So I made a profile post about a thread; "I was thinking about making a thread about my random magic lore and stuff and offering help to those who want to create magic systems, set limits, or develop magic in their story but idk if I should or if it's necessary?" and I don't know where I would post it if I were to make it. Would it go better here in the tutorials or in the General Discussion ?

I'd say either Tutorials, or Roleplay Discussion & Advice might be a more visible location for it.
