I might do that..... Jinzo was the goal but can't accomplish it. I've got many cards and deck possibilities in Rl from the GX era involving one of those favored decks of mine, I'll likely end up doing one of those. I recall the Hero, Vechroid, Dino and Cyber decks of Alexis and Zane respectively rather well, Chumly and his koala deck. Bastion kinda mostly his water Dragon cards though. Amazoness is becoming a good possibility. Ancient Gear I've got as well.

What's funny is the new amazoness cards partially focus on something amazoness weren't good at before...field swarming. I like the new direction personally. Basically they're meant to let you get out your toolbox XYZ monsters and STILL use your normal summon for one of the more powerful/annoying amazoness monsters and STILL get out one of the fusion monsters should you get a polymerization in your hand. It's a really nice new direction for an underused archetype. :3c
Sweet! Great to hear they are taking this archetype and enhancing it with a new direction and wider playstyle. It's a archetype I love but it has limits, so now this news is awesome for me, if I ever decided to pull that archetype back into play somehow and like I'm planning to at some point. Yeah I agree it's definitely a nice direction for a under used theme deck. ^^
Sweet! I'd imagine rules might be the more difficult end for something new like your Rp idea. Or perhaps easy after reaching the final stages of creation?
Meanwhile Red-Eyes is becoming an...equipped based archetype...for some reason. Because that totally worked for the now completely irrelevant Noble Knights. Which nobody uses. Because they don't work. At all. Oh, and really the only reason Amazoness are being made into more of a field spam archetype is because of the weird new mechanic being introduced, link summoning. :p Still, the new cards are really good even before the link summon era hits...too bad they won't be out before then. xD One of them literally just special summons itself from the hand for free should you control an amazoness monster...any amazoness monster. Another lets you just toss any amazoness monster from your hand onto the field regardless of level. Oh, and now that FUTURE FUSION got unbanned the new amazoness fusion monster which is LITERALLY invincible to anything that doesn't bounce it to the hand or banish it is so easily gotten out it's hilarious. Also Future Fusion's back...that's a very terrifying thing.
They've taken Kaibas, Yugi's and Joey's decks to whole new and unbelieve levels since the original era ended. I've seen the red eyes and etc cards bits at a time and I'm astonished of where each archetype has gone. Haha
Future Fusion has been banned since the GX era since it allowed instant super powerful absolutely broken fusion monsters...and they just took it off the list. It is already being horribly abused. @.@ Also, Heros are getting more support in the form of Vision Heros...which just support other hero fusions by getting them out quicker. :p Link summoning is actually pretty simple...but also sad. Now there are only 2 zones for monsters summoned from the extra deck to go to, separate from the 5 main monster zones, and each player can only use 1 of them. ANY monster summoned from the extra deck HAS to go there unless you have out a link monster, which are basically like synchro monsters without the level specifications or need for tuners, and open up main monster zones for other extra deck monsters. It's...actually pretty broken. Oh yeah, now any synchro xyz or fusion spam deck is dead pretty much. Boss monsters are actually BOSS monsters now. xD Also red-eyes at this point are a bit of everything cool, XYZ lockdown, fusion beatdown, and...ritual summoning that nobody ever uses. :p

Yeah, I'm also the same way with the Superheavy Samurai, though the card that made me want more of them is... odd...
