Jason Michaels

Location: Manhattan Island

Scenario: Bloody fucking war.

Jason's helmet was smothering him, the cool metal had become hot after extended periods in the sun and point that often made contact with his skin were quite hot. Of course Jason could not address that now, not in the middle of battle especially a battle that was quickly likely to be a rival of the previously battle of Manhattan. Jason weaved throug the parked cars Leading ge charge as best he could without being skewered on one of the pikes which had been lodged into the ground by various dracaena Manhattan were still there lashing back at the demigods as the advanced. A hail of arrows came down upon the serpent women moments before the demigods themselves crashed into their ranks. Jason weaved slashed and stabbed his way through the tangle of venom, blood, and steel blocking many strikes that would easily have been fatal and parrying others he beheaded nearly half a dozen of the monsters before he had a moment to gauge the distance. Rockefeller center was only a half a block away and the demigods were closing in fast in that moment he caught the glint of a spear tip coming at him. Knocking the spear up into the air the dracaena tried to close up her defense but Jason's kooks gad already found a no the tip poking out of her back they she shuddered, went limp and turned to dust. The next few minutes once again became a blur as they pushed forward he hoped the others were making such progress other wise they would have more enemies than they could handle.

Max should have been coming from the north, Artaith from the west, and Helena from the south. This of course required that they all break through the titan's defenses. Soon enough they broke through e plan seemed to have work he saw the monsters fighting the other formations the Romans and Greeks once again uniting to save a world that would never thank them. Then came the cyclops, ever since his encounter with cyclops' with Allie and Max the sight of one always enraged him. Jason broke the number one rule, never go alone. Jason charged the cyclops it raised it's club and swung down but Jason had already rolled to the left slashing the inside of the Cyclops' left knee he brought his swung back and lodged his kopis into it's right knee. The Cyclops roared as it fell to its knees Jason pulled his sword out of the monster and thrust upwards turning it into a spear and dusting the monster. It was then he realized that even with the demigods no more than ten feet behind him he was surrounded and facing yet another cyclops. This one was not as slow mentally or physically and swung his club so fast that Jason could barely put up his shield in defense. The collision broke Jason's arm and shoulder in addition to three ribs that were a result of his crashing into a rather sturdy minivan. Jason tasted blood the metallic taste filling his mouth he struggled to right himself in the dented pile of metal vision blurry but he saw the looming figure of the cyclops had hefted his club over his head with both hands bringing it down Jason clenched his teeth only able to watch as the club came down. The demigod was surprised when the club split and a softball sized hole appeared in the cyclops' chest. Jason groan and fell to his back overwhelmingly relieved that he hadn't just become a pancake, there would be hell to pay and then he'd have to face Helena.

Artaith Madison

Location: Manhattan Island

Scenario: On the front lines

Artaith twirled and moved swiftly and with a grace of a swan as she slashed and parried her opponent which happened to be a Manticore. She grinned a bit and froze the stinger before spinning around and in an arch, she slashed the stinger off, causing the manticore to freeze up and turn to dust. She barely had time to wipe her brow before she was quickly deflecting the trident of a dracaena and slashed the netting off her fellow demigod who had gotten snared by it. "Quick on your feet and fall back, I'll take care of this." She muttered as she pushed the Dracaena back before twirling her swords slightly. She hoped that, that demigod she saved lives long enough so she could lecture him on his poor technique and how in Hades did he get caught by Dracaena. She wondered briefly how the other leaders were doing before shaking her head and focusing on the task ahead of her.

She had managed to break through the defenses after defeating the manticore when she saw someone about to be crushed by a Cyclops Club before throwing one of her swords like a spear and incased in ice and shot it threw the Cyclops's chest before just nearly managing to block the Dracaena's trident, it still grazed her and she hissed slightly before glaring and quickly shooting forward as if gliding and quickly slashed the Dracaena in half before heading to find her other sword and finding her Half brother at the feet of the Cyclops she skewered. "Hey little bro." She said while grabbing his arm and helping him up.

Max Dysek & Takumi Murasame

Location: Manhattan

Scenario: wrecking face

Another day another battle Max thought as he launched yet another group of cyclops into the air only for them to get totally wrecked by archers. Max covered his eyes as cyclops blood fell down like rain with their disintegrating bodies shortly following. The young man ran a hand through his dirty blonde hair and looked further down the block towards their destination: The Rockefeller Center. From his view on top of a destroyed car he couldn't see the other demigods coming from every other direction, but he had a good look as to what he was facing. The North side of the building was heavily fortified and overloaded with troops, not to mention the fact that Max was looking as the front f*cking door as more baddies piled out. He sighed and tapped his foot. "She's late." He said as he watched as the new horde of enemies started to move towards the demigod and his troop of soldiers. "Takumi." He said turning to the smiling Asian kid beside him. "You did remember to inform Reale if this, right?" The Asian boy only smirked. "Like she needed to be informed." He said as he stepped up next to Max on the car and looked out at the horde of enemies. "This is the Roman Praetor we are talking about here... She'll make it." Max kept his attention ahead as he watched the horse close in. "She better hurry the f*ck u-" at that moment a large thunk noise echoed across the field stealing the attention of both campers and monsters in their entirety. "See." Takumi said as he cracked his knuckles. "Told you she'd make it." Max squinted into the air. Something was hurtling towards the monsters, something heavy and explosive. Max realized a second too late that he was currently standing in the blast radius of a mortar bomb and shoved Takumi back off the car and jumped down himself as the mortar struck the ground in front of the car. Max was sent sprawling onto the hard pavement as mortar rounds found their target all around the Rockefeller Center. Max felt the ground shake... No it was him. He looked up to see Takumi shaking him to see if he was alive. Max shook off the shock and turned back towards the carnage. The street was now populated with craters and monster dust. "Well..." Max said as he ran a hand through his hair, streaking it with fresh blood from his hands. "I'll give her credit... She's a good shot." Takumi smirked and went to go on praising the praetors actions but something else caught his eye. "Crap." Takumi said as the smirk was replaced with a grimace. "There's still a ton more." Max turned to one of the Apollo campers. "Blue Flare Arrow in the air now. Reale will get the signal." He said quickly before running up to join Takumi at the front. "Looks like we have to handle this ourselves." Max said as he activated his gauntlets. "Ready to decimate these punks?" Max asked as Takumi's alchemical tattoos began to glow. "Always have been." Then the two charged.

Takumi had always been a show off, and now he was too overjoyed to utterly wreck everything in his path. Takumi ran in front of Max as the two charged the horde alone, the mass group of Archers taking out any and all stragglers left behind. Takumi pressed his hands together FMA style and lowered his body closer to the ground as he ran so that he could touch the ground. When he did so the ground under the first group of monsters erupted in celestial bronze spikes, disintegrating them all instantly. He flipped and smacked the ground with his hand creating a stone platform on which the Son of Zeus jumped onto and launched himself into the air. Watching Max fly and fight at the same time was an amazing spectacle as he masterfully launched enemies into the air and beat their faces in with his shotgun gauntlets and boots. Takumi watched Max land in the middle of a crowd of hundred-handed ones and Takumi sprung into action. The Gate of Babylon as Fate/Stay Night called it was one of Takumi's favorite things to recreate and now he had a perfect moment to do so. Takumi slammed the ground and multiple gold portals opened up under each hundred-handed one. "Bye-Bye" Max said with a wink as the ground erupted in a flurry of weaponry, leaving Max standing in the middle of a gold dust shower. Takumi hurried up to Max, both of whom were breathing heavily. "N-not bad." Max said between ragged breaths. "Not... Bad yourself." Takumi responded as they looked ahead. The half-block run seemed like it would take forever. Max heard the crackle of more mortar fire as Reale let loose another round, making sure to avoid hitting Max's group. "At least we aren't dead." Takumi said excitedly as Max watched a new threat walk out surrounded by Hellhounds. "F*ck me." Max said as he watched the Nemean Lion start making his way towards them. "I-I can take him... Just gotta get close." Takumi said as Max's eyes widened in fear. There were too many Hellhounds. Even if Takumi could beat the lion they wouldn't make it passed the horde of devil dogs. "We are so bo-" Max started to say when a black arrow sunk deep into the first Hellhound. "What the?" Takumi asked as the sky became dotted with black spots. Max smiled. "The Lieutenant is here." He said as blackened arrows fell from the sky like rain. Each finding a target minus the Lion. When the arrow rain ended Max and Takumi were left facing the Lion and only the Lion. Takumi heard Max let out a silent prayer to Zeus and charged towards the lion and Takumi followed, as both demigod were set on breaking the beast.

Reale Artillero & Allie Maze

Location: On the Empire State Building

Scenario: Cover fire

Reale crouched at the edge of the Empire State Building viewing deck looking over the battle like a god would watch the world. She gazed over the battle, watching each fight, studying every strike, plot enemy movements, and silently wishing her personal tactician was here. Reale sighed and stood up, the harsh winds blowing and messing up her short hair. "Problem Praetor?" A voice sounded out behind her along with the sound of claws clacking against the floor. Reale turned. The girl behind her was stunning, long ebony hair, strong body and personality, and she was very radiant... Like she literally was glowing silver. "Allie... Shouldn't you be on the front lines?" Reale asked the Hunter Lieutenant as the girl came to stand beside her. "Artaith is leading the hunters charge... If there's anyone I can count on to lead those soldiers, it's her." Reale nodded towards the Lieutenant and looked back over towards the battle going on. Explosions and screams, both monster and human, sounded out from the carnage as the two girls looked over like omnipotent forces. Reale took a deep breath and held out her hands. "What are you doing?" Allie asked Reale as the air and ledge began to glimmer slightly. "My job." Reale responded as 20 four round mortars appeared around the Praetor causing Allie to step back. Reale's calm and beautiful smile twisted into a determined scowl as she shouted one word. "Fire!" And all the mortars went off.

Allie had heard many things about the praetor but the one thing she never believed was that the Roman leader used guns, now she did. Watching Reale as she pulled the mortars out of thin air and getting ready to fire them actually scared the Huntress. Allie stepped back and covered her ears as the loud boom of mortar fire echoed over the raging battle followed by more explosions and screams. Allie watched as lowered her arms and stepped back, no she was falling. Allie rushed forward and caught the Praetor mid-fall and stood her back up. "S-sorry." Reale said as she put a hand on the viewing deck railing. "Never tried mortars before... First try though." She said happily as Allie looked at her. "Uh... Good for you?" She said to Reale as if the two weren't currently in a battle. Allie was lost in thought. How could she be so calm and fearless? I mean people did always call her the Fearless Commander, but they weren't being literal... Were they? Just then Allie spotted something bright blue flying over the north side of the city. "Reale!" Allie said as She pointed towards the light. Reale glanced over and cursed under her breath. "Too close." The praetor said as she bit her lip. "Nearly hit Max's group..." Reale turned to Allie. "They might need help... Can you make the shot?" Allie's eyes widened "Can I Make the shot?! Of course I can." The praetor only smiled and turned the still formed mortars away from the north end and let loose another barrage of rounds as Allie perched herself on the railing. The huntress drew in a deep breath as she materialized her bow and a single arrow, unaware that Reale was watching. She drew the arrow back and closed her eyes. A small dark hole appeared in front of the arrow as Allie visualized the north end of the Rockefeller Center. The arrow became a deep purplish black as the huntress continued to hold the arrow. Allie held her breath and the world stopped around her. She released the arrow and it vanished from view. The huntress steadied herself on the ledge, breathing heavily. That's when the black spot appeared over the north side of the Building raining dark arrows all over the area. Allie must've had a look of worry on her face as Reale spoke up. "Go. I'll handle things and meet up with you later." The praetor said with a smile and Allie returned the smile as she let herself fall over the edge. "See yah soon." Allie said as she vanished into the shadows.

Allie Maze & Zoul

Location: with Jason and Artaith

Scenario: Questioning Artaith

As it turns out Allie wasn't thinking about Max. She knew he'd be safe... It was Jason who she was worried about. And when she stepped... Well more Rolled out of the shadows and saw Jason smashed into a car... Well let's just say she was disappointed. "Artaith!" Allie called out to her fellow Huntress as she approached "what's going on with the hunters and what happened to him?" She asked as she tried to think of a way to move him. Allie smiled as an idea popped into her head. " 1 sec." She said as she let out a sharp whistle. Seconds later a little white fuzz ball literally rolled out of her shadow. "You called Mistress?" Zoul the wolf asked as he looked up at his master. "We are gonna need to carry Jason... Can you take him on your back?" She asked and Zoul nodded as he changed in size to become about as big as a horse. "This acceptable mistress?" The li... Large white fuzz ball asked. "Perfect." Allie said as she turned back to Artaith. "Alright. Tell me what's going on."

Helena Imuuno

Location: Manhattan Island

Scenario: On the south side

Helena could not have been more eager to finish this fight. She had been fighting for what felt like months, but it couldn't have been more then a few hours. Her arms were getting tired and she honestly felt near collapse. Yet she somehow found the energy to keep fighting. With her sword glinting in the sun, she struck down enemy after enemy, telkhine after telkhine. They just didn't stop coming at her. Those little beady eyes

"Demigod! I will smite you and burn your entrails for-"

"OH SHUT THE FUCK UP YOU STUPID DOG FISH THING!" She shouted and slashed angrily, easily beheading that one and turning it to dust. She prepared for the next one, but no more came. She looked around at the massive pile of dust she was standing in. She was ankle deep in the stuff. "Ugh, gross monster dust...." She jumped out of the pile she was standing in and looked around.

She could see all over the battle field. With that view, she could see Alec. He was busily dancing around avoiding monster attackers, then somehow managing to get them to start... Dancing the Macarena? No...It looked like the Cha-Cha slide? Cupid shuffle? Whatever it was, he was the lead dancer. He also seemed to be distracting a majority of monsters. "Now if Max would only pick them off one at a time...." She swept her eyes around, managing to pick out a man with a big golden spear in his hand, and a shield on his arm.

She recognized him to be Hector, her lost, Roman twin brother. She smiled a minuscule smile while looking at him fighting like a classic Roman. While hadn't known him for most of her life, she still did feel some small familial connection. She watched as he turned and seemed to notice her, then in a simple gesture he raised a hand to wave, but suddenly his face changed and he pointed at something. No sooner did that happen then was Helena blasted from one side and sent flying. She could vaguely remember thinking, Well.... Shit. Before she smashed into the ground with a thud, leaving a little groove. Several bones snapped, then were immediately reset and fixed themselves, leaving her laying on her stomach in a slight ditch, her face in the dirt.

"....Well... note to self.... don't forget that you're in the middle of a battlefield.... Why am I so stupid sometimes..."

Slowly, she pulled herself up to a sitting position. Once up, she looked at the scene before her. Allie and Artraith, the two hunters of Artemis, were talking to each other as it seemed, and... A-And...

"JASON!" She squealed, getting up and running over.

Damian Fulton and Alana Jameson

Location: Manhattan Island.

Scenario: In the middle of a war

Magic canon fire. Damian's favorite part of this game. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to focus long enough on one specific ball to manipulate where it landed. Remind me to think of that more quickly next time. The minotaur he faced didn't look too thrilled about this idea. The snorting sound he made had Damian's skin crawling, those beady black eyes locked on his own. "C'mon, buddy! What's wrong? Those stumpy legs makin' ya trip?! Come get me, big boy!" He was dancing on the balls of his feet as if in a boxing ring, then suddenly removed his scarlet t shirt and holding it out like the capes a matador would wear. "Alana! Tree!" He shouted, eyes still on the minotaur. "Alright, big boy! Battle of wits. Whatcha gonna do, Bessie?"

Suddenly, the bull charged her friend, leaving Alana very little time to react. The daughter of Dionysus quickly tapped her foot on the ground and dodged out of the way as the massive bovine charged the now fully grown acorn tree, his horns sinking deeply into the bark. The beast squirmed and thrashed, kicking his feet and knocking both demigods about ten feet away, Alana toppling right on Damian, groaning in pain. "Damn it." She took out her knife and Damian removed his mace, both aiming their weapons at the beast's skull and stabbing whacking him into a pile of dust. "Put your shirt back on." Alana ordered her friend, who quietly obeyed.

Ai Ferri

Location:Manhattan Island

Scenario:Beautiful Death

Ai threw his fans along a string of enemy lines, they cut through dozens of monsters on their way back to Ai's perfectly manicured hands. He watched as his brother's and sisters played their part Alec led them in a dance routine in the west end and in the east he could see his bestfriend Niwa obliterating the monsters sending them back to where they came from. Monster's were really ugly, but they loved AI. On the battlefield Ai danced elegantly his charm speak stopping the monsters in their tracks while his twin tessen Hiakru and Haruka swung expertly as he calmly destroyed monster after monster. Charm and then decimate, that was the flow of this battle. Eventually the monsters caught on and tried to stay away from Ai,and Aphrodites children in general;instead they sent A horde of empousai to try and kill Ai using their own charmspeak against him only to be turned to dust by Hikaru and Haruka. "As if your charmspeak could work on me,fucking children of aphrodite wannabe's" The monsters literally would not stop coming,AI was knee deep in monster dust and yet he was still surrounded by them. This is getting out of hand,I need to destroy a lot of them and quickly. AI ran over to the nearest family of cyclopes and smirked. He knew his idea was brilliant, afterall it's what his mom used to take control over a great portion of the world.

"You guys are really ugly, but your strong" Ai looked each monster in the eye and watched as their minds went blank now under Ai's spell. He was incredibly happy that his mom blessed him with the gift of Amokinsis that only she and a few others shared. Ai looked down at the family who were gravelling at his feet. "You all love me don't you?" He asked the family of Cyclopes. They all nodded eagerly stating how much they loved Ai. "Great, then in the name of love destroy as many of your allies as you can and I'll make sure you'll get a special surprise" he said flirtatiously. After the monsters began their rampage on their allies,Ai nearly collapsed from exhaustion;he'd been fighting all day and he just wanted soak in a bath. "Niwa!" He whined. "Get rid of them!" He yelled!

"Hyaah!" Waverly roared, bringing down her sword in an arc and slicing the enemy in front of her. "Is that all of you got? Bring it on!" She screamed, banging her fist on her small chest, her hand knocking against the hard chestplate. Three Hydra's circled her, had her surrounded but Waverly only let out a high spirited life. She was grinning the midst of battle, loving every second of it. One of them darted forward, it's intent to kill but she caught its attack on her shield, rolling around and holding the head against the ground as she banged the hilt of her sword against its temple. It cried out and pulled back to join with its kind in circling her again.

"Burn the heads they said? But that's no fun!" The high of the battle was clearly getting to her but she didn't miss a mark and was precise with her hits every time. Certainly a child of war for you. And she was absolutely drenched in the blood and entrails of her fallen enemies but she hardly noticed. Every time a hydra came close, a little alarm went off in her head to watch out for a certain area and Waverly simply blocked the attack and countered. It also occured to her that she didn't have anything to burn them with to begin with but she was just find holding them at bay until she thought of something to alleviate the situation. "I said... come AT ME!"

Niwa Samson

Location: Manhattan

Scenario: Trying not to die

The middle of a war wasn't as cool as people would think, in fact it fucking sucked. Niwa tried to parry off some Harpies, who Niwa liked to call evil bird ladies. He thrust his sword through the nearest one's chest and made a disgusted face when he got covered with monster dust. "Ugh, who came up with idea of being covered in monster guts after defeat?" he said with an unamused look. Swift parries and thrusts in a graceful flurry, Niwa ended up in a puddle of monster dust. He took a moment to take in the battle, The Romans and the Hunters had arrived and Jason was down for the count on Zoul's back. A puddle of worry filled his chest when he saw his sister fall down in battle.

He was about to rush to her, but then she got up and ran to Jason. His attention turned to the Draconae that was slithering forward and he swung his sword in an arch and it exploded into dust. Out of the corner of his eye he saw Ai charming a group of Cyclopes and his eyes widened. 'What is that idiot thinking?!' he said and ran to his side. When the Cyclopes ran and destroyed their allies Niwa looked to Ai. When the demigod whined and told him to kill the monsters around him, Niwa narrowed his eyes in annoyance "You're fucking kidding me right?" he sighed. Jumping into battle once more he found himself surrounded by Telkhines. Niwa's shadow shot out and snared them in coils. "Tell me again, who's going to die?" he grinned in an almost scary way. He clenched his fists and the Telkhines were squeezed until they popped into dust.

"Bye bye~!" he laughed and rushed back to Ai.

Artaith Madison

Location: With Jason, Zoul, Helena and Allie

Scenario: Answering questions while defending against monsters.

Artaith dodged a blow from a dracaena and show an arrow at it, freeze it before slashing it down with her sword. "Well when I was breaking through the ranks here with the huntresses when I spied someone going down about to be turned into a pancake before I managed to spear the Cyclops with my other sword... which I need to go find at some point... So short story short, I saved my half brother's life, can we get a move on now?" She said as she quickly skated off to help out her allies since some of them seemed to be struggling with a Chimera. However before she got there, vines and earth seemed to sprout out and basically ram and rope down the chimera, controlling these elements could only be by one person that Artaith knew. She spied the wild red haired girl standing on a small cliff, currently wrestling the Chimera down with her plants and it was surprisingly working. The girl must have had a flower spray sleep gas or something in it's eyes to cause it to be brought down. She twirled her sword slightly as she pointed it into the sky as a large wave managed to make its way through the field, sweeping up any monsters unfortunately to get in it's path before she flung it hard into some Giant Cyclops.

  • Location: An office building turned medical-base

Scenario: Patch jobs and quick saves

Mortal doctors had days off. Mortal doctors had regular schedules with predictable shifts and a few trauma cases to keep things spicy during the long hours, if they worked the Emergency Room. Mortal doctors had vacations. Somedays Vasyl liked to pretend that when he was done with school he'd have such luxury - that he'd be able to know when he was going to need to come in to work, that he would be expected to see somewhere between six to fourteen cases in a night, that it would be a accepted fact that he required basic human needs like sleep and breaks to function at the top of his game. Other days he'd remember exactly the situation he was born into, and would laugh at the very idea. Mortal doctors got vacation days - demigod doctors got days where they didn't have to worry about the world ending tomorrow, if they were lucky.

Today, he wasn't so lucky. But maybe when this was all over he might hit a patch of luck and get a clear twenty-four hours where something wasn't trying to destroy the world, his home, or the makeshift family he'd made over the years. Twenty-four hours chaos free would be nice. A gift.

He was behind the lines, at least, tucked away inside an office building that had long since been cleared out - the first floor turned into an impromptu ICU. Linens thrown over desks served as patient beds, stores of ambrosia and nectar (for emergencies, for cases where a magical save was needed because when supplies weren't endless you didn't use them on broken arms and lacerations you used them on holes ripped into stomachs and lungs and hearts you were fighting to keep working), the receptionists table was littered with what supplies had been scrounged up from camp, from first aid boxes ripped off walls in buildings, from his own school's lab gear (because when the world crashes down around your ears you run to where you're needed, but you run prepared, you run with pockets full and ready to be useful, it's a fool who runs without first taking what he needs). It wasn't ideal, but it would do for battlefield measures. He'd seen… not worse, but similar, and at a younger age (much younger, twelve and rushing after older campers with bandages and salves, shaking hands holding aids for dying friends, family).

It was easier, older as he was, hands steady as he carefully stitched together a nasty gash along a girl's abdomen that had narrowly missed piercing anything vital, a whispered thanks to her father Tyche for the luck of the miss on his lips and his fingers moving fast and small to get the task done as quickly as possible and to spare her what pain he could without the help of anesthetic. It would scar, perhaps - though with the luck of her father she might escape that as well. He doubted it, but a scar was a small price to pay for life, much as the hurt of the needle and suture was a small price for an intact stomach, and while he regretted the pain of it part of him was glad - there were others less fortunate on the field already. There would be more before night fell.

Tying off the final line of suture and cutting it close to the knot he stood, peeling off the bloody gloves he'd donned to reveal equally stained hands below (abdomens were notorious for infection, even with a demigod and the potential of more magical means of healing afterward it was better safe than sorry, with something so internally located, others, though, he could manage bare), dropping them into a nearby trashcan and calling to a younger camper - Apollo, he thought, not a direct relation but with much the same healing blood as his own. Perhaps fourteen, at the oldest, maybe less - no wonder he was sequestered in here to help rather than out there getting bloodied himself.

"You, help her to one of the back rooms - slowly!" he instructed, the last word half barked out at the youth's jostling, "She'll heal fine but I don't want her moving excessively on that, we don't have time to be sewing up the same wound twice. Put some of the poultice from the green jar over it, enough for a thin coating, to keep it clean and to help it heal faster," satisfied the little helper was off - slowly, this time, carefully with the child of luck leaning almost entirely on him for support - he paused to check over supplies. Bandages were running low but they could cut up sheets or shirts for that if it came to it. The rest, though… holding. For now.

    For now.

And that… would have to be good enough. Pushing the stress of dwindling supplies from his mind he turned to slip into a side office - he had a fellow with a pierced lung he'd spent a dangerously high level of ambrosia on to keep breathing, and he wanted to make sure the stable condition held.

Max Dysek

Location: North of the Rockefeller Center

Scenario: Making a hard choice

Max was more of a dog person. Dogs were hyper and drooled… but they were lovable and cute in a derpy way. Cats on the other hand were just plain evil, and the Nemean Lion wasn't helping their status in Max's mind. Max skidded back along the ground after the Nemean lion had just attempted to turn Max into a scratching post. He was breathing heavily and the fact that more monsters kept pouring out of the Rockefeller Center wasn't helping at all. The small group of archers and warriors that had been behind Max were now getting surrounded and to his front… Takumi wasn't doing so good. The Alchemist son of Hecate was holding his own, but he wouldn't last forever as the boy had to keep changing his target to some random monster that decided to approach him. The assault was a bust. Max had been young and away from camp during both the Titan War and Gaea invasion, and the lack of war experience was wearing on him. He cursed under his breath as he kept turning his head back and forth between Takumi and his platoon. He started to panic. Max stood, turning his head back and forth between his two choices. Turn and help Takumi and let his squad die… or turn back and help his troops letting Takumi die. One… or many. Max clutched his head. "If only i could be in two places at Once! I can't do this!" He shouted in his mind as another scream sounded from the group of doomed demigods behind him. Max forced his eyes shut as anger and tears overwhelmed the demigod. "Im sorry…" Max said lightly as he turned towards the troop of demigods. "I choose-" BANG! the gun shot echoed right next to Max's ear as he felt the bullet graze past his head, leaving a small line running across the side of his head. Max steadied himself as he turned around as the sound of heels on asphalt grew closer. "You were never a good leader… let me take over." The girl said as he walked past Max, her short black hair flowing in the wind as it began to pick up. She turned back towards Max her unnaturally beautiful pink eyes as hard as cold steel. Max watched her lips move, her words lost to the wind roaring in Max's ears, but Max felt their meaning. He turned around to face towards Takumi and the Lion… well now Lions and started walking. "Thank You." Max thought with the remains of tears still visible on his now determined face. "I owe you one… Reale." The wind around his solidified as Max shot towards the Rockefeller Center leaving the Praetor alone with her own horde of monsters.

Reale Artillero

Location: North of the Rockefeller Center

Scenario: Rescuing Max's troop

Her trip down from the Empire state had been easy… the challenge in front of her would not be… and it made her think of all the titles she had earned over the times. Fearless Commander, Master Manipulator, and Dat B*tch… Reale was known as as three, but she had one more name that everyone knew. Reale flipped her hair out of her eyes as she strode towards the horde of monsters currently trying to tear Max's platoon of greek and Roman soldiers apart. She adjusted the sleeves of her newly acquired bomber jacket (It looked cute, it went with my outfit, and it was just sitting in a Clearance Rack CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!!!!!!) as looked out at what she'd soon have to face. While Simon was the planner for Battles and had even developed the plan they were using, she was the muscle. She wasn't afraid to fight and fight she would. She reached into her jacket and pulled out a small furred pillbox hat her way to anime crazy advisor Takumi had gotten for her after commenting how much Reale was like some girl named Mami. She accepted it only because it was totes adorbs, the color went with almost all her outfits, and she LOVED fur even if other Aphrodite/Venus kids despised it. She set it on her head as she continued to strut as if she were on a runway… well it was a runway… a runway of death. "OH BOYS!" She shouted loading her voice with Charmspeak. "I BELIEVE YOU SHOULD BE FOCUSED HERE!" She waved her hand and all the monsters immediately turned and charged towards the fur hatted girl. "CAMPERS GET THE INJURED TO WEST 51ST AND 8TH TO GET HEALED VASYL WILL TAKE CARE OF THEM!" After that Reale turned towards the horde of monsters running towards her. " Well now boys…" Reale said as she crackled her knuckles in a very brutish manner. "Time to dance." Reale grabbed her hat off her head and waved it in front of her dropping five percussion flintlock rifles onto the pavement, each sticking up in the air before putting the hat back on her head (… Ok maybe Takumi had a point). Reale stopped her foot and all five rifles raised up without her touching them and fired into the first five monsters who just happened to be Harpies. She jumped as two cyclopes tackled the location where she had just been standing and whipped two more rifles out of the air an sent two more monsters back to tartarus with a bang. Reale landed and waved her hand in an arc behind her creating ten more rifles which shot through the charging group of empousai leaving the weird not sparkly vampire things as nice sparkly gold dust. Reale opened her hands and two shotguns materialized into them and proceeded to unload them into the faces of four cyclops. The cycle repeated for a good amount of time until only two cyclopes were left standing. The wind had picked up again and Reale could feel the power of it. Whatever was going on behind her the only thing she knew was that Max was going all out. She shot down the remaining cyclops and let out a heavy breath. "All done…" She said as she looked around at her surroundings. The road was coated in dust and blood. The demigods had all managed to escape and Reale was left alone with a storm brewing behind her. Then the growling started. Reale turned to a major surprise. An amalgamation of bone stood atop a wrecked car and glared menacingly at her with empty sockets. Reale summoned a gun and fired straight through the thing, but it still stood as if the bullet did nothing. Reale stepped back and the monster lunged. Reale dove out of its path and ran for the nearest car, turning and firing bullet after bullet into the bone creature body. Nothing was working and the wind had stopped. Whatever Max was doing had finished. The praetor barely dodged a swipe from the beast, and then the beast whipped its bone tail towards the girl. She took the blow hard and was flung backwards into a car, leaving a dent in the glossy Zebra striped car (Seriously. A Zebra Car? Who the Hell would own That monstrosity!?). She had no chance… but she knew someone who did. "God dammit… she better be listening…" Reale said as she painfully stood up. She drew in a deep breath and prepared to load all her Charmspeak into the one phrase and she shouted. "HELENA!!!!!!!! GET YOUR GOD DAMN ASS OVER HERE. NOW!"

Takumi Murasame & Max Dysek

Location: North of the Rockefeller Center

Scenario: Max: Creating a storm

Takumi: Kicking 2 Cat's @sses

Takumi thought he was done for up until Max rammed into one of the Lion's like a bullet, knocking the beast back into a bunch of monsters. "Sorry I'm late." The son of Zeus said as Takumi took a deep breath. "Took you long enough." Takumi said as he finally caught his breath "Can you do me a favor an turn of the faucet?" Max turned towards Takumi unsure about what the kid wanted him to do. Takumi rolled his eyes. "Stop the monsters that keep flowing out of the Rockefeller Center." "OH! Got it." Takumi rolled his eyes again as the two faced the battle ahead of them. "what about the lions?" Max asked as Takumi cracked his knuckles. "I told you… I got them."

Takumi charged ahead as Max took to the air blasting all the monsters that tried to attack Takumi. Takumi on the other hand was getting ready to turn the Cats into kibble. "Who's first?" Takumi asked as one of the lions pounced on his. "We have a volunteer!" The boy say as he placed his hands on the Lions belly as he slide under the beast. One blinding flash later and Takumi picked up the smaller little Nemean Kitten. "Aww… you're so cute… i think ill keep you." He said as he dropped the Kitten into and alchemical circle and it vanished. "Alright." He said turning back to the other two lions. "Who's… next." He said as his eyes widened, his heart sunk, and he was slashed across the chest and flung backwards by both of the lions. He landed hard and came up gasping for air like he'd just spent too long underwater. The Lion had gotten him straight across the chest leaving a rather large claw mark across his body, thankfully it wasn't deep. Keiko would've killed him if he died (Don't ask how but she would). "Alrighty then." Takumi said as his face hardened and his eyes became deadly. "You're dead." Takumi slammed his hands on the ground and the road underneath the lions shot upwards and so did Takumi as he launched himself towards one Lion. Later Takumi would tell this story as one of amazement, but ill say it here… shoving your arm into a Lions maw… is not pleasant. Regardless Takumi did just that. He thrust his whole arm right into the gullet of the Lion. "Burn." he said as flames sparked forward from Takumi's hand torching the lions insides to a hardy Medium Well. He pulled his hand out and tried not to thing about how disgusting Lion slobber was, after all he had one more lion to kill. He dove to his left as the Lion attempted another slash and thrust out his hand towards the lions side. "Suffer!" Takumi Shouted as the Lion wailed. Its paws stuck to the ground as its claws and toes began to dig into the ground. The lion's body faded into a flaky gray as it howled in pain as the transmutation happened almost instantaneously. The Lions body expanded upwards and sprouted leaves as the Lion was changed into a tree. Takumi removed his hand from the tree and collapsed against it, absolutely exhausted. "5 minutes…" He thought. "5 minutes wouldn't kill me." Takumi closed his eyes as he passed out, his wounds finally getting to him.

Max cursed as he began turning himself into the worlds biggest windbag. He couldn't see through the thick sheets of wind the surrounded the boy as he prepared to let loose completely. "Wind Make Unlimited." Max began to say through clenched teeth. He had two forms of Unlimited Wind Creation, one was a focused attack that everyone knew about… the other… the other was what he was about to do. Max breathed in the purified air the circled around his as he increased the pressure even further. "Tempest of the Sky God!" He shouted out the name of his attack like a typical anime character (Something Alec has laughed at before) and it tore throughout everything in front of him. The winds rushed forwards and surrounded the Rockefeller Center with a massive twister visible to everyone on the battlefield. The winds rushed into the build disintegrating a large proportion of the enemy forces in one quick blow, leave a small (Its an army so small… isn't really that small) about of forces left. The winds began to die down as Max floated with his arms hanging in front of him. The massive twister faded and died down with the rest of the wind. Max's head lolled backwards and he fell out of the sky, landing hard on the pavement with a thump. The son of Zeus lay their completely exhausted and vulnerable, but he had cleared the way for the majority of the Demigod Army to charge in… "They'll call me when they need me." he thought as Max passed out of the ground in front of the Rockefeller Center.

Allie Maze & Zoul

Location: With Jason

Scenario: Stealing Jason's Job

Allie nodded at Artaith as the huntress rejoined the battle. Allie looked back at Jason. "Zoul. Carry him now, keep him safe." Allie say as she ran off towards the center of the troop. Zoul sunk into the shadows and appeared under Jason, gentle holding the demigod on his back. "Try not to move." Zoul said as the wolf waited for Jason's orders on where to go. Allie on the other hand was getting ready to give an order herself. She grabbed a megaphone from the ground and hopped up onto a wrecked car. "DEMIGODS!" Allie shouted through the megaphone while the battle continued on around her. "ITS TIME WE END THIS BATTLE!" Allie's response was met with War Cries from all around her position. "WE HEAD FOR ROCKEFELLER CENTER!" She shouted as the build was suddenly surrounded by a massive tornado. Max. "NOW"S OUR CHANCE!" Allie shouted as she pointed towards the now dying twister. "CHARGE DEMIGODS! FOR OLYMPUS!!" Allie turned an charged the building as shouts from all around echoed the same battle cry. the words 'For Olypmus' rang throughout Manhattan as the Demigod forces barreled towards the Rockefeller building to finally end the raging battle.

Location:En route to rockefeller center

Scenario:Who do you think you are?!

Ai watched as Niwa handled the telkhines in front of him. This was the reason why he loved Niwa, how many other best friends do you know that would jump into battle for you just because your tired? He chuckled as Niwa finished off the last of the telkhines and ran back over to him. "Niwa? Thank you my love" AI said with glee attacking Niwa in a big hug. "Your always my knight in shining armour, that is of course until I can finally get Valance to go.." Ai shook his head bringing himself back to reality. From the east Ai could feel the winds picking up "Max" he said thoughtfully. In the distance he could hear the endless boom of multiple guns firing themselves. "Reale" and finally he could faintly hear the the yelling of a rather annoying huntress. "Allie, who in the hell does she think she is ordering everybody around" AI turned to Niwa and grabbed his hand as they began heading towards rockefeller center. Although the mist was shattered,it is still an ancient and powerful source;Occasionally Ai could pull shreds of it together. Ai focused on the area in front of him;he envisioned himself and those around him as one with the area creating an invisible cloak with the remnants of the mist. "Niwa, stay close to me,the mist will protect us. I have to go find my brother" Ai looked around and noticed a group of monster's dancing. Immediately knowing that it was Alec's doing. He headed towards his younger brother hiding him with the mist. Ai watched as Alec dissapeared from the eyesight of the monsters. "Alec your invisible now, head towards rockefeller the mist is protecting you!" Said the disembodied voice of Ai as he and Niwa prodded through the sea of monsters

Damian Fulton and Alana Jameson

Location: Manhattan Island

Scenario: In the middle of a war

Damian left Alana in her pile of dust to chase down a hydra with a nasty case of bad breath. "A'right, ya sorry serpent! I'm about to take you d-ah!" The hydra grabbed Damian up and off the ground with its tongue and threw him into the air. "For Olympus! For Rome!" he whacked one of the hydra heads, believing that if he whacked rather than cut, the heads wouldn't regenerate. Alana noticed him in trouble, but unlike her friend, she heard the command to go to Rockefeller Center. "Damian! Stop messing around!" she called, to which the male turned around, giving her a death glare. "Well, how would you handle a hydra, Alana?!" The son of Vulcan beat his mace against the hydra's eye. "Put me down!" The hydra roared in anger, dropping his toy. Damian landed on his leg, twisting it at an awkward angle. He could see spots now. Reaching down, he tried to move it, but only succeeded in making things worse. "Stop that!" Alana demanded as she removed two hunks of bark from the tree she created, summoned grape vines and ran to aid her friend. Once there, she formed a makeshift splint and set Damian's leg. "How did you...?" Damian asked, but Alana cut him off. "Don't worry, buddy." she draped one of his arms over her shoulders and helped him limp back to Rockefeller Center with the hydra still screeching behind them.

Jason MIchaels and Keiko Murasame

Location: On the back of my ex's wolf / newly demolishde Rockefeller center

Scenario: Using water as a f*cking bat signal./ Cleaning up a big effing mess.

Jason's head reeled as Artaith pulled him out of the wreckage, the pain blazed like fire along his right side and his left ribs felt like shattered glass stabbing at his lungs. Next thing he knew he was swarmed by people he cared about, some to differing degrees but he still cared, even if it wasn't always a kind way.
"I'm alright just, give me a minute." Jason concentrated past the pain and the chaos around him and a pipe directly under him burst, water breaking through the asphalt and wrapping itself around him and Zoul, A few moments in his personal waterspout and he had reduced the damage to a complex web of hairline fractures in his arms and ribs. It still hurt and was generally weak but it would get him through. That was when the artillery shells came down and a whole mess of shouts explosions and poofs of monster dust erupted. "Artillero living up to her name." Jason himself could hear her shout for Helena minutes after and then witnessed the violent whirlwind that evneloped the building itself. "He's definitely not standing after that...good thing I'm better at big attacks than he is." Jason was about to rally everyone when Allie took charge and did it for him, Jason shrugged and leaned down stroking Zoul's fur, speaking into his ear "Sorry man but I've got a pegasus that would be upset if I rode you into this battle as opposed to him. Go keep Allie safe, tell her to have everyone clear out the monsters around the building and pull back. I dont want to see anymore younger campers hurt they've done quite enough." Jason slid off of Zoul's back he cast a reassuring glance at Helena, letting her know that he would be alright without saying a word. He quickly turned aware of the struggles that were going on around him, with so many campers fighting getting wound and or dying Jason could not make himself stop even to make sure someone he loved could have more comfort. Jason rushed back into the fight moving in an unholy blur he demolished a squad of telkhines before they could even spout an insult he quickly pushed through encountering a group of Liastrygonian's who seemed delighted to have him among them. Jason was quick to thrust his spear through the chest of one jerking the shaft out and dusting it immediately. Jason was ready when the other six set upon him from all directions, thrusting the sharpened butt of his spear into the gut of the one advancing from his rear Jason yanked it out swiftly spinning the weapon like a bo staff he slashed open the throat of the one approaching from his front so quickly that it simply tumbled down and burst into the golden dust. Next were the two that were attacking from the sides Jason once again utilized the butt of his spear shoving it into the gut of the liastrygonian to his right turning his back to it and thrusting forward pushing the speartip into the chest of the opposite one he pulled back and put the spear butt back into the first cannibal's chest drawing the spear out he twirled it overhead spinning the same way for one, two rotations before slashing the spear tip down bisecting the first. the two dropped disintegrating before they hit the ground. The sixth and last liastrygonian had at this point gotten too close for Jason to use his spear effectively making Jason once again act on his martial arts training and sidestep avoiding the coming club that streaked down past his head and arm and deliver a crushing knifehand strike that when landed even on the meaty side of it's neck shattered it. Jason breathed deeply, this fight needed to be ended quickly, and he had little time to stop the monsters within, he was only a bit ahead of the demigod main force and they were catching up fast that was surprisingly a bad thing, in the event that plan B had to be enacted as it almost always did Jason would need the surrounding block and a half clear of all other demigods. Whistling high and clear a familiar shape came zooming in from the sky, heeding Jason's call. as Nautilus swung low Jason ran jumped pushed off a wall and caught onto the black pegasus' saddle "Nailed it!" Jason spiraled up on Nautilus' back he blew all the water manes in a three block radius making it rise and form the symbol of Poseidon high above the Rockefeller center a signal to his quest mates. The signal had a dual purpose as he could use the water and showered well aimed and massive icicles upon the different sides of the buildings. While he as up there he surveyed the battle as much as he could before Nautilus went reeling to the side easily evading a volley of arrows from the left but causing the pegasus to dip down as a volley came from the right. Jason couldn't allow his friend to get hurt so he he directed him upward into the floating vortex that he had been struggling to maintain. "Nautilus, fly up through the funnel and go home, I can't have anyone else get hurt." Apparently giving orders and hen dipping out was becoming a thing for Jason since he hopped off of the pegasus' back before he could object. Jason free fell drawing the funnel towards him he enveloped himself in the water and turned it into a violent drill with numerous blades he came crashing down on Rockefeller center freezing the still spiraling blades slicing and shattering in an explosion of ice and concrete. It would have come crashing down on everyone's head if not for a force field that contained the blast. Keiko Murasame stood with an open palm facing the building that was being churned up until suddenly stopping the shield fell and waist deep water spilled out flowing back into the cracks it came from or pooling randomly on sidewalks and streets. In the center was Jason who was going toe to toe with the Minotaur. There was still about half of the building left which was revealed to be reinforced it made a sort of temple which was a series of steps that led to an altar a humanoid figure standing behind it there were a few monsters left standing but were quickly finished by Keiko whose fireballs blasted them to nothing, "Hey Jason, maybe give us more time to retreat before blowing up buildings." Keiko strode over looking only slightly disheveled she held on of her lances in her left hand which had been thoroughly covered in monster blood she looked absolutely pissed she made a pulling motion and Jason was ha led away from the Minotaur she looked at him with a murderous glare "this kill is mine, go break the damn scythe and let's go home, I have a little brother to heal." Keiko returned her attention to the large half-bull monster as it charged her she simply summoned a dozen lances and turned the beast into a pin cushion standing as it crashed and slid to her feet being reduced to dust. Meanwhile Jason had marched up the steps and was standing in front of the altar his armor and weapons returning to their jewelry state he meshed his bracelets together turning them into one intricate golden bracelet he opened his palm and it sprang the bracelet glowed changing shape again but into a form that hasn't been seen before in Jason's hands. It was a trident nearly identical to his father's. Jason raised it high and brought the tip crashing down on the partially reformed blade shattering it a shockwave of unfamiliar energy rippled out as the blade broke and faded throwing Jason down the stairs and sending tremors through Manhattan. The mist itself seemed to become visible to the demigods showing them things as the mortals would see them before abruptly shattering. Jason hit the ground hard and was out cold, Keiko was not even close but even she was thrown back though she hadn't landed nearly as hard as Jason and picked herself up quickly looking around as the campers slowly picked themselves up she noticed a boy that she knew was t with them mostly because he had a phone and additionally appeared as if he was recording. The boy seemed to notice her staring and retreated quickly , Keiko considered giving chase but there was too much to do here as opposed to chasing down some kid and wiping his phone. She didn't realize what had happened but the feeling of foreboding kept her there. Keiko ran over and groaning Jason helping him up as he uttered the question that was undoubtedly on everyone's minds. "What just happened?"

Helena Imuuno

Location: Running towards Reale

Scenario: Stayin' alive, stayin' alive, ha ha ha.

Helena looked at Jason as he flew off on Nautilus, and blinked in frustration. Of course she would go running over to him to make sure he's okay, but he completely ignored her presence in the heat of battle and flew off on his magical winged horse. Thanks babe. Really.

She looked around for something to do, when an angry voice called her name and with the power of Charmspeak, there was no way she could ignore it. "Reale." She mumbled, then sighed and pulled the little bone whistle from her pocket. With a quick, silent note, there was a massive growling before her pet the hellhound Fred jumped from the nearest shadow and bounded over to her with a big baying howl, prepared to bowl her over and proceed with the usual face licking greeting when she simply stopped him and instead climbed up onto his back and told him where to run to. Once they were off, Helena laid against his back and looked up. She could see Jason wheeling around on Nautilus and sighed. She knew he had other things to think about, but he could have at least acknowledged her presence. But that didn't matter, really. She just hated seeing him down like that.

As Fred was fast approaching Reale, she hopped off Fred as he ran off, and landed right next to Reale. "What appears to be the problem, miss Prae- HOLY BALLS!" As the tail of the massive bone beast came down at them, and she tackled Reale out of the way. "What- Did you need me for THIS?" She gestured at the skeletal... thing, and as she gestured it was thrown against a building, "Not because you just wanted to say, 'Hi, Helena! How have you been doing? Life treating you okay?'" She waved a hand again and the thing was flung to the other side of the street, "and because it's a bone monster I need to deal with it? Ugh!" She was clearly faking being upset and actually quite enjoying throwing the monster up and down the street.

Situation: Making giant monsters dance the Cha Cha slide.

Alec could not have been happier with AI's appearance. He had been making a bunch of monsters move and dance, and when the monsters move and dance, other things on the monster's bodies move and dance as well.

It was just plain uncomfortable.

"Oh thank the gods I don't have to do this anymore!" Alec cried, covering his eyes, "If I never see any more gyrating monster jiblets it'll be too soon!" He seemed ready to pour bleach on his eyeballs when he went running away towards what remained of Rockefeller center. He looked around at the devastation this war had left the city goers to deal with. They wouldn't even know what had happened. They could rationalize it as a hurricane, or a freak storm. But the mortals would never know the truth of the matter.

Chad Lupos

Location: Manhattan

Scenario: sLAUGHTERhouse

Chad knew he heard something. His hearing was just too acute to make a mistake. He heard everything he could think of. Monsters especially. Oh how he loved killing those monsters. He knew that he should do what he always does. Make monkeys out of the monsters. He ran from his alley he was sitting in and in just a minute he was near the battlefield. He took a deep breath through his nose and exhaled, smelling the beauty. He quickly grew out his fangs and claws and let his body take over a slight transformation. Not quite as powerful as a full lycan but not as bloodthirsty although he still looked like a monster. He ran around the battlefield, dodging arrows zooming past him and clawing monsters and turning them into dust as he ran by them. Chad was shaving off the number for monsters faster than most of the other demigods but he didn't care about them. But if any of them got in his way he would... Take care of them... After killing a few hell hounds and other smaller creatures, Chad looked at some of the nearby demigods, he was starting to lose his control. He eyed them for a few seconds and took a step towards them, but he snapped back. Chad ran in the other direction, continuing to punch, kick, and claw monsters down.

Niwa Samson

Location: With Ai and Alec headed to the Rockefeller Center

Scenario: Utter fucking Hell

Niwa sighed playfully and rolled his eyes. He never really did mind saving Ai's ass in battle. He ran to Ai and stuck close to him as they headed to Max. The battled raged on around us and the Hunters and the Romans had arrived, that gave the Son of Hades a bit of hope. What he saw next, the only reaction from him had to be 'what the fuck' as he watched monsters gyrate and twerk. "I'll never be able to unsee this." he said in disgust. They made their way through the groups of monsters. The destruction of the city was huge, he knew the humans would spend months even years repairing the city and mess. This was it, they would end this battle right here and right now. He turned his head to Ai and Max and grinned "Ready to end this shit fest?" he asked.

As they headed for the center under the protection of the mist,AI took it upon himself to send the monsters that were dancing back to tartarus as a sort of revenge for their innocent eyes. While the 3 of them walked along the the street it happened. Ai head a loud boom and cold see Jason doing something stupid in the sky."What the hell is that idiot do-" Ai's sentence was cut of by the tear of magic in the air,he immediately doubled over in pain as the mist shattered before their eyes. As a user of the mist,AI was connected to it the mist was like an extension of himself and when the mist was destroyed so was a piece of himself. AI looked up to Alec and Niwa from where he dropped to the ground and whispered in pain "What the fuck!"

    Scenario: Working through the dawn

Vasyl had always thought the concept of 'it's always darkest before the dawn' was bullshit. He'd spent many an all nighter, both as a student working his way through med school and as a demigod living on the cusp of war and throughout harrowing quests (that he was, quite honestly, glad to be done with - give him bleeding heroes to tend to any day and he'd take them wholeheartedly, just don't ask him to be one of them himself), and he knew something about the coming of the dawn. It was not dark - it was foggy and grey, misleading and over-long with the hope for sunlight just beyond it, but not dark. It didn't compare to the bone-chilling middles of nights under new moons or overcast skies. In his experience the same was true of battles - they were not near their most unbeatable when victory was near, that apex lived well within the middle of the act, not at the end of it, and it was rare indeed that the tide was turned and won in so short a time that the height of the darkness was comparable to the light of victory.

With the exception of some bizarre repertory cases (lungs had a terrible way of seeming almost recovered and then stopping entirely) he found the same to be true of his patients. His workload, on the other hand, seemed to have an inverse relationship to battles - what began as a trickle of wounded through the main course of fighting turned into a flood come the end, once the well were able to carry the wounded back. And if the sudden rush of patients (sent by Reale, apparently, when the Roman Praetor had charged through and diverted the attention of a rather large front) was anything to go by then perhaps the tide was turning in their favour.

This, of course, meant an over-abundance of work for Vasyl and he found his work place flooded with Roman and Greek demigods alike. He called to a few of the younger campers who were less suited to fighting and had stayed behind to help where they were more useful and barked a quick order to get them to start sorting the new invalids in order of necessity - those truly on the brink of death would have to be seen first, and any with notably minor wounds could be dealt with by those with less experience.

"I want all the natural born healers working on those who have a chance of not pulling through," he snapped, "anyone here without blood-born healing talent can start on those with minor wounds, and those left can help run supply - and will someone please start cutting new bandages? We won't have enou-"

He was cut off as a tremor shook through the building, like a minor earthquake rumbling out form the epicentre of Rockefeller Centre but one that rode on the air rather than through the ground. The makeshift hospital was mundane enough that there was little magic to be hidden to the mortal eye - an Apollo camper here or there healing not with tools but with the warming glow of their hands, a weapon dropped at the threshold by hands too weak to hold it any longer, but little more - but they twisted and shifted before his eyes. The healing hands became those rapidly bandaging, the swords and scimitars shifting to guns and knives, and then back, two images overlaid above one another in duality a haze around them that he would later understand to be the corporal form of the Mist itself. The image held for half a breath and then shattered, and Vasyl felt a chill slide up his spine, a premonition that this could not be good filled him for half a moment before he shook it off. Whatever had just passed - and it could not have been good, whatever it was -would be dealt with in time.

For now? He had people to save. And the injured would always come first. He gathered himself together again, steadying his voice before picking up again.

"Don't just stand there - we have people to save. Leave the heroes to the world around us, we have smaller, more pressing needs - there's no point in saving a world if there's no one to save it for, so back to your patients and your duty - and someone on supply I need more bandages now."

Max Dysek

Location: The Road

Scenario: George. George. George of the Jungle! Watch out for tha- oh to late...

Max flew backwards and hit a tree. He had no idea why there was a tree in the road, or even how it got there, but regardless he still slammed full force into the fine Quercus Robur (That English oak for you unejimacated folks). Groaning, Max sat up as Manhattan's strange weather got even weirder due to it now being sunny with a chance of falling building. Max sat watching as the Rockefeller Center came down before his very eyes. He exhaled heavily "Dammit Jay." He said under his breath "I said don't go to crazy... No amount of Mist is gonna explain thi-" that's when Max clutched his head as a blood vessel popped in his nose, making him look like he just caught Alec getting out of the shower. "T-t-the fuck just happened?" Max asked himself as he recovered from the sudden head trauma and nosebleed. "Whatever that was... It didn't feel good." Max leaned back against the tree to think. Nothing had ever made him feel that kind of pain... Or had there. Max racked his brain as he tried to remember why the pain felt familiar. Max's eyes widened. "Oh gods no..." Max said as he realized what happened. He'd once tried to learn to manipulate the Mist like Thalia and Hazel did but to painful results. Max learned that he couldn't do it, and even trying left the Son of Zeus in extreme pain. "Jason... If the gods don't kill you for this... I will..." Max said as he tried getting to his feet. "You usually break things during missions, but the gods damn Mist?! That's too far."

Reale Artillero

Location: North end of Manhattan

Scenario: Chatting with Helena as her boyfriend reenacts 9/11... What?! It's the truth!

Reale was glad Helena came, if only because now Reale could question her choice of outfit while the Hell girl saved her life. "Hi Hel. Thanks for the save. How are you doing? Life treating you okay? Stop playing with your food. Also... That Tank?! It's to bedazzled for your tastes! Also are those Pants or pieces of fabric seen together?" Reale belted out as her inner fashion critic came out in the middle of the battle. "And furthermore- LOOK OUT!" The praetor screamed as she grabbed Helena and yanked the two demigods towards the other end of the road using her enchanted ribbons. Reale sat up as Helena lay face down on the road, still alive, still breathing, and probably gonna spring up like a gloomy cartoon character to shout at the praetor. Reale didn't really cared about that. She was busy watching as the Rockefeller Center exploded as fell to the ground scattering rubble all the way out to Reale. The praetor looked around and noticed the bone... Thing had been crushed and would no longer be after the two girls. "Uh... Hel?" Reale asked as she looked around feeling something was off. "What are the odds that Jason is considered a terrorist or something for this... Cause I think the mist just broke."

Scenario: Unconcious

...

(THANK YOU! Thank you very much. Takumi's post is officially my best post ever!!!)

Helena Imuuno

Location: Near the remains of Rockefeller center

Scenario: Laying near death covered in hellhound slobber. HELP.

"Bitch, there ain't a single crystal on my tank, what the fuck you talking about? This is a one hundred percent genuine, made in Mexico, 'I bought it when I accidentally shadow-traveled all the way across the continent to Rio De Janeiro' tank top
and my pants are SUPPOSED TO be this way, miss Reale it's called being hardcore and- AHHHH--"

She had been about to launch into some rant about Reale's choice in jewelry when she was grabbed by Reale's many ribbons and dragged away as the Rockefeller center came tumbling down. She quickly landed on her stomach with her face in the asphalt. She was beginning to sit up so as to shout at the praetor, when she heard Reale say something she really didn't like the sound of. "Wait- What?" She stood up finally and looked at all that remained of the Rockefeller center, and the supposed breaking of the mist, and her expression fell from the smug smirk it was mere moments to something of disbelief. "J-Jason? N-No way ... Oh gods, J... What did you do?" She looked up briefly from the rubble, just in time to see a straggler hellhound come running at them. "Awww, Freddy! Come here you big goofball!" She said with her arms outstretched to signal him to slow down.

This massive beast did not slow it's stride. This was not Fred.

"...uh oh- REALE WATCH IT!" Helena shouted, shoving the Roman praetor out of the way as the beast barreled at the two. Unforunate for her, she did not managed to get her own body out of the way, so before Reale could react, Helena was being dragged off by the massive beast. The beast had the young woman clamped in it's jaws. She could be seen stabbing the beast in the muzzle times as it disappeared around a corner and out of sight.

Helena growled in fury and agony as the massive dog-beast proceeded to dig it's fangs into her deeper and deeper, until she finally managed to get stability. Then she proceeded to stab the hellhound in the muzzle repeatedly with the knife she kept in her boot until it suddenly dropped her, sending her tumbling across a street and into the side of a building. Her knife went skittering across the pavement as the hellhound inched forward, growling angrily as it closed in. She tried to get up and reached for the knife, but it was out of reach and she couldn't pick herself up to get it. Her sword had been dropped when Reale had shoved her with the ribbons. She didn't have any weapons that could hurt the mastiff. She growled angrily at it, and somehow found it in her to stand, and she hissed out through gritted teeth,

"I'M NOT GOING DOWN WITHOUT A FIGHT, FURBALL!"

Then, without even a moment's hesitation, Fred the hellhound roared out of nowhere and tackled the other. The pair of monsters tumbled, while Helena sank down to her knees, then to the ground. Fred howled. In one big movement, the mastiff took the other's head between his front legs, reared up, and pressed his legs inward, snapping the other hound's neck and turning it to a massive pile of gross yellow dust. Once done, Fred fell back to all paws and whimpered at her curiously. She must have looked pathetic, bleeding profusely and laying on the ground in a pile. The hellhound inched forward and whimpered more, licking her face and making doggy noises. "...Heh.... You got that from me didn't you..." He barked. "Ha.... Well that's cute... I'm not feeling too good here Freddy..." She coughed and gasped a little, which caused the hellhound to begin to bark and lick her more, "No, no, Fred... Fred stop... you're not helping bud... Just... haaaa, keep me safe till Reale evidently shows up....or someone... Hopefully... If nobody is here in another minute drag me back towards the center, kay?"

With a whimper, the hellhound laid down and curled his body around his human, then barked almost as if to confirm her request. Then he proceeded to rest his head on his paws.

Location: Almost to Rockefeller

Scenario: THE MIST IS BROKEN?!

"What- what do you mean, what happened? You just collapsed man!" Alec looked at AI as he collapsed, the younger sibling grabbing the older's arms and pulling him up. "What happened? You act as if something horribly tragic has happened-" He then became aware of shouting in the distance...

"I'M NOT GOING DOWN WITHOUT A FIGHT, FURBALL!"

"Helena?" He said out loud. It sounded like it was bad wherever she was. He couldn't help but panic a little at the sound of the fear hidden in her voice.

Jason Michaels

Location: Big House

Scenario: About to do something incredibly risky.

"It's official...the Olympians HATE me." Jason pulled his dreads back away from his face with his left hand holding a letter in his right he had a more than exasperated look on his face. Chiron paced back and forth across the table from him looking equally worried, they both knew what was going on in each other's mind and were equally freaked out. Chiron's tail kept flicking back and forth as his thoughts went from the pros of he situation which were few initially, to the cons which were pretty solid all the way through, "Jason, I wish I could help you more, but this is completely new. Never has the most been shattered nor have our battles been exposed. And while I can appreciate the benefits of transparency the dangers of the mortals knowing are great and numerous." Jason spoke up his voice a clear and open shout "What are we supposed to do?! We're in more trouble if they stumble upon us, what happens if there is hostile action and the rest of the world is still oblivious to us. Everyone would DIE and the only people that would know or care would be our families! And the gods AREN'T FUCKING HELPING!!" "JASON CORNELIUS MICHAELS! That. Is. ENOUGH!!.......everyone is worried, and everyone is scared. The gods didn't say that they weren't helping they said they would support your decision. The choice is yours." Jason sighed, neither he nor Chiron were ones to shout yet they were both driven to. "Thanks Chiron.....sorry for shouting, I...I should go. I need to check on Helena, and I think I know what I'll do." Chiron nodded arms crossed over his chest in his typical thoughtful yet authoritative way "No problem, give her my best."

Jason nodded standing up and leaving the room he walked down the hall briefly pausing outside the infirmary he walked on, out of the big house and towards the Hades cabin. Jason always had to remind himself that she wasn't in the infirmary anymore, due to her fitful sleeping and the dangers of waking her up Helena had been moved back to her cabin halfway through her treatment and stayed there for the remainder of it, now she was just here to rest under the resident doctor's orders to get some extra rest for her mental health too. Jason still shuddered at the memory of carrying his nearly-dead girlfriend into camp, the week spent trying to get her out of critical condition was one of the absolute worst in Jason's rather short history. Another two weeks had passed and Jason still checked on Helena at least three times a day. The walk was never enjoyable simply because he still stayed in his head, a place full of tension and uncertainty much like the camp.

Everyone tried their best to make evening go as normal, they even tried to celebrate their victory but it didn't feel much like one. After all it's what got them into this mess. As he walked Jason tried to stray from the gloomy thoughts turning his attention to the goings on at camp. He knew that there was weapons training as well as a newly updated obstacle course.p that was being run today. Minus those in the infirmary or those who were Jason everyone was in one of those two places caught in the fever of training that seemed to have a grip on the entire camp presently. Of course training has never been a bad thing and Jason was a little less worried in such a terrible time and it was nice to see even the Romans and Hunters jumping in.

Coming out of his thoughts when he Hades cabin stood before him Jason pushed his way in and navigated the messy room almost by heart before coming to Helena's bed. "
Hey Helena, coming back to the land of the living soon?" Jason smiled genuinely happy to see Helena especially alive, he could care less about anything else. Right now he was were he needed to be.

Location: Hades Cabin

Scenario: Waking up from yet another really weird, boredom induced dream.

Darkness.

Darkness was everywhere.

She was running, infinitely, getting more and more tired. She could hear something behind her. She didn't know what it was, but it was big. It was dangerous. It would kill her if it caught her. She could feel it's rancid breath on her neck. She was about to tumble down in exhaustion when she came to a halt at an invisible wall. She was about to tumble to the floor and presumably be crushed when she ran smack into an invisible wall. She turned slowly to face whatever was coming, and there, out of the darkness, came...

Christina Aguilera, dressed in a rather risqué burlesque outfit, shaking her chest vigorously with her arms limply hanging by her sides, accompanied by the booming music of...

The movie she had been before she fell asleep?

Helena woke up with a start, finding herself again in her cabin. It had been two weeks since the War that broke the Mist, she herself had been bedridden all this time. Having been in critical condition the first week, then moved to her cabin, Helena was forbidden from getting out if bed. Not only that, she wasn't allowed to leave the cabin at all. So when she got new movies sent to her in the form of a Hermes express care package, she was delighted.

Now the menu music or her most recent movie played over and over. After a moment to gather herself, she shut the ancient DVD player off and put a hand to her forehead just as Jason walked in, asking indirectly if she was okay.

" I'm fine, J. Really... Not that I don't appreciate you showing up, babe. It's always good to see you... How did it go with Chiron?"

Alec Grant

Location: Aphrodite Cabin porch

Scenario: Hanging out with the baby Blues.

Alec couldn't help it. There was a special place in his heart for this small fluffy rodent.

Alec was outside, sitting on the Aphrodite cabin porch, on the steps with his precious blue diamond chinchilla, given the affectionate and COMPLETELY ORIGINAL name Blue by his ten year old self. The small fluff was held carefully in his hands, just sitting out enjoying the fresh air.

It was hard to believe that just two weeks ago he had been in the middle of a bloody war. He could hardly ignore how strained the peace in the camp was. The Romans and the Hunters were in the camp, and everyone was trying to be happy. But the sense of impending doom was in the air, and there was no avoiding it. The Mist had been broken, and everyone was scared of what would happen next...

He sighed, and put Blue down briefly on the porch beside him, staring up into the sky with a sigh.

The sky was getting dark. It looked like it was going to rain...

"...Zeus must be upset.." Alec said, rather uneasy about the whole thing. He picked up Blue before he could run off and hugged the small fluff to his chest.

Niwa Samson

Location: Hades Cabin

Situation: Moody as fuck

Another dream that replayed the events of the war, he still couldn't comprehend that the mist was broken. It seemed like a thing that could never happen, what were the Gods even doing about it now? Waking up when he heard voices, he was about to get pissed because someone was disturbing Helena's rest. He sighed when he realized it was just Jason. A frown just worked on his face and he leaned back in the chair. He had been by Helena's side ever since she was brought back to camp. Others tried to get him out and take a break from being a watch dog, he would just hostilely snap at them and tell them to get lost or an early death would become them.

Though knowing Helena was getting better made his mood lighten up a little. "Hey Jason." He said curtly, he still didn't know the whole story from the Son of Poesidon on what happened to make the mist break. "I hate to break the news but, it seems like Zeus is pissed." he said and pointed outside to the whirling storm. He had a really good feeling who the God of the Skies was really upset with. He didn't speak that out loud though.
