+Characters in the neutral character tab do not have to be roleplayed throughout the rp unlike the characters that will be in the original character creation thread. They can just appear occasionally


+When you submit a neutral character, they would essentially be npc's, in which, for the most part anyone can control him/her for small things, or plot development. However, in order to control others character check up on the other player to see if she/he is ok with it, either in the occ or pm. (Let's be honest, I just need more characters and I don't want to make all of them)


+Examples of characters that would go here are important family members, friends, or acquaintances. Civilians can also go here. Members of Apotheosis, and Truth Seekers, as well as other organizations introduced later in the rp.

Physical Description | An average 12 year old female, height is 5'1 ft, and her weight is 100 lbs. She is small for her age, and her posture is lanky, and figure is much like a stick. You can tell she doesn't really eat any balanced meals. Her hair is a dull brown, shoulder length which is mostly straight but curls slightly at the ends. However anything else about her appearance such as her face is unknown to others as she is always found wearing a gas mask, as well as carrying an old tattered stuffed bunny named Bagel.


Brief Description | A patient in the Dievin Psychiatric Hospital, being admitted there for 2 years already, after causing a fire in her previous home. Often causes ruckus and trouble to other patients.

Physical Description | She is at an average height for most females, being 5'6 ft, and has a slender body, making her only 117 lbs. She mostly changes her appearance on the fly, but she mostly keeps her hair long and straight, mainly dying it strawberry blonde, but the color mostly depends with her mood. The same goes for her colored contacts, which are normally gray. She makes full use of her money buying many clothes and accessories, making sure she's up to the latest trends, and is a fashionista.


Brief Description | She is a world famous model who is signed with Prima Entertainment which is renown for it's most popular entertainers, and she is one of them. She started when she was 15 and since then her popularity has only been growing.

Gender | Female


Physical Description | She is 5"9'. She has long red hair and wears glasses. She is usually wearing doctor clothes.


Brief Description | She was friends with Kari's parents before the incident and sees Kari as a niece. She is very close to her so she's one of the few people who believes her story. When Kari was admitted into the hospital she pulled many strings to get her as a patient personally. Whenever Kari leaves the hospital, she watches her son for her.
