No "color me" for smartphone

Y'know how there's three themes of RP nation. Default, night lyfe & color me. Well the phone has the theme, but nowhere to actually color the theme.

I see what you mean.  There should be a brush icon at the top, the way there is for Night Lyfe.  We'll look into fixing that.  Thanks for reporting it!
