Since no one's posted here, I guess I'll start.
Name: Sargeant Umber Willow
Age: 32

Role: Sargeant Willow is the commanding officer of the safe camp in which team ____ first assembled. He's responsible for managing missions, resources and refugees until the situation at the City of Vale stabilizes and a higher-grading officer or government staff shows up. Currently, his focus lies in getting as many students and civilians to safety as possible, and that means above all sending all visitors from other kingdoms back to where they came from.
Personality: Umber is the kind of person who falls back to rules and regulations whenever he senses peril, the fall of Beacon being one such example. He can be quite harsh to younger and lower-ranked people, always with their safety in mind, but he might soften up and even turn a blind eye if someone impresses him. He's also secretly a voracious reader and has a signed first-edition print of Ninjas of Love hidden well within his safe drawer, which definitely could be used as blackmail against him if someone finds out about it.
