He doesn't mind being joked around with, but, regardless, he doesn't enjoy being pushed around, and won't stand being insulted because of things like his biological or adopted family, his sexuality, or (ironically) his endless apologies. (His height is fair game though.)


Looks: Unfortunately, I do not have a picture of him at present. If you don't mind me making a very short description, Dan is a short (around 5"5 or so) blond, who constantly parades around in a red sweater. (I will have the picture of him as soon as I can!)


Past: Dan was put up for adoption as an infant, as not only was his family simply too poor, but the slums that his they lived in had become a breeding ground for all kinds of magical violence. Adopted by a mystic who wrote biographies pertaining to members of the magic community when he was about five, Dan was raised under a watchful eye at home. He went to human school to try and escape the problems that his adopted mother believed the magical community faced (violence and the like). When an incident occurred during one of his classes at school, his adoptive mother decided that it would be best for him to go to Eternal Academy, knowing that he would be safer and less of a hazard to other people if they were magical, too.

If someone were to break any of these rules in front of him, Cam snaps and attacks whoever did or tried to break one of the rules, becoming not only fearless but also merciless. He has no mercy for his enemies, and can be not only persistent but also deadly instinctive in a fight. Perhaps due to this, Cam can be overly friendly or protective over those he befriends of claims "Is his family", which can be to the point of hugging them, carrying them if they seem tired or upset, and very jealous when strangers are close with them. Despite him supposed to learn that all of it was real, and start training to become a Hunter at age 13, things did not go according ot plan. Unknown to the Silverblade family, Cam's would-be grandfather betrayed his family, and became something extremely rare, a Guardian. Not only that, but Cam's mother had worked together with her father to make sure her son wouldn't be brainwashed by the Hunters. Joe Castleberry, nicknamed the "Diamond Hurricane" by both Hunters and those of the supernatural, visited, along with revealing the truth of the supernatural world to Cam at the age of 10. By the time they found out, Cam's grandfather was able to train Cam in the ways of being a Guardian, someone who protected the supernatural from Hunters for 4 months. When his grandfather left Cam's home, they went to the location to kill his mother for treason. On their way, they were stopped by the old man, and used up his life to place an enchantment on Cam. This enchantment allowed the young boy to become a very weak warlock, however enabled him to use Air Blasts along with his Guardian techniques to protect his mother. The strength his grandfather had given him had not been enough however, and Cam found himself begging at the feet of his own uncle to not kill his mother. Seeing as the boy was the heir to both families, they gave him an ultimatum: Train and become a Hunter, or become a Guardian and let his mother die. Cam accepted, and after 5 years of intense training along with teaching, was given his first mission as a Hunter: Infiltrate New Eternal Academy, find out their secrets along with weaknesses, and under no circumstance let them find out his real identity.
