Bug Notif not appearing?

Dont kill me! XD Im just reporting what im seein! No complaints about the switch

Im getting notifs, but at the same time Im not. When I dont change to a different page on RPN my notifs wont appear till I hover over the Flag or Mail icons. If I switch pages, they'll appear instantly. Not sure if this is a bug or if the site is being slow with pushing notifs out.
