UNIFORMS
(All name-tags should be worn to the left of a worker's shirt.)
Basically, guys, the men's uniforms are almost completely black, except for the tie and the shoes, which are both a dark red, matching the store's interior. They don't have to wear the jackets, and can instead walk around in the black undershirt, but they must have them tucked in with a tie around the collar. Also, all men must be wearing the uniform belts (the white one you see in the picture of Kagari).
Now, the women's uniforms look exactly like the picture of Shion, below.

A NORTHERN LIGHTS EXPERIENCE
Alright! Ready for a rough idea of what it's like when visiting the Northern Lights establishment? Let's get started! First, when entering the building, to your left and right, you will immediately find the Women's and Men's bathrooms. These bathrooms are both equipped with two stalls and one sink. The men's bathroom, however, has two stalls with one urinal instead of two toilets, like the women's. The interior design is a very lovely one, a breezy aroma meeting with the visitor's senses thanks to electric candles plugged into the walls of each stall. Yes, there are mirrors, kept clean for you to see by the store's wonderful Maintenance.
Continuing further into the store, you will either be met by the famous and handsome Waiter, or the lovely, people-pleasing Waitress. Whoever it may be, you'll surely enjoy the warm welcoming they have to offer. After being greeted, the Waiter or Waitress will show you to your seat, handing you a ticket stating your table number, then they will direct you towards the Front Counter, where the Cashier can be found waiting to take your order.
Once your food has been ordered and paid for, the Cashier will ask for a name for said order, and the ticket stating your table number. Printing three receipts for the order (1 Customer Copy and 2 Merchant Copies), the Cashier will staple the ticket to a Merchant's Copy, which is kept for the store, then he or she will take the receipt to the kitchen, and place it to a small stick-board, which hangs on the right wall as soon as you enter into the kitchen. Whatever drinks ordered are made by the Mixologist, who is handed the second Merchant's Copy directly at the Front Counter, allowing the customers to watch, if they so please, while it is prepared. If the customer does not wish to watch their drinks be made, they may return to their seat, and wait for the Waiter or Waitress to bring them once finished.
Quickly, but carefully, the Dessert Expert and Cuisine Artist work to make sure that your meal is the most pleasing. They do not provide silverware as a means to keep the platter looking as untouched as possible. Instead, your tables should already have assorted silverware from the moment you sat down, usually given by the Waiter or Waitress. Once the food has been cooked, the DE or CA will call over their earpiece, worn by every employee within the store, except for the Main Boss, informing the Waiter or Waitress that (Order Name, Ticket/Table Number) is ready to be served. By now, you should be comfortable and enjoying your meal. Customers have the right to stick around in the store for however long they please, from open to close. Once closing time comes around, however, the Main Boss or Assistant Manager will politely inform you, hinting that you should get the fuck out.
Try to imagine the interior design to appear something like this:
