Celeste

Celeste flew around the area, looking for a job to do, she had her list of people who were due to be born, but sometimes they came early or late. Either way job be really exciting, except when she would see her fellow Angel, the angel of death. When that happened it meant that the soul had been decided to be taken to heaven instead, usually causing Celeste to become even more bitter. She remembered her own life on earth, it been great and she had made her mom so happy, especially after her father died. Then she been in an accident and now she had left her mom alone, which made her occasionally go back to see her mother.

Today was pretty ordinary, she made stops at the hospital and after helping guide a few souls down from heaven she was looking to take a break. She quickly landed down on the ground, wiggling her wings and allowing them to fold up so she could be seen but not look odd. With the snap of her finger, she was now able to be seen by humans.

She walked into a coffee shop, waving to a little baby who could see things that adults could not. Children were amazing that way, but of course it was also scary to know that they could also see the demons that walked on the earth.

“I’ll take a latte please!” Celeste said softly, getting out the money she was given for odd jobs she did on earth. She put it on the counter, taking notice that the man was a little off and she shook her head. There was a part of her that wished she could help just anyone, but rules are rules and she had to stick to her job.

She took the latte and made her way out of the shop, taking a sip of it before sitting at a table outside and reviewing her list of people she needed to help deliver.

Mallory
Mallory was in her hollow abode that she called her home. It was in neither heave nor hell, but rather, her own little getaway. From the outside, it appeared to be just a mere apartment room, and when any mortal entered inside, they would only see that it was a normal room; however, if a supernatural entity was strong enough to sense it and break its magical properties, they could enter and find a endless shrouded sanctuary. The room seemed to have a constant, dreary fog-like mist that blanketed the entire space-- and it would also seem that gravity didn't apply there. It had the occasional dim light every now and then coming from some unknown source, but even the darkness of the abode always leaked through just like her sorrow. It went stretched across for miles, but Mallory certainly didn't need that much room. The endless space represented the void that was in her heart. The loss of everything she loved had taken a heavy toll on the silver-haired demon, so she spent most of her time in her sanctuary of solitude.

Today was one of those days where she reminisced on the past, letting tears drop down her cheeks as she hummed a beautiful, bittersweet lullaby as she held something close to her chest- a baby's blanket. This is not the first time where she has mourned the loss of her child and husband. She had experienced her everlasting pain for what seemed like a millennia. She painfully smiled, gripping the soft cloth between her fingertips as memories replayed over and over again in her mind, almost taunting her.

You were too late
.

You let them do it.

You killed them~!

She choked out another sob, feeling her aura grow darker and darker as more morbid, gruesome thoughts plagued her mind. She herself was a constant reminder of her pain. She would live to endure the pain because she believed whole heartedly that it was her fault. Now, after she fell from heaven and became a fallen angel, she had a few demons approach her in the past, 'welcoming' her in a sense... but she merely lashed out at them in utmost rage and uncontrollable anger. She has not spoken to any supernatural beings in years, not that it mattered to her. She ironically almost enjoyed her constant suffering. It was almost as if she fed off of her own hellish misery. How bittersweet.

The only thing that tasted almost as sweet was the delectable prized possession that all mortals had: souls. She found the most depressing souls to be the ones that fueled her most, and that was practically the only thing that got her out of the house. Speaking of which-- Her steady river of tears seemed to dry up as she felt it tug at her heart. She could always sense it- the depression that others carried on their backs. She sucked in a sharp breath, trying to calm herself down before flying over to the doorway upon which she exited. As she left her apartment room, her ravenlike wings extended outwards as they felt the cool breeze brushed through them like silk. She shuttered slightly, her nerves springing up in a frenzy as she peered out at the street below from the third floor to see mortals running about with cheerful smiles on her face. She felt...disgusted. Bitter. And jealous.

She then hopped over the railing as her wings caught air, lifting her higher as she sensed the sorrowful heart nearby. Her wings carried her high and low through the bustling streets of {{whatever city we decide to focus on?}} as she inhaled and exhaled deeply. She admitted to herself that perhaps she needed to get out more often, but she couldn't risk other beings like her to find her. She had gone out into hiding after descending from her holy, angelic position, and she certainly didn't want someone to ruin it for her. It was already difficult enough to mask her own powerful aura. She sighed, however, as she made the landing.

Where was...? Ah, she stood outside of a seemingly normal house. She strode towards the front before entering the house quietly. The family seemed rather... pitiful. Children were running around screaming while a mother tried containing them as she fixed up their next meal. The father sat in an office, trying to ignore the children's loud temper tantrums as she spoke of business obligations on the phone as he busily typed away on a computer. She wondered if they would have even noticed her if she could be seen by them. Thankfully, they couldn't because she did not wish to be seen- if she had, she would have came as her mortal self.

She slipped passed the family, trailing up the stairs as the house seemed to grow darker and quieter. She finally reached the top of the stairs, entering a dark girl's room. She found her lips quirking upwards for a brief moment, sensing the source of the pain and heartache. She felt no remorse for this person, mainly because after so much time of reaping the souls of the sorrowful, it stopped hurting. She felt numb to their feelings, yet despite her efforts, she could never numb her own. Her silver gaze met the noose, noting that this girl was aiming for a simple, obvious way to go. In the corne of the room, she noticed the girl was writing something down- probably her goodbyes. The thought made her weary- so typical.

The girl finally wiped away her tears, finished with her note as she made her way to the chair at the center of the room, ready to get her noose around her neck; however, Mallory approached the girl from behind, revealing herself to only the girl as she gave the girl a seemingly comforting embrace. "Shhh~ It's alright dear." The girl nearly jumped from her cold touch, but by seeing her wings that almost wrapped around them and her alluring beauty, a sob broke out, "I-I can't do this. I'm scared." Mallory's heart nearly froze at those words, the main one in particular being scared. She remembered those same words she spoke a long time ago, but she kept her lips sealed as the girl spoke on, "But I can't keep doing this." She felt the girl's hot tears rush down from her face and onto her arms that remained locked around the girl.

She smiled sadly at the girl, "There's an easier way dear. I can take all of your pain. All I need you to do is..." she paused, releasing her from her motherly embrace as she gestured towards the window, "Jump." One hit on the concrete would be enough to kill the girl, but it was a matter of easing her into it. The girl was scared because death was a new experience that everyone must face eventually. She was scared because of how slow it would take to die- a minute that would seem like a lifetime. The girl's eyes widened as she drew close to the window, opening it as she peered down at the ground below. "It'll be over quickly, dear. You have nothing to fear. I'll be here for you." She lightly pressed her hand against the girl's back, pushing her towards the window; however, the girl began shaking her head as second thoughts plagued her mind. "I-I can't." She stammered, wiping away fresh tears.

Mallory slightly frowned, leaning in close to the girl as her once silvery hues glowed an eerie purple color, "You know the truth. Your parents never intended to have a shit daughter like you. Why do you think they have half assed jobs like this? It's your fault they didn't get their degrees. It's your fault that your family suffers so much finanically." The girl began to slowly shake her head in denial, letting the demon's words sink into her heart, letting them become truth in her eyes. "Your friends were never your real friends. Why do you think they never invited you to any of their get to together? Or what about the time that one of them stole your crush away? What kind of people would want a person like you as a friend?" She chose her words carefully, making sure to destroy anything she had once seen as good in her life. The girl swallowed back thickly before letting out a shaky breath- she wasn't denying the 'truth' anymore.

Mallory let a grin form as she towered over the girl from behind, the shadows that stretched across the walls seemed to grow bigger and bigger as the tension grew. "You're nothing here, but if you were to come with me, you could live on in bliss and peace." The girl slowly nodded, wanting that more than anything as she shakily started climbing through the window. "Don't be afraid child, you're going to relieve everyone of the burden you are." And with that, all Mallory heard was the splat that came from the girl's body as it hit the ground. She flew down from the window, looking down at the oozing crimson that glided across the concrete as she leaned down, absorbing the girl's soul before it could enter heaven or hell. She felt rejuvenated by the soul, yet that deep feeling of unsatisfaction still lurked within her.

Before she flew away, she froze as she felt a strong presence that wasn't too far from her. She didn't know what it was, but she didn't think she could hide or escape without being seen.

Who is it?

"So this is Earth?"

From a demon's perspective, the Earth looked unique and was open to for anyone to do all the sins. It wasn't like Hell nor was it like heaven. It was in between. Earth was a place were humans lived, no angels and no demons. Humans were quite unique as well. From a friendly, nice person to aggressive, violent person. There were a variety of humans. It impressed Destrey to se such a diverse variety of people. It didn't automatically mean he wasn't going to bring them pain.

He was hidden within the shadows of humans, literally. His job was to give people a hard time in life. It stems from hurting them physically, mentally, emotionally, or socially. It could be a combination or just a flat-out 4 for $4 combo meal. Destrey had fun with his job. Seeing people in pain usually made him feel ecstatic and craved for more of it. Though, he'll spare those who already faced life. He would pity talk them. He didn't really kill anyone, unfortunately. He would kill loved ones to give a person a horrible, traumatic experience, though. He was allowed to push humans to commit suicide. Pain was his life, pain was what he could sense.

Today, however, he was going to take a short break. By a snap of his finger, Destrey was seen in his human form. He wished that he could appear as his demon form, but he would be in danger for doing that. Anyway, Destrey strolled around the streets, touring through what humans usually do.
"Humans are unique, a special species," murmured the Demon. "Kinda sad that I have to give them a hard time." Bystanders walked by, hearing some of what Destrey said. They brushed it off, thinking that he was just a drugged, crazy homeless person.

The Demon of Pain felt an alarming aura. It wasn't like a demon aura. It felt bright, kind, and blessed. So unfamiliar... so unique... so inhuman... what was it!? Destrey was by a coffee shop. Pretty normal by human eyes. Pretty abnormal for demon eyes. What the hell is a Coffee Shop? Plenty of humans were either inside or outside drinking what is known as "Coffee". You had to order them using some kind of material. It was so familiar to Destrey, though. He couldn't focus too much on it, he was focusing on what this strong aura was.

"Is this some kind of Angelic aura?" Questioned the Demon. He walked more over to the overpowering aura. The more he got to the source, it excited him. When he reached to the main source, he was met with a young lady. Is this a joke or is this real?...

Kai Takeshi
Sitting in the chair with his feet crossed on the table and his arms slouched on the chair as he looked at the holy girl drinking her latte peacefully. "How's the sip?" She couldn't have felt his presence till he made it noticeable, Kai learned how to suppress his immense power. Kai looked up at the clouds as he sighed and slightly chuckled to himself as some girls who walked by blushed at his own looks. Sitting up in the chair laying his elbows on the table and crossing his fingers together so his chin can rest on them as he looked in the beautiful angel's eyes reading her list. It was strange as Kai wasn't afraid of her as he just sat there looking since he had nothing better to do so far. He talked to her casually as if they've been doing this for a bit.
Kuro Fullbring
Looking at the paperwork he has to deal with Kuro sighed and continued to stamp, being a general of an holy army was hard to keep up with all the demands from the normal souls and bystander angels. "So much paperwork can you stop bringing them so I can go to the world of the living. I have a feeling to meet a good friend of mine, a fellow helpless soul." Kuro looked at his messanger hoping she had received his message. "Please I need to stretch for once instead of staying in this room for hours upon hours." Kuro said standing up as his wings unfollowed and he stepped out his office and flew off. Going to the Human world Kuro would hope to meet his devil friend Kai, hoping to kill that tyrant. "So many angels you killed with no remorse today is the day I stop you, I feel your power even if you hide it!" Kuro said as he was stopped by a holy soldier and dragged Kuro along with him. "Wait wait wait! I have a date with fate! With Celeste! Please hear my cry!" The soldier refused as he kept dragging helpless Kuro back to his office.
Past Kai Takeshi
Going through a fierce battle with 10 angels Kai transformed into his pure demonic stage as he swiped his hand and flames spewed out as a sword formed. Kai looked up at the angels who then struck at him as he flash stepped past five angel soldiers as they dropped. "Remember my name as the Black Terror and it will shun on your hopeless death, and maybe your entire extraction from existence itself." Kai said as he watched five of the angels dropped as the others shot holy blast at him as he vanished from flash stepping. Stabbing one of the soldiers in the back then using them as a shield from the attack from another angel, the angel pierced his own comrade as Kai pierced flames through the poor angel's chest. As two more came striking down at Kai, he pulled his sword out of the two angels and vanished of above the two who came to attack him as he held his left hand up creating a giant fire ball in a matter of seconds. Looking down at the two he threw the ball at the four angels consuming their bodies and turning them to dust. The last remaining Angel was calling for reinforcements in a panic as she looked at Kai with tears dropping from her eyes as she watched her comrades be killed in front of her.

Female Angel
"But why would you do such a thing instead of allowing us to put your soul at peace!" She cried out as she watched Kai go back to his base form. "Why do you have to retaliate!? Every angel will start to target you on sight!" She cried out to the boy.
Past Kai Takeshi
Looking at the beautiful Angel he laughed as he was still flying in the air he seemed to be scratched him from the battle between nine angels. "Remember me by Black." He said as his crimson red eyes looked at the girl in her own eyes the burning flame of hatred could be seen in his eyes as Kai was filled with rage. "Why would I allow myself to die if I know I could do so much more?" Kai said as he laughed a bit looking at her over his shoulder.
Past Kuro Fullbring
Coming through a magic circle with twenty more soldiers he looked at the female angel and smiled at her as he looked at Kai with hatred and disgust. "All evil should be left with no speck left of it, and only the good shall be blessed. Is what I always say!" Kuro said looking at Kai as he created a lance out of pure light as he aimed it at Kai. "Forces attack as I charge up this attack!!!" Watching the fleet of soldiers dive down at Kai the female angel that called for support flew up to Kuro and sighed in relief.
Female Angel
"I'm so glad you guys came in time!"
Past Kuro Fullbring
"I'm sorry it took us so long"
Female Angel
"No no it's okay i'm happy you guys even came!" She said smiling while blushing at the handsome archangel.

Past Kuro Fullbring
"Of course i'd come to your calling ma'lady!" He said charging his attack up.
Past Kai Takeshi
"You seriously think these guys can kill me?!" He said as he dodged many of their attacks completely ignoring them flying up to Kuro at full speed. Noticing three angels behind him coming up quick he turned around while still flying up and held his hand out holding his arm with his left hand and launched giant flames at the angels. They used a magic barrier to protect themselves as Kai flashed stepped in front of them as the smoke faded from the collision piercing them with the blade he summoned in his true form.
Normal Angel #4
"Why is this demon so strong! ATTACK HIM ALL AT ONCE!"
Past Kuro Fullbring
"Step back!" He told the girl next to him as he cranked his arm back ready to fire the rod of energy at Kai which was bellow him with a flock of angels. "Parish DEMON!" He cried out about to launch his hard as a strange turn of events occurred.
Past Kai Takeshi
Pushing the girl at Kuro completely throwing Kuro out of balance as the rod of energy exploded on them Kai watched the fleet come after him as he looked at the smoke from the explosion. "Heh." Kai flashed stepped without a trace left completely going into hiding then heading back to the underworld.

Demon Commander
Looking at Kai he laughed with joy knowing the strong demon came back. "You killed how many angels in the realm of the living!? Fantastic how could I not realize your strength till now? What have you been hiding from me and the other commanders!?" The commander asked as the cut up Kai stood there looking emotionless as ever. "So is this a sign you will come to the demon army and help us take over heaven? With your power we can certainly have a better shot!"
Past Kai
Looking up at the demon commander Kai turned his back on the commander and started to walk away with no words as he put his hands in his jacket pockets. Some guards go in front of Kai commanding him to go back and speak to the commander.
Demon Commander
"The other commanders would be shocked if I recuited you! Wouldn't you like the fame and fortune?! I know you have a thing for cute girls if we conquer Hell you can have loads of them as your simple slaves! Come on Kai why do you keep dodging the government!" He said as he slammed his hand on the handle of his chair.
Past Kai
"As long as the bird as the ability to fly no one can stop it's limitations on how high it will go unless it allows you to take control over it. I work on my own accord, if I wanted females I would go to the realm of the living and go talk to some. I'm in it to get stronger not to allow some other significant take control over me. If a giant battle between sides were to go on between sides I would be on my own. I fight for no one but myself, and only myself isn't that way you keep sending your men to come after me? Or is that another commander trying to recruit me?" Kai said looking at the helpless commander. Kai looked over at the guards as they still blocked his way out as he smirked and slightly laughed. His right hand was engulfed with flames as his hair covered his eyes. "I wouldn't mind killing some demons either!"
Demon Commander
"Promise me one thing though if needed we can call you to our aid!"
Past Kai
"Keep paying for my house in hell and the realm of the living and we have a deal." Kai said with his back still turned at the commander. The guards moved away from his path as Kai unsheathed his blade from swiping his hand which was engulfed with flames. He entered battle with them as one of them slipped up and got their life taken by Kai. The other backed away from Kai from the commanders orders as Kai's blade turned into flames and vanished, he then continued his way out the building and into the streets of one of the districts in the underworld. Many demons who saw him notified him as black terror as they whispered to each other. "The one that kills angels and demons huh?" Kai said smirking as he thought as himself being a true leader. "I wonder if I could become even stronger then the ruler of this realm." Kai looked at the palm of his hand as he muttered to himself.

Marisa

Today was not Marisa's day, already she had been forced to practically knock the drugs away from a foolish person three times already and she was ready for a break. Spotting a small café she quickly ordered a black coffee with a shot of espresso and exited the shop, only after she took a sip did she realize that others existed. Looking around she spotted a rather attractive something, he felt off though she had no idea why and chalked him up to being a really weird human. More looking revealed Celeste and after another gulp went over to the angel, "break time? Last time I saw humans never stop being born." While her words were sharp she held no actual anger towards the other angel, in fact she was one of the few she could stand to be around.

Celeste

Celeste was enjoying the moment to relax, it felt nice to not have worries at the moment, although that would not last very long. She smiled over at the man who had made the comment, nodding her head quickly and taking notice that he was quite handsome. “Yes! It’s wonderful! How are you enjoying—“

she was quickly interrupted by Marissa comment, with rather irritated Celeste. She tried to smile, but it was quite difficult and she ended up probably sounding more annoyed than she had meant to. “Even Angel of life needs a break sometimes…..” She said, not being able to help that she had the feeling that there was a demonic presence around her.

It began to her uncomfortable, when suddenly a man came up to her and She looked over at him in confusion why he decided to randomly come up to her. At first Celeste was just plain confused, but then with him so close by she felt an overwhelming sense of demonic presence. Suddenly Celeste shook her wings and let them out, as she would fade from site if he was a normal human.

•Mallory•
She remained almost frozen. It's not that she couldn't handle herself, but it was more of the fact that she didn't want to be found. She didn't want rumor to spread that the demon of sorrow was still roaming about alive. She bit her bottom lip, unfolding her wings- No. She folded them back, feeling a surge of power course through her whole body as her body transformed to its mortal form. Her raven like wings seemed to wither and shrivel away, revealing charred looking bones before they too disintegrated. He's long, shiny silver hair shortened as it's colored morphed into a white hair color. Her dead silver eyes shifted to a light pink color, still possessing a sorrow filled look. Now in this form, she could be seen by humans.

She then made her way to the bustling cafe, bringing an aura of dread and unhappiness as she entered. She could hear the small bell ring, signaling that the coffee shop had another customer. She approached the counter, eyeing the boy behind the counter. "Mhmm... I would like a vanilla bean frappuccino." She placed her order, pulling out some cash from her pocket. After her receipt pulled up, she reached out, taking the receipt out of his hand as she touched his hand briefly. Ah... so his life had been shit from day one. He was depressed with how he let his life run downhill just because he had given up on high school, got into trouble with drugs, got kicked out of his parent's home because of his problems, and now he was stuck serving coffee to people-- and demons it seemed.

She thanked him dully, letting her words drag out a bit before she walked over to a table-- one where she could sense the other beings. She could feel their power, but she couldn't pinpoint who it was-- it was a cluster of power. Little did she know that it was more than one supernatural entity in that coffee shop. She wondered if they had noticed her presence, but she had years upon years of practice of hiding her power from entity's like them-- so it would certainly have to be a powerful creature to sense her.

Asmodeus

A dark space with several dance floors lightened up by neon of various color that constantly shifted. Numerous strobe lights twisting around the fog exhaled by machines, all while edgy music played in the background. Teenagers were going crazy and taking selfies, all while a man sat near the counter drinking vodka. And then, a blonde man with uncanny eyes approached and sat down next to him. Wearing a bright, golden jacket and a black undershirt, as well as very avant-garde pants and... earrings. Golden earrings. His eyes were very active and watched the events of the club very actively.

Asmodeus poked the mortal man busy with his vodka with his elbow. "Teenagers these days, right?" he asked, in a suave voice, hovering his eyes over a pair of teens kissing passionately in the corner of the upper floor. Although Asmodeus tried to initiate a conversation, the man did not respond. He was sad. The mood seems to have infected Asmodeus, who frowned briefly, biting his lip with a sharp fang, almost piercing it. "Hey. I'm talking to you! What's wrong, man? Didn't you come to the club to have fun?" Asmodeus was getting impatient. How hard it was to find a drinking buddy nowadays.

"Well," the man answered shabbily, his eyes lethargic and indifferent. He did not even look into Asmodeus' direction as he spoke. "You know, I... I--" he started. "No. Don't over-extend yourself. Let me guess: Divorce? Over ten years of unhappy marriage?" Asmodeus said, almost as if he had mind-reading powers. Suddenly, the intoxicated man's brows and eyes turned alive. He looked at Asmodeus, somewhere between awe and fear. "H-How did you know that?" he asked. "Easy, man. That thing," Asmodeus pointed to his wedding ring. "The outer part is dirty, yet the edges are so clean. That suggests you never polish it and often take it off. All in the same, I guessed you have to be an older man, at least in your mid-thirties, since young people shun vodka. They prefer to crack open a cold one with the boys."

The older man slightly pushed his vodka glass away and sighed. "Damn it... you're right," he admitted, looking like he was about to cry out of self-pity. "Hey, hey! Hush, don't worry. It's cool. We've all had our hard times, but you know what? I have something that will fix you right up," he pulled out a suspicious, small, white cube out of his pocket, then laid it on the counter and cracked it apart with his elbow. He picked up the man's empty vodka glass and used it to further splinter the substance into a powder. Asmodeus then pulled out a $100 banknote from his wallet and rolled it up, then put two rubbers around it to make it into a tube. The divorced man watched perplexed until Asmodeus handled him the dollar-tube. "W-What? No, I can't." Asmodeus shrugged and smiled warmly. "Nah, man. Don't worry. I've got plenty of this stu--" he was interrupted. "That's not what I mean! I just... is this... I..." he argued with himself. "Dude, don't worry. Trust me. Make yourself happy for once. You deserve it." The man reluctantly took the dollar in his hand and tried to snort the cocaine from the counter.

Asmodeus pat his shoulder as he did it and picked up a beer from the bar, drinking it and yelling: "LET'S GET SMA-A-A-A-SHEEED!"

[One morning later]

Asmodeus woke up in a metal trash bin that fell over onto the street, his upper torso laying on the concrete. The demon slowly rose his head, his sleepy and sluggish eyes. He looked up, quickly scanning the area. He was in a dark alley, surrounded by unconscious teenagers, empty bottles, and a lot of burnt smokes. "I kun seeh wudd 'appened dere..." Asmodeus put his right hand on his hand, it was banging like hell itself, which was ironic. "Holee sheet... Wudd... wudd 'appened yesterday.... I don' remembe... anythin'..." He was barely capable of speaking.

Asmodeus picked up a nearby bottle and shoved it into his mouth, hoping there was still booze inside it, but he felt nothing from it. He took it out of his lips and looked inside with one eye. It was empty. Asmodeus let out a massive groan and threw it away, putting his hands on the concrete and slowly got up. He stumbled and barely managed to stay upright, before walking down the alleyway toward the street. On the way there, he made a brief pause, letting out his black, feathered wings and stretching for a minute to help himself wake up. Being a demon, hangovers were much more tolerable and lasted shorter than those of mortals, so that's a plus. He would be good in a few minutes. Asmodeus continued walking down the alley after hiding his wings.

The demon peeked out, attracted to several strong sources of beauty and sorrow at the same time. Asmodeus was one to seek excess and all kinds of new experiences and feelings wherever he could. Only a few seconds later did he realize that what he sensed were the auras of a fellow demon and several angels. "Oh, man. I should have taken... crack with me... do I have steroids on me?" he checked in his jacket. "Nope," he burped and moved forth.

-----------

Suddenly, the door of the café was kicked open by a clearly intoxicated man. He was not there mentally and he sported a bright, yellow, almost golden jacket, a pair of pants with a similar color, a black undershirt, a green headband with a heart on it, and a pair of golden earrings. His uncanny appearance was further augmented by his unnatural eye color and long, sharp, white fangs, like those of a vampire. He had a stupid, sheepish grin on his face.

"Wubba lubba dub dub!" he entered the place and observed the tense atmosphere. "You guys having a party? Can I join in?" he sarcastically asked. It was clear at this point that he was either insane or a demon.

Though Asmodues was a kinder demon, he still knew about his unholy crusade, his infernal mission; to subvert God's plan and eradicate angels. He was on the attack, preparing for the awesome, hollywood fight scene that was about to take place between him, some other demons, and some other angels. This was going to be good.

Kai Takeshi
Kai heard as a another angel walked over to their table and asked the angel in front of him if she was on break, he tried not to laugh after hearing the angel in front of him response was. Filthy even the most holy can have flaws huh? God's creations were no more then a bunch of normies. Kai had thought to himself hearing the two girls speak as he heard the bell ring seeing a slightly short girl walk in the building as she took her coffee from the cashier. "A fallen angel or a demon?" Kai mumbled to himself as he watched her sit, then the door opened once more as a intoxicated man stepped foot in the building. He could tell that he was demon just from his smell, Kai sighed and looked back over at Marisa. "You want to sit with us?" Kai said reaching over his chair taking another chair from a table behind him moving it directly by him as he put his arm around the top of the chair. "Come relax no need in standing there looking dead inside." Kai said with no fear at all realizing he was surrounded by all types of demons and angels.

Mallory watched in silence as she took small sips of her vanilla bean frappe. She hadn't been out in a long time, and this by far, was worth it. The vanilla frappe was almost a cold reminder of how sweet her life had once been... and once she was finished with her drink, it would be gone just as her happiness was. She found herself comparing even the smallest things to her sorrow, and she merely felt pity by that thought alone. How disgraceful she had become. She was once a powerful warrior named Ceres whose duties were to protect the innocent from vengeful demons, but now she was nothing more than a demon who settled for what life had given her- a fate far worse than death. A fate bearing eternal suffering. She sighed quietly, lightly mixing her drink with her straw as she silently observed the group. Her sole purpose was to see if she could figure out why there were creatures like herself on Earth. Even more so, she was curious as to how coincidental that they were so close to her safe haven. She didn't dare question it aloud though.

Her attention was stolen by the small bell making another ring as another customer entered rather forcefully- obviously drunk and out of his wits as he stumbled into the coffee shop. Her eyes were wide for a moment, but she soon settled, watching the other being's reactions. She could practically feel his demonic aura blanket over the shop as she sipped her drink. Just damn perfect. She had nothing to say in response, lowering her gaze to the table.

Destrey
Several more powerful auras appeared. Before he could manage to focus on that, the young lady sprouted out angel wings. It seemed this was a normal tactic for either angels or demons to hide themselves from humans. Unluckily for the young angel, she revealed her identity to a demon. The Demon of Pain, more precisely. This made Destrey laugh at the angel for using a cheap tactic.

"You really think-" he blurted out while laughing. "...You could use that type of tactic on me?!" He was ignoring or being inconsiderate for saying such words at a public place. People around him just kept to themselves awkwardly or even leave the cafe. This made Destrey expand on his crazy side to the humans. After all, Destrey was laughing at an empty space. His laughter faded out and now decided to focus on the other powerful aura for a bit.

There was a fellow demon aura near where Destrey stood. Another demonic aura, through seems looney, nearby as well. There was a faint demon aura around but Destrey brushed that off as unimportant. Definitely, there was another angelic aura. However, this aura was grumpy, stressed yet still blessed. He came to the conclusion that there were other demons and an angel in the cafe spot. "Well, well, well," Destrey started to say. "Seems to be a lucky day for me."

"You are an Angel, yes?"
he continued but with a private, quieter tone. "No need to worry, I'm just taking a little break" He directed his words towards the young Angel woman with her list. His little break is sure to relieve everyone on Earth. They wouldn't be able to experience a hard time...yet. Anyway, he did want to pick a fight with the Angel. But, he'll have to wait for the right moment to do so. It is his job to bring pain.

Asmodeus

"Now, now. Everyone, calm down," suddenly, Asmodeus walked out and tried to attract as much attention to himself as humanly possible. "We are all higher beings. We should not tire our minds with petty ordeals and squabbles, yes? Even if we are to fight, perhaps we shall go elsewhere as not to draw mortal attention, right?" he justified. The truth is, Asmodeus simply wanted to avoid wrecking the place too bad and didn't want any innocents to die by stupid chance. "How about we all calm down, sit down... Enjoy a nice cup of..." he looked around to determine where he was, grabbing a random mug of coffee, sipping it gently. "Coffee!..... And then we set aside our differences, talk about our problems, and walk away from each other with no malignancies in the repertoire?" The demon's voice was suave and persuasive. He was attempting to speak in a smooth, gentle way, tempting everyone there hoping they wouldn't wreck the place.

"Why bother fighting, when we can be at peace and walk our separate paths, right?" he took another sip of the coffee, slowly feeling the hangover go away. He laid the mug down and gave a sheepish grin to everyone present. 'What if they DON'T want to fight? I might be misreading the situation...'

Marisa had sat down at Kai's request and was giving Asmodeus the most disgusted look she could ever make. The last straw was when he drank from her cup and she stood up, outraged. "You! Your the one who keeps undoing my work! And you have the guts to try and act suave when just a second ago you were a sloppering mess." Marisa could hardly contain herself from launching at the other and her Face was flush with pure rage.

Asmodeus

Asmodeus cringed when he heard Marisa's yell. 'Uh-oh... Wait... is this destiny? Let's check the list: I got drunk... check... I woke up in a dark, foreboding alley with no recall of what I did last night... check... A woman's yelling at me... check... holy shit.' He looked at Marisa with wide open eyes, raising his eyebrows in shock. He stared like that for several seconds, then he, murking apologies under his breath tried to reason with her. Asmodeus was extremely nervous, visibly sweating on the back of his neck, as his hairs stood up in awe.

"
H-Hold on! Don't get mad at me, Feathers!" he used a nickname, probably a mistake. His tone was overflowing with self-defense - he was trying to play the victim. Asmodeus gulped before continuing. "I've got a job as well, you know? You should be happy! You're maintaining the natural order, isn't that what you people are about? You know, we're polar opposites and stuff? Y-You know? I do drugs. You undo drugs. Rinse and repeat?" he justified his behavior, still extremely terrorized by the celestial creature before him. "If you want, we can schedule something! Like, you know... I don't spread drugs on Christmas, you let me spread steroids on Fridays. That sort of thing. That sort of arrangement?! Sound good? Please, don't smite me. Please, don't smite me. Please, don't smite me..." he kept repeating the last sentence over and over. He was out of drugs at the moment. Meant no super ultra doohickey powers to protect himself with, other than flying away... except there was a ceiling over his head.

Krillen

Krillen could sense some strange auras that came from the cafe (?). A part of him wanted to go in and check it out, but maybe he shouldn't but in. He sighed and only took a seat on a bench, thinking about his parents still..how could he leave them behind? How selfish could be ? The thought of it made him mad, which wasn't good. " Damn it..I just left them behind like that. I'm the worst kind of person. " of course he would look up and actually saw his parents near by. A bright smile came across his face, jumping up in excitement. " Mom. .Dad." Krillen paused, realising that he was a demon. All he could do was watch them from far away . Well, he was happy they where ok at least

Kai Takeshi
Still having his arm around Marisa he watched as she burst out in slight anger. "Why don't we all just relax here fellow humans like ourselves should have peace amongst each other." Kai said looking at everyone who seemed to make the café a little bit heated. Kai wanted to play as if he was human the best that he could as he looked outside the window of the café to see the clouds fly by in the beautiful sky. "Why do you have to fight anyway?" Kai said as he was trying to hold back the urge to attack the two angels and three demons in this room. "I hate having to end a fight you know, those are never the best." Kai was slowly getting more and more tempted as the tension between them continued to rise.

In the corner of the café, Mei sipped her rose tea. She placed the cup empty cup on the table and lifter her book from the table. A innocent smile was plastered on her face as she hummed as she read her book. She was happy until voices of loud people started to rise. Her left eye twitched in annoyance as she listened to the arguement. "Don't get involved Mei. Just blend into the background."she said to herself as she went back to reading her book. She wasn't intrested in being dragged in a demon vs angel argument.

Destrey
Destrey giggled at the scenario displayed before him. An angel, with a demon around her, yelling at a another demon. He then burst out with maniacal laughter rather than the early quiet giggles. It wasn't that funny. In the background, more humans left the cafe with their drink and some stayed but kept to themselves. Destrey's little break was going on to far. Though, he might not even recognize that. Destrey could be called the Demon of Laughter if he kept this act.

"You guys are cracking me up!" the demon cackled out. "My breaks aren't usually like this!" He's just laughing at the situations he's in. Though, it does have the element of funniness. An Angel trying to hide and an angel yelling at a demon. It wasn't something Destrey saw on his usual time.

Adelaide heard a call and landed next to krillen, while it was true he was a demon that didn't mean he couldn't have a message given to those he once loved. "Would you like me to give the mm a message?" She asked the demon, hoping she didn't startle him with her sudden appearance.

'Neither are my supposed breaks.' She mused to herself, keeping it in her thoughts as she pursed her lips slightly, watching the angels and demons fuss and talk. She wondered why he was laughing so damn much- this wasn't very funny or amusing. Then again, Mallory didn't hardly find anything numerous in the world. Though she understood the irony of it all- demons and angels at the same place at once without trying to kill each other. Now that was something new even to her. Back when she still had her grace and was a strong angel, she could remember the many war-torn battles she had fought in against demons, so to see this was simply beyond her imagination. Then again, she was a bit surprised she remembered such things. She supposed war would always stay ingrained in her mind, but mostly everything else was slipping away from her memories, fading away as though they had been nothing. Her old comrades she once called friends and allies... the strongest demons she had ever encountered... the humans she had saved during... It was all just a faded dream. It was something she would never again possess.

Now that she thought of memories, she tried to see if any of them looked recognizable to her. Yes, they certainly wouldn't recognize her now, but maybe she can remember them... She took another sip of her drink, trying to distinctly remember their faces. Though the more she tried, a headache began to formulate and pound against the walls of her head. It was no use... the old angel, Ceres, had burned out long ago. She frowned at her own dismay, deciding that coming to the coffee shop had been a bad idea. Even if they were close to her sanctuary, what did it matter? Why would they bother messing with her? The angels she once knew have become strange, almost foreign to her. They do not appear as strong and as ruthless as they once had during her time, so was there really any need for the concern? Probably not. She sipped the last remaining bit of her drink before rising from her seat, tossing it into the trash can. "How unfortunate..." That was all she muttered under her breath. The angel she once was would have been ashamed of how angels treated demons now, yet the new part of her that she had come to somewhat embrace was absolutely thrilled at their downfall.

Krillen

Krillen kept an eye on his parents and kept smiling. It's been years since he last saw them, they still looked well. The demon jumped when the newcomer..an angel at that. Well, thankfully he wasn't like most demons. Freaking out of saying something negative to angels. He didn't care who or what your are...he's willing to talk to anyone unless they piss him off." You can send a message to them? Wait..wouldn't That be awkward for them? I-I don't want them to know that I'm some kind of monster. I mean...umm.." Krillen sighed and rubbed the back of his head. This was hard to put into words

Angel Soldier #1
As he flew above the café he commanded his comrades to cover the whole building as they even blocked the windows. Of course humans could not see the forces of angels as he created a magic circle around the café and anything two miles from it. The magic circle created a powerful barrier as it shot over everything, a couple of priest were on the side line to pump more power into the barrier just incase anything was to go wrong. "Five demons and one powerful one all upon the messanger!? Have they brain washed them!?" The Soldier said crushing his spy glass, this truly infuriated him to know his own comrades were brain washed by some scums like demons. "Celeste and Marisa we will save you both from the grasp of those slimes!" He said as he commanded his men to come through the windows and roof to invade the building the humans ran in fear to get out, they were the only ones who was allowed to leave the barrier since they had no supernatural power.
Angel Soldier #2
"She stood there and looked at her two comrades sit with sly demons. "A drunk, a saddest, a wonderer, and a tyrant. Such disgusting traits you foul beast carry with each other." She said as she grinded her teeth soon as the humans evacuated the building began to crumble as the angels where trying to draw the demons from hiding. They swarmed the building attempting to attack every demon in the building trying to save their comrades.
Kai Takeshi
Playing with Marisa's hair he watched the angels invade the building as he sat calmly as some angels stood behind the two who were obviously enjoying each others presence. Kai stood from his chair and finally everyone in the vicinity could feel his immense demonic power, for normal mortals it would feel like a heavy weight was crushing them. "It sucks I found you kind of cute too, the names Kai Takeshi." He said carelessly patting Marisa's head as he vanished by flash stepping leaving nothing but tiny flames where he stood. Flash stepping about the building that was obviously about collapse on itself he looked to his right to see the one commanding the fleet. "What happens if I wher-." Kai was cut off his sentence as his leg was pierced by a yellow magic rod. He coughed up blood as his leg gushed out massive amounts of blood as well he began to fall as he was trying to regain his composure but ended up crashing down on some outside tables. The smoke from the collision did not clear for quite a bit, but for the mean time Kai was try to get the rod out of his leg but it burned his hand whenever he touched it. He could feel his mana dropping faster and faster the longer he kept it inside of his leg. "I swear I hate you soldiers!" He said as his eyes shot up crimson red as the smoke blew off from his location as he was transformed in his pure demon form. The magic rod was faded as his flames burned them to crisp many of the fleet came at Kai to attack. "Remember my name as the Black Terror and it will shun on your hopeless death, and maybe your entire extraction from existence itself." Kai stated as he swung his hand which was engulfed in flames to summon his blade as he fought off many soldiers with lances to hold them off the rode seemed to be effective on Kai slowing many of his movements completely.

(To spice the things up, think of this as a rescue mission for the angels lmao.)
