New threads?

So I'm making a new roleplay, and I can't find any of the sub-forms, such as the OOC or the CS page. Any help? Here's the link, if that helps:

In order to receive the forum format, you need to create your roleplay as a hosted project (requires 250 posts).  Your roleplay is currently as its own separate thread.  If you want OCC and character threads, you'll have to create them in the other, subforums under the fantasy forum and link them into your main thread so your roleplays can locate them easily.

Copy and paste the url (the link comes from the top bar in your browser) and paste it into the content on the main thread.

One last thing. In this rp, 




there is a roleplay menu button. Is this a hosted project? If not, how can I get a roleplay menu button?

That is a hosted project.   In order to have the roleplay button, you need to create a hosted project.
