Appearance:
A very-large male of a racially ambiguous descendant giving him a questionable ancestory.

Standing at around 9,5 ft (or 287 cm) tall of musclebound man; naught defined but imposing given the serpent-sized veins which adorn almost every inch of his frame. A rugged and heavily scarred face befitting a man instead of a teenage-boy, a bulbous nose, sharp-edge ears and a big-mouth fitted large lips that covers his teeth. Sharp eyes which seem similar to a hawks' own, giving an odd face. Covering his head is a huge mane of brown hair that forms into a rainfall of cowlicks most of the time cover his face completely and reaching down towards his knees; numerous metallic bands are placed into the hair to kept it under control... Or whatever sense of control which could be offer over the hair.

Finishing off his appearance is his body itself which is most odd in shape. Rather short yet compact legs with gigantic thighs and define calves finished with monstrously-large feet. His torso is abnormal being small at the waist and become absurdly wide upward towards the shoulders which was adorn with robust muscle. One of his most defining features had to be his arms which seemed to be so long that they would drag across the ground with fists which had been the size of Rickard's own massive chest; they appear to be some lean but their size offered a sight of great-strength.

Clothing wise; Rikard could always be seen with 'thuggish' attire. Sports' jersey covering gigantic shirts or colorful jackets/sweaters with baggy jeans; flashy belts and sports shoes. In addition; he's always seen with large rings of different-metal and gemstones alongside flashy earrings finished over several huge necklaces or chains wrapped around his gigantic neck.

Hero Outfit; He wears loose yet fitting dark pants with work-boots of a light-brown coloration. A specialized t-shirt adorning his upper body alongside being free of all his jewelry whilst his knuckles are adorning with brass-knuckles fitting his massive fists. Lastly; his face is covered by large, black mask.

Personality:
Rikard M. Walterson... Is a god-damnable character. A crass and somewhat up-front boy with a brutal-method of thinking; known for long-winded characterizations of people whom are friend or foe. He could be seen as many things from a villain trying to be a hero or a misguide and 'gifted' teen without a proper guiding figure in his life whatsoever.

Drawn by pretty girls, loud and guttural music and a 'good' time (A big brawl); this combative teen could be seen as a classic thug or bully in a cartoon.., Except; it was anything but the truth. If Rikard finds something that interests him; his attention is completely drawn and he focuses like a predator on prey with such cold, callucated thoughts that it mislead from his oafish appearance. Rikard is surprisingly observant and speaks his mind upon reading someone's body language and mannerisms; Often times point out somethings to the person whom that he is speaking.

Quirk Description:

A Quirk which is based upon activating a specialized-set of nerves and muscles located in the body of Rikard. As a result; this allows for his body to be 'supercharged' causing it function at a level of fitness normally exceeding his natural output for a short and explosive burst or stead output of power.

This could be seen as a 'state' or transformation which Rikard undergoes; mainly being an increase in natural muscular definition & size for the neck, torso & arms finished with a shift of color for his black hair to an earthy-brown highlighted with splashes of blond. A notable effect is the temperature producing steam from the mouth and nostrils with a super-heated body to better handle the energy of the transformation.

Upon transforming; he is able to focus and utilized his additional muscles and nerves towards body. Mainly focused on Rikard's upper body or rather; his arms.

This primary focus on arms enables him to throw an astounding amount of pile-driving, rock destroying punches in a moment or throw around the likes of a pick-up truck with ease. This ability relies on the physical condition of it's user and a certain amount of energy/calories in his system.

Drawbacks:

Just as this Quirk's natural focus is based around Rikard's Body; it has caused numerous issues as well. One being his natural-size which makes him a large target and even-more so whilst his Quirk is in use that can lead to him taking unnecessary damage despite his efforts to prevent it.


The user's body will require an innately massive calorie intake to function normally and more in order to actually utilized his Quirk in any useful sense. Requiring him to eat rapidly and/or in large-sittings.


In addition to the high calorie; the body must be incredibly hydrated from the super-heating process which prolonged exposure can lead to organ damage or failure such as blindness, stomach pain, heart-burn & possible hallucination.


Just as he grows older/stronger; the required amount of calories to function normally will increase substantially in portion.


Aside from the need to eat; Rikard must maintain a certain degree of fitness in order to handle the strain of his Quirk.


However - If he overexerts then he can no longer use his Quirk, may injury his body severely or be forced into a state of unconscious.


Where Rikard in his normal state and more so in his transformed 'state' may be extremely resilient against physical-types of damage and direct-methods of combat. Rikard may suffer against forms of energy or Quirks which can take advantage of his rather singular-method of approach.


Extreme Cold are weakness that can often lead to completely negations of Rikard's Quirk if he isn't able to heat himself enough either naturally or externally.


Misc. Facts:

• Despite his savage appearance; he eats very neatly and politely. ​
• Outside of class; Rikard is often snacking and listening to music on his headphones for two reasons. First; snacking helps break the habit of cigarette smoking gained when he was younger. Secondly; music gives him a rhythm to help him think about things and relax.​
• Rikard is the youngest of quadruples who is the youngest among his 12 siblings.​
• He is a very capable cook and makes huge meals from himself which he may share with others. ​
• Often times; he is adorned with numerous different kinds of jewelry. ​
• A very skilled dancer.​
• If one was to think of his voice; think of a youthful version of Duke Nukem.​

Rage certainly an interesting character, he's a 4th year, right? I think the quirk (I won't touch the description, I could see that happening) could use a little work. For one, I think that's transformation rather than emitter, secondly, this is very similar to the quirk One for All, given the short-term power boosts with the side effects of energy consumption and self-harm. It could do with being a little more distinctive, though the general idea is fine, and the power I'll excuse because 4th Years have extensively trained. 2nd (or 3rd given Michael) 'Big 3' equivalent acquired/accepted!

Appearance:
Standing at 5'10"/178cm tall when upright and with quite the wiry frame to boot, Lumos isn't the most physically intimidating man, though he makes up for that with quite the uncanny feature: most of his face is covered by a screen. This screen can display most anything a modern LCD screen normally can (most of the time showing a simple smily face to add to his unsettling visage). Apart from this, Lumos' appearance isn't that unordinary. He's bald, but that's the least remarkable feature of his head, and his pale skin blends right in with the English masses. As far as outfit goes, Lumos is usually seen in a tuxedo-like 3-piece business suit with satin gloves, though sometimes he'll wear more casual clothing when alone.

Personality:
Lawful Evil, INTP/INTJ. Lumos Rumore is an incredibly intelligent man and this bleeds into his personality and modus operandi, carefully studying his environment and meticulously planning most things. Why leave that heist to chance when you know how everything will play out? Why openly challenge a hero when you can torment them with personalised calling cards? I think it's important to state that Lumos is not psychopathic/sociopathic, not suffering explicitly from ASPD (Anti-Social Personality Disorder) but displaying a few traits of such. For one, though he is not emotionless/devoid of empathy (some things do legitimately shake him), Lumos is amazingly calm under pressure and when commiting heinous acts. He feels guilt, but it's so seperated from his 'morals' that it barely affects him. Second and related, Lumos is simply an evil, cruel person who enjoys breaking down social order with impunity (though he creates order in his associations). He is not unfeeling when doing evil, the feeling is simply content joy. Cold but not frozen, calculating with efficiency and sadistic but not compromising security to inflict more pain.
Disney Villain? Never heard of 'em. Also, as far as his political views hold, he switches between authoritarian and anarchistic seeminglyon a whim, though he is left-leaning purely because progress is more suited to him than tradition and hatred of one characcteristic over another is irrational. He ruins all equally.

Backstory (Optional):
Not much is known about the identity, let alone the past of the elusive AV, though for our sake let's elucidate. Lumos Rumore was born Lucas Redfield in Kensington, London, England to a renowned surgeon/anatomist by the name of Samuel Redfield (seemingly quirkless) and a tech entrepeneur with an electronics interfacing quirk, Nicole-Anne Hizzey. Growing up around academics and geniuses with the same capabilities himself, high hopes were set for young Lucas. His father was fascinated with the boy's quirk throughout his childhood, and along with his mother developed the schematics for modular attachments to interface with his mutation that Lucas still uses today.
As he grew and moved through schooling, both public and private, Lumos started to become bored with the curriculum he was taught. The information came naturally to him, and even the highest challenges that his teachers could give were eventually overcome. He did relish the intellectual challenge and debate that teachers could bring, though, and when they weren't teaching the other students, often Lucas would spend his time talking in depth with the teachers (which didn't help him in popularity with the other students). Eventually though, Lucas started to explore other uses for his intellect: manipulation, hacking, theft, scamming etc. Lucas realised that humanity is the weak point in anything, and by exploiting the stupidity of people in general, he could do pretty much anything.

Around his later-teens, Lucas started to try more and more far-reaching schemes and jobs, and formed the South-England/South-East Underground Ring (SEUR), a group of loosely-connected criminals with the common goal of furthering their collective wealth, breaking down the social order and ruining the collective credibility/social standing of 'heroes'.
It was also around this time that the aspiring supervillain did three other important things: fast-tracked the university/degree system to (rightfuly, mind you, he's a gotdamn prodigy) 'earn' his A-Levels, Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Chemistry/Biology, Psychology and Biochemistry respectively (and BTEC/vocational qualifications in Computer Science); managed to get himself in a state of bureaucratic limbo where he simultaneously changed his name to Lumos Rumore and persisted as Lucas Redfield, appearing to be two people legally; and opened up two companies as fronts for ludicrous amounts of illegal shit (Guiding Light Enterprises for tech and Rumore Chemical Industries for chemical engineering.)
Every year, Lumos sees the new students of Oakwood and other UK academies and gathers as much information as possible on them through contacts and recon, so why not check out this year's?

Quirk Name: Motherboard
Quirk Type: Mutant
Quirk Description (Including Drawbacks):
Lumos' brain (and most of his nervous system) act(s) much like a motherboard/computer in that electronic devices can be connected to his brain and then controlled by him. His brain is able to transmit electricity and store data at a greater level than others as well, leading to a near-perfect photographic memory and astounding ablility in processing information such as numbers, theories and formulas. Behind the 'mask' of a screen, Lumos' nose, eyes and forehead aren't present (his eyes substituted for cameras, and ears for 'microphones' though noone can tell if they're inherent or artificial), though his mouth is still there and the lower part of the screen can be detatched when needed. These modifications, along with things like cables attached to his peripheral nerves, allow him to do pretty much anything he wants on a linked computer (provided he knows the code) and that is quite the advantage in the modern world. The 'eyes' can zoom in 4x and see in the infrared spectrum, 'ears' can adjust their sensitivity etc.
With these advantages, though, come a few Achilles' Heels. First, any electronics that Lumos is connected to become like extensions to his nervous system, meaning any damage to them causes him great pain. Second, Lumos is vulnerable to surges of electricity literally overloading his brain, causing anything from retrograde amnesia to brain damage to straight-up comatose states or death, depending on the amount of electricity. Third, Lumos' brain and CNS consume a very large amount of energy and nutrients, meaning he either has to increase his daily intake to ridiculous levels, or cause his muscles to atrophy and possibly his bones to degenerate. He obviously does the latter, leaving Lumos very physically weak and frail.

Appearance- Of straight postured and confidence standing at a respectable 5'10. Build naturally thin, she's put on some muscle through a lot of effort. Certainly, nowhere as fit as many of her peers she's worked hard to get to where she's at now.
Her hair is a soft curly white that falls just passed her shoulders, while her face is rather unremarkable with blue oval eyes round freckle covered cheeks and thin lips. At least she boasts a bright and cheery smile.

Hero Costume-
Eupnea's costume is minimalistic. A white flowing translucent dress, almost as if a cape, around a sturdier undersuit. Paired with her support item, a simple yet effective white gas mask with goggles very reminiscent of a 'classic' superhero eye mask.
Mask- The main function of the mask is to allow her to exhale any gases she choices with ease, while still protecting her own lungs as she breaths back in. There is a small oxygen tank she carries at her side attached to the mask to increase its effectiveness, however, it is made to continue functioning without the tank if for whatever reason she needs it to.
The mask is also made to protect her eyes as many of the gases she produces can be irritants.

Personality- Nemeni is perhaps best defined as a pessimist attempting to be an optimist. Their first thoughts are always negative and can hamper their enthusiasm, but they're constantly trying hard to look on the bright side of things and see the best in people. Always trying their best in the shadow of doubt that clouds their brain.
They've never been particularly outgoing or sociable, but as they age they've grown confidence as well as skill.

Quirk Description- Able to transform their breath into any other gas that they understand the molecular structure of. The less complex the gas the more of it they're able to produce, so they tend to stick to producing pure elements rather than complex chemicals [example; helium, chlorine, oxygen].
Application- The three main things Eupnea does is 'smoke' people out of areas she doesn't want them in, to prevent them from hiding. Temporarily choke people out, generally to incapacitate them. And in rare and dangerous situations, create flammable gases to create fires or even large explosions. Theoretically, her ability could have a lot more uses if she continues to learn to create new and different gases she hasn't tried before.
Weaknesses- Unable to inhale the gases they create [assuming said gas is not lung safe for the average human]. Eyes can become irritated from their own gasses. Isn't strong enough for most physical fights so could easily be incapacitated. Neither is she particularly fast, so 'running' away is often not an option.

Appearance:
A pale male with striking gold eyes and pale pinkish-white hair, Arlo's golden eyes are often described as dead and void of any interest which makes it hard to read Arlo, at least read his face. Arlo's hair is disheveled and messy, parting on the left side of his head. Despite not looking like it, Arlo is quite well built given that his quirk isn't combat-oriented he makes sure to keep himself in tip-top shape in order to protect himself. Other than that Arlo's hero outfit is extremely casual, as on the job Arlo, "Doesn't want to stand out too much."

Personality:
Arlo can easily be described as a sly fox, by the few people who actually know his personality. Chaotic good is a good way to describe Arlo, kinda like a modern-day Robin Hood... except minus all of the bow n' stuff. Arlo does what he believes is right, he doesn't let stuff like rules or laws get in his way, believing that, "Doing the right thing shouldn't be dictated by a system." Adding to this silent rebel attitude that Arlo has become pretty cunning and sly. He isn't afraid to fight dirty or lie and manipulate others to get what he wants, though he's a good person at heart and only uses these methods against people who deserve it (villans and general assholes). No matter what Arlo's always got a scheme or plan brewing in his head.

Quirk Description:
Arlo's intuition (basically his gut feeling) far surpasses that of an average person. It's basically a six sense which acts as a sort of defense mechanism for Arlo. Arlo's quirk works in multiple ways, first, it warns him of any imminent danger (Kinda like spiderman's spider-sense) the accuracy of this differs from encounter to encounter though through training Arlo can strengthen this sense. Secondly is works as a pseudo lie detector as in the aforementioned gut feeling, while this feeling isn't always 100% like other aspects of his quirk Arlo can strengthen it through training, it can even help defend against quirks that cause hallucinations or illusions. Lastly, Arlo's intuition can, for a lack of a better term, highlight useful objects around him, giving them a slight pink aura. For example, if Arlo was locked in a room it might highlight a crowbar to pry open the door, there's no guarantee it's going to work, but Arlo's intuition noted it as being a possibility.

While not a combat-oriented quirk Arlo's intuition has some drawbacks, even if Arlo has no real control over his quirk overusing it can lead to some nasty side effects like migraines and even incapacitating him. And while it does warn Arlo of danger that doesn't mean he can always get out of the way, like he might know someone is going to shoot him but there's no way he's faster than a bullet. His mind might be strong, but he's as physically capable as an average quirkless person.
