Yeaaaahhhhhh but that only searches for the page you're on. I just made this account and I've already got hundreds of notifications and I'm missing things the GM is saying while I'm sleeping and can't catch everything unless I sort through like... 10-20 pages of notifications >_<Well...
Not to suggest a workaround...
But many browsers have a search function that would help you do that from the main Alerts page in your screenshot there.
Personally I tend to be more interested in "what" (i.e., is it a like or a post) than "who," but to each their own.
it's more difficult than that... I like to chit chat in the OOC and because of that I like to see notifications of likes, or quotes and whatnot. That's what those functions are there for. But when a GM tags someone/everyone in a post located in the OOC and I'm asleep, people continue liking my posts, quoting me, mentioning me, etc. It gets a bit overwhelming trying to find important mentions, even if it's from the GM because they've been pretty active about posting and chatting with members. I think the notification system is a part of the fun and I don't want to have to talk to the GM and personally recommend them only post important things in a thread, then go mess with my notification settings just so I can find stuff that's important. I know that's a bit diva'ee but I really think it would help others in the way that it would help me.
