Not getting Pms?

I should have reported this the other day when my partner told me but for some reason I didnt. When I pmed him, I thought he never pmed me back. Turns out he did but I never got the msgs and thus RPN made him think that I wasnt around and thus I lost him as a rp partner since he's moved onto better things. I dont know if this was only me, but if others have experienced this pm issue and lost a friend then this isnt very good

Hmm, just double check your notification settings.  Make sure you have it so you receive the notifications that you want to when you receive PMs.  Check the PM and make sure you are receiving notifications for the PM as well.  If everything seems okay, would you mind reporting one of the replies from the message in question?  That way, the staff can view it in full.

The messages he was supposed to send never sent and thus I never got them. I talk to him now and I get them just fine and ever since the site got its new look I turned on every notif that I could. When you pmed me I got both a notif from the inbox as well as the notif box itself. Besides I wouldnt know what msg to report to you if I've been getting them now xD

Any one of them would have worked.  Once one response is reported, we can see the entire conversation.  Regardless, sorry to hear that you were experiencing problems with the inbox system.

Based on the screenshot, perhaps it is an issue with your friends PMs.  If you could refer them to perhaps send in a support request as well it might help us.
