Bug Notifications not showing until I click something on an rpn page

This was not an issue I had with Xenforo when it was the software the site used a few months ago, so I don't know what's happening. But, ever since the update, if I have this site on a tab while I'm doing something else, or if I'm typing a post, I get no notifications, but the moment I click on something on rpn, a bunch of notifs pop up that are almost always at least a few minutes old (if there was anything I needed to be notified about, of course). I end up delaying replies I would've already made otherwise due to this. Halp. :/

Same here. It doesn't show it on the little icon on the browser tab.

It's the software difference. The site I believe isn't always refreshing after a certain amount of time and so alerts aren't as persistant as they were with the last one, but you'd have to check with the someone on the admin team to be sure.

My recomendation would be to have another tab open along side your post and refresh it every few minutes so you are always up to date. ^^
