into his insecurities.

  Born and raised in Anarcity, he dreamed of living and exploring the beautiful city of Los Angeles - it was what he saw in the movies. A teenage rebellion from the start, and close to being a highschool dropout, he kicked the idea of a career and chose the path of freedom.

  Chole only has an interest in the deceased, the living bug her. She was driven into to being a villain when her boss said that she was fired because what she was doing with human bodys was illegal. She hopes to figure out more deeply how the human body works and if can be changed or controlled. If she were ever the ruler of Anarcity, her experiments would be on living people, thats all she wants, is someone to puppet, someone to play with.
  
  Description;
  
  Chole isn't anything special, she stands at 5'10 with the measurements 32, 24, 35 in bust, waist, and hips. She weighs about 120 pounds and has a set of piercing blue eyes that seem to gaze into your soul.
  
  Personality;
  
  Chole is very introverted, she doesn't talk to many people, except those who can't really speak back with their mouths. She actually has a very chipper and childish personality if she talks to you, always very hyper and slow to understand anything shes not really interested in. She very rarely talks to everyone in one room though - much like a nervous child, she spends all her time around a single person and never lets go of their pant leg. When she's alone or with a group of people she knows and trusts, or shes operating, she talks to herself. It's always about a body, what shes gonna do to it next, what type of body she wants to find next, little things like that. But she only rambles about this for about thirty seconds and then moves on and turns her childish eyes up to the only human being she respects, Jesse Rutherford.

Philosophy; Lily grew up in a poor family and was abused by her drunk father and every person she met would doubt her. She saw her mother being killed by the abusive father and decided to murder him herself when she was fourteen, she killed him by stabbing him with a broken beer bottle and stabbed him repeatedly in the chest. She grew up hating all of mankind and strives on pick pocketing and stealing as she's petite and dainty and innocent looking and she evens play those billionaires men and steals their money once she leaves them. If she ever gets to be ruler she would get revenge on everyone who even dared to doubt her


Personality; Lily is a sarcastic, flirty girl. If you look up the word 'cocky' in the dictionary you would find a picture of Lily smiling evilly at you, she super cocky and hates bubbly people. She also hates those you try to mess with her, she likes to stay focus on the job at hand and never get distracted. When's she angry she'll steal something valuable off you and keep it for herself. She's sly like a fox and loves a good party

History Summary; Lily wasn't the richest girl in the world and had the abusive alcoholic father. She murdered him when she was fourteen and most people would think she's 'A misunderstood teenager' But she wasn't, it was just an excuse for them not to talk to her. She ran away when she was sixteen and started to teach her to pick pocket and steal small items which grew into larger things and ended up her stealing from large banks and jewelry stores etc. She has escaped prison about five times before she turned seventeen and the world calls her the world's youngest thief in history

  Philosophy; "Play with fire. It's much more fun than people." Fire was always obsessed with, well, fire. He likes to burn everything. He loves the sight of it, the smell of it, the versatility of it's color. Fire drives Fire, and fire is how Fire wants the city to end. If it were his city, it would burn to the ground and be rebuilt in the image of his namesake.
  
  
  Description; Fire has black hair that is died yellow orange and red on the tips to resemble the classical depiction of his name sake. He has green eyes that are large and almond shaped. He has very pale skin, mostly because he spends most of the day in his garage assembling fire charges and designing fire traps.
  
  
  Personality; Fire is fiery. He likes to glare, he loves to fight, and he adores winning. He sets fires to feel joy, quite literally. You could say he is a pyromaniac, but then you'd end up burnt to a crisp. Fire tends to throw things at people passing, and only a tenth of those things are not fire charges. He believes people aren't worth life, and that the only thing that can fix it is burning them. He only wanders at night, when he sets all of his major fire.

Fire then set his house aflame and used his wits to start selling and buying fire charges. He has burnt down sixteen different buildings and counting.
