I feel a strong sense of D&D coming from you, and I LIKE THAT.

I have 14 dnd characters
It's a problem
I'm never gonna be able to play all of them
And I maaaaay or may not ship a couple of them a little
So I'm just writing a story out of a campaign idea I had, with two of those fourteen in it.

I also listen to TAZ (but I'm not caught up on amnesty so no spoilers please)

At least I've moved onto making stories rather than stay stuck on overelaborate worldbuilding that never let me get to the story part in the first place

We suffer from similar problems, sadly I have no one to keep me motivated after I make story, character progressions, AND world building. XD

Maaan I think I could do just about any genre, given if I had enough time to plan it out though.
Fantasy/Adventure is my favored element of genre though.

YESS fantasy is THE GOOD STUFF

Horror/suspense/anything Bloodborne-esque or H.P. Lovecraft-esque is also another favored genre for meh!

Lucamore (He seems cocky enough to be strong and fight in an all-out battle.)
Jade. (His OP powers)
Nova - although she might not have battle experience, her powers can cause distraction, and depending on how much she uses at the time, she could cause agonizing pain or relief even the most fatal of wounds' pain.
Marcus - he seems like a good candidate for battle!
Zerex seems like he could as well!

AS long as the opponents powers aren't around the scope of reality/spatial warping. Godly like powers. (Where spatial warping would pretty much erase anything in its path if it was touched by the victims)
If they are able to just cause destruction in a way where the characters could still have a fighting chance I believe many characters could even work together to stop it from happening! (Sorry for the long read!)

I actually JUST read up on Shiyam to see what powers she had. (Since I was hype for the post you made) She is AMAZING. Her powers are awesome being tied to plants, nature, etc. And her weaknesses are in reasonable length. She would be a difficult opponent if she went all out, but if she was on your side, you'd be in the bag.


Thing is, I like the idea that everyone has a weakness to them though. Luxu is an extreme physical fighter, thus he can't do long range or mid range battle. (Unless he gains enough strength to punch the air and cause waves of air hit the person). His power revolves around reinforcement and enhancement of the body, and negation of feeling pain (Until after he deactivates his power.) The trade-off though is that the longer he uses the power, and the angrier he gets the more Luxu's own body is being destroyed from the inside. His muscular system begins to rip and tear at increasing speeds if he uses 50% of his power (which is tied to his anger). I can't say for other character's weaknesses, but I find them the most interesting part of a character.
