how violent are the champions allowed to get during challenges? Like what rules are in place short of not using lethal force?
Going off the professor meeting that'll be held in the RP, nobody knows until all the professors vote to move up the challenge to tomorrow. Then we can relay the news to our students if we want! Also, hell yeah on getting Sigurd beat up!Wait I have two questions - are the champions supposed to KNOW that the first challenge is tomorrow? Or is that a surprise for everyone lol

I think Bellamy and Cha-Cha have a date coming upbut if the rest of you guys with professor characters are unsure of what to do with them during the interval of free time, what do you think if an emergency staff meeting is called to discuss Piper's prophecy? No one at Ilvermorny had planned the first challenge for tomorrow in the RP, but given the prophecy, they hold a vote to move it up (which passes of course). So at this time the attending professors would be the only ones aware of the challenge early tomorrow morning, and it's their job to relay the info to their students, or not and they're in for a surprise lol. What do you guys think? We don't have to do this if most of y'all already have plans for your profs! Just an idea to give them something to do.

Yup, what Tobi said! No one knows that the first challenge will be held tomorrow yet. I prolly should have mentioned that to Pyro lol, but that part of Auguste's post isn't a big deal. After the professors' meeting, it will be on them to spread the word to their team, so if someone falls asleep at the wheel, the champions will also be in for a surprise tomorrow morning. As for what's allowed in the tournament, I would say anything short of the Unforgivable Curses. Since it's a competition, rules against hexes and jinxes will be lifted if one is cast specifically during a challenge.
