Taking place in an alternate version of the latest singleplayer entry to the Fallout Series, the post apocalyptic Boston and surrounding environs of Fallout 4, interested roleplayers participating in this concept are free to create or modify both new and existing factions alike, as well as modify/create their own locations and lore. Most notably, as the title suggests... There will be no Sole Survivor, no one (wo)man army that can decide the fate of the wasteland, and certainly no Shaun. When it comes to limitations upon your creativity, I ask that you simply don't take the helm of a faction that unfairly outclasses everyone else or disregards the prior established lore entirely. The starting date will be October 23rd of 2287. To add a nice degree of unpredictability to this, settle disputes, and to help decide outcomes of actions, dice rolling will be utilized. Aside from a few initial events to get the roleplay started, I hope little moderation or controlling of NPCs by your's truly will ever be necessary.
