Noligiv makes and sells damn near everything and joining their team comes with benefits and perks. That said if everyone has lightsabers and gauss rifles then there's not much of a challenge is there? Stuff is expensive and often requires batteries or ammo. Alternatively the most powerful items are generally "single use" items.
Laser swords for example are the strongest weapons created but they are expensive single use items with a time limit of three or five minutes. Can't just stock up on fifty of them and run into a army laughing.

Mandatory to all employees (especially those going off world) is the Nolichip,
a tiny chip in your brain that does a number of things...
Biggest takeaways here is it tracks you, offers instant translation and it is how you can buy things from earth while off planet.

Optional to employees is mutations/enhancement. Via science and technology noligiv can turn you into a human weapon. Twenty times faster, stronger and more durable then a regular human, these guys can make your skin bulletproof while also being as soft and smooth as baby fat. These guys can mix your DNA with that of a animal to create a deadly hybrid.
