Café Iwata
Yuki grew up to be the daughter of two local coffee shop owners, causing herself with all her beauty to be the main attraction of Iwata Café. Her mother scolded her several times that girls like her weren't meant to take such grace to a disappointing level; which in reality meant battling. It was because her mother had embarrassed herself when battling before, and doesn't wish to speak much of it again.
The problem was, Yuki got spoiled into some old Barbie sitting on the top shelf of a dusty cubby. She enjoyed the sound of battles and testing her limits, and her only key to solving her problem was finding a Pokémon. It wasn't until later on through many, many failed attempts that she realized Pokémon can't be lured out just by running at them. You needed to bond, have them trust you, and actually enjoy the idea of accompanying you on travels. When her mom found out about her failures, she constantly reminded Yuki to just drop the subject of Pokémon and live on as Café Iwata's next owner.
Yuki immediately felt down at her mother's words, feeling as if they were true despite the fact they weren't. Her father, who had been watching on the sidelines for a while, decided it was time to draw some lines and make new buds appear on flowers. He coaxed her into checking Pokémon museums, researching about the life of these creatures, and so much more. in present time, these aren't her exact hobbies or interests, but she liked them then because she needed them.
Heal Through The Bell
Eventually, to clear her thoughts, Yuki meets up with a Psychologist who's main goal was to calm her mind. Yuki didn't believe in rituals and black magic, or whatever else existed, however after a few puffs of mystic perfume mist, she felt new and awakened. The psychologist had played with Yuki's mind just as easily, toying with it and fixing the bent strands. "You should follow your heart, not your oppressors." That was all she needed to know that Yuki didn't have to be what her mother wanted. Yuki worked more diligently, not bothering to change herself to meet other's likes, and instead approached a Pokémon that would like her just by emotional connection.
A young Sneasel, Hisuian actually, crossed paths with Yuki and she had actually been frightened from the appearance of it. She never, at the time, saw a Sneasel that was different than the Johtonian one. A purple and white blur had rushed up to her when she fainted from the exasperation, and Yuki was soon taken cared of Ivy. When Yuki ended up bringing her first and most recent Pokémon home, her mother was angry. At first.
But Yuki could see the under lying sense of proudness, and approval right through her mother's gaze. Being ashamed for one's own actions should never hold back another person's dreams. in the end Yuki's warped relationship with her family healed and she was supported into becoming a fully fledged trainer. She still can be found working at Iwata Café too, though. Near current time, Yuki's parents thought it was best for her to take some time off and rest; get an opportunity to explore more types of Pokémon with a vacation. Yuki booked a spot, and...that was that for now.

Ivy
Sneasel | Keen Eye
Ivy is extremely rambunctious, most often leaving even her trainer's side to investigate things that interest her. If she needed to, she wouldn't mind lying to anyone of her actions. Her whole personality reflects one of a wolf; either you be part of a pack, or you go solo. She's more of a mix in-between, not knowing whether she wants to depend on other Pokémon or trainers, or be herself and just herself.

Envy

Envy is entirely malicious, and cranky Pokémon. There was no mistake when Yuki ended up naming him Envy in the first place-it suited him perfectly fine. Envy was the type to get extremely jealous when his trainer paid no attention to him, and would get into a heavy fit if ignored. However, when showing his own slight affection to Yuki, it might just be by weaving a flower into a bracelet, or something else that is simple.

Alexandrite
Pawniard | Pressure
Alexandrite is a very cold-hearted Pokémon, though even with his noble stance in armor, he can still be described as bold, daring, and loyal. He'd keep to his word, if he could properly speak, however he knows how to bend his own words through different meanings. Alex here is completely underhanded, working with the devil practically by how sly he can be. Yuki is one of the few that can calm him down and actually soften his violent heart.

Hope
Drampa | Berserk
Hope will always seem to father Yuki, a bright soul that can cherish her herself and motivate her to do anything. That is why Yuki named Hope, Hope. Hope can represent the will or wish to want something. Hope is mainly found in hospitals, for the ones who are decaying in their death beds. It is in Yuki's way to honor such horrible things, that she bestows Hope on this fellow Drampa. He has a switch personality, going from kind to highly protective and aggressive when someone hurts something he likes.

Juniper
Milcery | Aroma Veil
Juniper is an overly happy-overly sweet kind of Pokémon that has Yuki relying on her solely for comfort. When angry, her cream will taste mere bitter and dissatisfying. Yet, it is rare to find her mad, as Juniper sees a positive outlook on nearly everything. She is very expressive through her voice, however is not all that comfortable voicing herself with adorable sounds in front of random people.

Fennekin | Blaze
Cypress tends to long for Yuki's appreciation and praise-unlike Envy, she doesn't wish for attention itself. She is easily agitated and finds herself easily cooled down by simply letting anger out through battles. She has heavy mood swings, but through evolution her personality can clearly show that she matures on in the future. The more her temperament is raised, the more (oddly) better she is in so long the subject is competition.
