Fandom Number Hunters (OOC Chat)

Gonna hold off posting for just a little bit. Not feeling the creativity flow right now.

Fun fact: I gave Yung "Yu" in the front as a reference to the protags, but made sure it couldn't be pronounced as "Yuu" because that's the friendship prefix reserved for actual protagonists.

If a card requires us to flip a coin how do we know if the person is telling the truth or not? Will we need someone who is outside the duel take a picture or video of the coin flip and upload it so that we won't call out favoritism or something like that on the coin flipper?

Also, if anyone is wondering why I'm not posting:

That's what we agreed on. The people in the duel are going to talk it out to get the winner of it. So there's no need for that.

But if any fight is undetermined, then it will never end as long as neither author backs down. Now imagine that two authors are using this fight to display how badass their character is. I think this problem is worse than two authors who never have their characters start an interaction, so they both wait for the other person to do something.

And that's why the duels will be talked out and the winner will be decided by the people taking part, so we don't have a never-ending duel.

Thats true. I just feel like it would be more fun to have an actual duel and not have one already predetermined because anything could happen.

First: If such a dilemma comes why not use the dice roll feature on the forum? (If it still exists) one half is face ( Say 1-3) while tails is ( Say 4-6) make sense?

Second: Honestly I kinda predetermined the winner in my head without talking about it yet. I was planning on having Ty lose his first duel in the Rp.

Third: If people wanted and took the time for it. They could do actual duels like that John outside of Rp. Piratepad or pm or even a thread made just for it, perhaps?

Just my thoughts however and opinion. I figured I'd share and see what's up

If you want to duel, then DevPro is a good tool.

BRB; going to watch Zexal while exercising to see if I can get out of this funk by getting my blood moving.

While your at it, I recommend watching "A certain Magical Index" if you have time.

I think the way I have it works better? So that way no one gets stuck in a duel that won't stop because either people writing out the duel doesn't want to back down and lose it. Predetermined duels will keep that from happening.

But I mean, hey, your choices?

-Should be watching Zexal, is watching Arc-V instead, whistles in the distance-

It's a bit confusing, but I think I understand it?

Personally, I prefer the original, GX, 5D's, and Zexal over it, but eh, it's Yu-GI-Oh. Might as well watch it.

I mean it sorta broke the game completely by allowing you to summon monsters from your deck ranging from 1-12.

Its a download online dueling site correct? Like Yugioh TDONE.

@ Kit and John

What's Pendulum Summoning? They keep adding new summons I see, but Pendulum summoning?

It's the newest way of summoning monsters in Arc-V. You need two Pendulum monsters in order to pull it off and it allows you to summon monsters ranking from 2 stars to seven all at once.
