Realistic or Modern Not your average Cinderella Story

Hey Everyone!

I've recently returned from a super long break. I'm currently a 1L (1st year law school student) so my schedule hasn't allowed for much time to myself. However, I really miss writing creatively and want to get back into this.
I have been on this website for probably around 4ish years now (maybe?). I am a fairly detailed/advanced roleplayer, usually my posts are a minimum of 3 paragraphs, and I would love if my partner could match that. As I stated earlier, I'm in law school so my schedule is beyond packed, so I would really appreciate an understanding partner. I promise not to leave you hanging for too long if life takes over. I also like to create a friendship with the person I roleplay with, so it'd be nice if you'd participate in OCC with me (though if you don't, it won't preclude you from being my possible partner). I love plot twists, character development, and drama. I'm an open book so please ask me any other questions you'd like to know.

I like my partners to be involved with helping develop the basic plot, so my description below is very vague. Here's my idea for the plot:
I was thinking of doing like a modern day Cinderella story. Essentially my character is orphaned and left in the care of her aunt and uncle who clearly treat her cousins better than her. She is neglected and suffers some emotional abuse at their hands. Your character is her "prince charming". Our characters meet (I have a couple of ideas for how) and a relationship blooms.

If you're interested please feel free to PM me, introducing yourself, a little bit about your roleplaying style, and any ideas you may have for this plot. Maybe we can get on the same page and begin roleplaying. I look forward to meeting you!
