Notification System

On one of my HPRPs, several new characters were posted that I didn't get a notification for. It was set to get notifications, but it didn't. I suspected this has been happening since I made this thread (where Anomaly claimed the notification system was fine but the settings weren't, which isn't the case in light of new evidence), but I haven't gotten any evidence for it until now.

And nowhere in your notification history from the time they were posted do you see the threads?
