Not Getting Browser Notifications

I started noticing this yesterday. 


When I look at my notification settings, it says I have browser notifications enabled. However, I haven't been getting any when I'm in another tab. I click back to this tab to check it every once in a while and there are notifications that never popped up anywhere on my screen while I was in a different tab. 


Is there any reason for this? Is it a known problem? Is it just me? 


Just seems odd... I was getting them before and it was a very helpful thing because it allowed me to multitask a lot easier.

Chrome 


I have always used chrome. 


And again, I was in a different tab when you replied and I got no notification of it until I clicked back to this tab.

try turning them off and then repeating these steps again:

Often times, when you are viewing a tab that is not from RpNation, the site will show a pause button.  This means that the notification system is paused.  It will not show notifications until you return to a RpNation related tab.  If that is the case, then it makes sense for the site not to notify you after a certain period of time.


If not, then I suggest doing as @Sunkissed suggested or to do a hard reset of your notifications.  Turn all of them off.  Save.  Turn all of them on.  Save.
