Last Name, Given Name
Nickname (what is shown on their name-tag during work)

Age, DOB (all characters should be no younger than 18 and no older than 25, except for Regulars) (Pretty much, the year is 2017, and anyone who is older than 18 or 19 has been working at the store for at least a year)

Background (most of your effort should show here)
- Dessert Expert
This is the role of the person responsible for baking and making all of the sugary and bitter desserts that the store has to offer. Desserts include cakes, pies, ice-creams and sundaes, cones, etc. and anything else the Expert would like to add to the menu, if he or she hasn't already. Remember to give the treat a fancy name reflecting the character's personality!
- Cuisine Artist
Any kind of food ranging from meats, vegetables, and breads (not involving cake) are made by the Cuisine Artist. Small pizzas, chicken breasts, ribs, and anything else you can think of as real food comes from this person. The Cuisine Artist basically deals with full-course meals that take up the whole of a plate, meaning sides and all. He or she has the right to add any meal to the store's menu, giving it a name to reflect his or her personality, just as the Dessert Expert and Mixologist.
- Maintenance Guy/Girl
This person is responsible for making sure that the store looks in top shape at all times. The Maintenance is the person who cleans the bathrooms, wipes down tables, takes out the trash, washes dishes, sweeps and mops the floor, as well as the lot outside. He or she can almost always be seen moving, since there's always something that can be done. Maintenance is relied on by everyone in the store, often referred to as the janitor at times.
- Regulars
Regulars. They are the most important part of the establishment. Without them, Northern Lights would not be, so it is important that they enter the building with a smile on their faces, and leave just the same. The Regulars are customers who pretty much visit the store every day, or every time they have the chance. They each hold relationships with the employees at the store in some kind of way, be it friends, family, or you know what. Any requests made by them must be met.

ROLES:
- Boss Danoram
This role belongs to me, myself, and I so that I can enforce rules and such within the RP, IC. So, with that being said... carry on below! When employees are taking their 30 minute break, the Boss is the one to run their station while they're gone, and if not him, then the Assistant Manager.
- Assistant Manager
This role is given to the employee with the best work ethic. You could say he/she is the Boss' favorite, but that's only how other employees look at it, while the Boss, himself, holds each one of them on equal standards. The Assistant Manager should look after the store when the Boss isn't present, basically telling people what to do, when they can go home once their shift is over, writing people up, fixing small mistakes and etc. If the cashier needs change for their drawer, the AM handles it. No other employee should ever enter the office and mess with the safe.
- Cashier
The cashier is the person, he or she, who rings customers up for their food and drinks after they are seated at a table by either the Waiter or Waitress. They take money, and they give money. The cashier also makes sure that whatever food is ordered gets relayed to the people in the kitchen. This is to ensure that the order is made. If there are any special orders, like a customer asking for the nuts on a dessert to be left off, the cashier is responsible for telling the Dessert Artist.
- Waiter and Waitress
These two workers are the first faces that customers see when entering the building. They should greet with a smile and a pleasant phrase to welcome a customer, then they are to show the customer to their seat. The Waiter/Waitress is to hand the customer(s) a tray of napkins, and assorted silverware for them to eat with after ordering their food at the Front Counter, where the Cashier stands behind the register. Once the food is ordered and paid for, the customers will return to their seats, and it is the Waiter/Waitress' job to keep them company from time to time while they wait.
- Mixologist
The Mixologist is the person who makes all of the specialty drinks ordered by the customers. He or she is usually stationed in the kitchen with the Dessert Expert and Cuisine Artist. Specialty drinks include smoothies, milkshakes, coffees, and more. The person writing for this character gets the honor of adding any imaginative drinks to the IC menu as they please. Just let me know, and I'll throw it in there. Remember to give the drinks a name of some sort that reflects the character's personality.
