Spring begins
A tree waves in the soft wind
Gently whispering that spring is coming
The tree tells the flowers
Who tell the grass,
Who tell the deer,
Who tell the lion,
Who tell the king of the jungle,
Who holds a meeting and tells all the animals,
So soon it came to be known that spring was amiss
And everyone got ready for spring; it came quietly and gently,
The leafs of the trees changed colors
They fell to the ground, new leaves appeared fresh
The grass turned green and the trees grew fruit
The plants became fresh, healthy, and produced goods of its own
All the animals cried for joy, as months passed away
With little old spring, everyone wept for they couldn’t wait
Until spring came to visit once more.
