Background: Donny Tello is the branch director and founder of the S.I.D branch of the Speedwagon Foundation. He is a confident man who puts a lot of trust onto his coworkers, enjoys working at a desk more than working on the field do to his weak back and knees, Orginizise every mission for the S.I.D and briefs the team at the start of each mission.
