Roles

Spoiler: Roles explained

Leader - A person thought to make a great leader for the group, to get them through anything. Generally, they are able to do all the tasks of each role. Having skills in each one.

Second-in-Command - This person was selected to be the leader's backup and also to be the peacekeeper of the group. They are usually very grounded and may even have an ability to calm others.

Chef - The person selected to be the cook of the group as they have some kind of skill for it, they should also be well versed in plants.

Tracker - This person has been imprinted with the locations of the other groups and the storage units. They are able to track the Lab and storage unit locations as they give off a strange signal to them.

Fighter - This person has high combat skills, they are either trained or their powers are stronger than the others.

Builder - This person either has a power that helps them build things, or they were very skilled in their previous life with building and structure.

Medic - The person with skills to heal others either by normal means or their ability.

Hunter - This person's skill is tracking and hunting down animals to survive. They could have been very skilled hunters from the old world or gained something from the experiments.

Power(Explain): Has the ability to identify all kinds of plants, telling if they are good or bad to be eaten by look, touch, and smell. Though sometimes it can make him kind of sick.

History: Gavin was following in his parent's footsteps to become a great Chef. He had just started working on his own TV show when he was suddenly kidnapped. His parents looked everywhere for him, but it was as if he just simply vanished from the face of the Earth. A part of him wished he had, then he wouldn't have had to put up with them injecting things into him. Making his already heightened senses increase to an almost overbearing manner whenever he is around plants and meats.

Name: Lena Charlotte

Age: 22

Power(Explain): Able to regenerate her body even close to death. The worse the wound the longer it takes and the more she needs to eat. If she doesn't eat in order to gain back her energy she will fall into a coma depending on how bad it was.

Relatives: None, but thinks of Autumn as a younger sister

History: Lena doesn't really remember much from when she was experimented on, only that there had been a lot of pain and one person telling her sorry. In the experiments, she lost both her hands due to the regeneration not working as it should have at the start. They replaced her hands with robotic prototypes that would move and work just as her normal hands had. They held hopes that once her regeneration powers were fully discovered her hands would grow back, but that never happened. Instead, Lena focused on doing what she could for the group she knew she'd be set up with. One of those members she actually met face to face. Saving her from her own parents who were trying to hurt her. The girl's name was Autumn and her parents seemed upset after thinking about the fact that if the world did end, they'd die and she'd likely still be alive. Lena made a vow to protect those in her group, they had all suffered enough!

Power(Explain): Able to copy any form of combat he has seen at least one time.

History: Caleb had volunteered to be experimented on in order to afford the bills for his mother who was stuck in the hospital and his trash of a father wouldn't help. The pain he experienced was nothing as long as his mother survived. He honestly never thought that the world would actually come to an end. He also didn't think that his younger half-sister would be swept into the mess, but he saw her one day being experimented on. He snapped angered at his father and fighting off the others to try and get to her and beg them to set her free. However, his protests were met with him being tranquilized and then locked away until the day he was put to sleep. He doesn't know if his half-sister even remembers him, but he hopes if the world does end and they all wake up...that he can find her...even if only to tell her sorry for not being there to keep her safe from their trashy father.

Power(Explain): Able to hack into any kind of technology left behind from the old world and take in the information, she is also able to sense the electric pluses of technology or things similar and gather that energy to put it to better use.

History: Milly and her younger sister were tossed at the lab, their parents didn't even ask for money simply leaving them with those people! Milly tried her best to protect her sister but it was hard to do when you end up passing out due to your mind being overloaded. When they first started on her it was like having a bunch of fire ants crawling around in her head. It was horrid, but as time went on she began to grasp her power and at one point she did indeed stop them from hurting her younger sister. Of course, by doing so she was punished and ended up in a collar that she for some reason couldn't stop. She didn't have to worry too much though as their training came to an abrupt in and they were cast into a sleep she thought would last forever.

Power(Explain): She is able to heal others with her blood. If the wound is super bad it takes more of her blood and that can make her weak.

History: Charlotte was only about 3 when her father stole her away and sold her to some rich family who had an older daughter. They were just happy to have another child but they didn't take into consideration that their original daughter didn't want some foreign sister especially not one with red eyes. Every single day Eve made Charlotte's life a nightmare. She even went as far as getting Charlotte kidnapped, Charlotte thought the people who had gotten their hands on her would return her for a large sum of money. However, they had other plans, and never again did she see her parent's faces. In the labs, she learned how things worked quickly and found out what to do to gain favor and not be put through too much torment. However, it did very little to make the pain from the experiments any better. Not to mention why did her power have to deal with needing to be cut in the first place. She never scarred so they thought it was perfectly fine to cut as deeply as they pleased, before finally tossing her into a cryosleep.

Supersonic voice waves, she is able to let out ear piercing screeches. Depending on the power put into them it can knock away enemies or make something pass out. But if she uses it for too long or uses it to the max she will end up fainting

History:Charlotte and Isabella were born to a very loving mother, who had pale white skin, hair, and brilliant red eyes. So imagine her surprise when her firstborn has black hair but those same striking eyes. Her husband found it hard to accept, saying he wanted a normal child. It struck their mother as odd, did he not love her despite how she looked? If he couldn't love their child who was almost normal then how could he love her? She didn't have time though to figure out such things when her daughter vanished. Her husband claimed he was doing his best to find their child. Claiming that he was so very heartbroken and wanted another child, she gave in. And soon gave birth to Isabella who was almost identical to her older sister. But the birthing wasn't smooth as it had been and their mother passed away shortly after holding Isabella. Her father was pissed that he had gotten another strange child, he handled all the procedures he needed before getting rid of Isabella. Not caring what happened to Isabella and such was how she ended up in a life of torment. Becoming an experiment for some project meant to possibly save the world. It all sounded like nonsense to her, but she didn't have to worry about it because she never saw the outside world again. Not until she woke up from her cold slumber.

History:

At first Autumn's parents had volunteered to be experimented on along with her and her brother. They thought it would be a breeze but they forced Autumn to go first since they hated her for some reason. When they watched Autumn suffering through very painful procedures they backed out and were told that since they had seen so much they'd have to live under the labs restrictions. However, they didn't care about that as they were paid a fortune. But once the end of the world started to actually happen her parents turned against her once again! Trying to hurt her and demand that she stay and her younger brother be put in a cryosleep so he'd survive since her life didn't matter. It hurt her a great deal and her parents were about to stab her again before a woman with almost golden eyes, super pale skin, and white hair ended up stabbed in her place. At first she panicked, knowing the woman who had just protected her was another experiment. After she had dealt with Autumn's parents, the woman explained her ability with a soft smile, while tending to Autumn's wound. The woman told her that her name was Lena and she was the leader of their group. That she would do whatever it took to make sure those of her group stayed safe even if the world was pitted against them, all while ruffling her hair. Ever since then, Autumn would do her best to try and hang out with Lena when she got the chance, before that were put to sleep.

Those he talks with are able to talk to him if he hasn't struck up the conversation first, but that's only if he notices them as their link to him is usually weak unlike when he connects with them.

History: Crystal thought her mother was getting a great job opportunity, little did she know that the new high-paying job involved her losing her sight! They had taken her to a bed and asked her to lay down, her mother telling her it was just simple testing. But then they strapped her down and her nightmare began. They were trying to enhance her sight, make it so she could see through any object, but it failed making her blind. however, what it did do was give her the ability to sense danger from a great distance. Talk about more torment because while in the lab is was constantly warning her and giving her migraines until she was able to finally take control of it...even if only slightly.

History: Blaire Rose had actually been rather close to her older half brother. They got along well and he helped her when their father decided to take things out on her and her mother. She felt super upset when Caleb's mother fell ill and was stuck in the hospital. What she found to be even worse was their father refused to help and the supposed end of the world was around the corner! She had gone to the place Caleb said he had a job to tell him about his mother worsening, but instead they did some sort of body scan and snatched her away to some lab. Testing on her and making her life a nightmare. The tests were painful and she ended up with such a high fever that her mind got messed up and she forgot certain memories. When she came too she found out that she wasn't the only one who had been whisked away against their will and experimented on.

Melody didn't understand why their parents had just dumped them at the labs. But she didn't have time to understand as they dragged them in and separated her from her sister! She had never been apart from her sister because her sister had pretty much raised her since their parents didn't seem to care. Thinking on that though, it began to make sense...they didn't want to deal with the two of them any longer, so much so they didn't even sell the two of them off. Melody only ever caught glimpses of her sister though there was one time, when they were really torturing her that all the lights and machines working on her shut down. Of course, after that she didn't even catch sight of her older sister again and she got worried. Hoping and praying nothing had happened to her and that she'd see her if they awoke in the new world.
