The Pun Tyrant
Einstein said that he didn´t know what world war three would be fought with, but world war four with be fought with sticks and stones. Thing is, it wasn´t just him: No one could have predicted what happened. By the mid-twenty-first century, the expondencial growth of our technology led to some unbelievable discoveries, such as the hidden third DNA strain in the human body. It seemed to be dormant, and attempts to stimulate it where pratically futile, until one group managed to trigger the awakening of the first superhuman, humasn with greater bodies that sometimes developed abillities. It was surprisingly easy to do, and they began spreading, which in turn awakened something else that was hiding, the world of magic.
Long story short, there was one bloody war, leaving the world on the brink of turning into a full wasteland, until a group "The atlanteans", the descedent of the ancient civilization of Atlantis, pulled their country from under the sea and declared it the origin of the third strand, and brought all sides of the war into defeat.
With the world pratically destroyed, the Antlanteans connected their country to the surviving cities where people would gather to join their civilization. But the problem of keeping all the superpowerful beings from growing even stronger and with their anger overthrowing the ancient civilization once and for all. So instead, the superhero system was created, allowing anyone with the will to fight to work keeping the order in the cities or go out to defeat the monsters created by the side-effects of the war

Atlantean Law
Atlanteans are extremely strict about their laws, since their entire society is based around their justice system. They have powerful policing forces and judges are key in the choice of their government. While more laws will be added to this over time, here is a sample of the Atlantean Laws to know

2. Forbidment Clause
A) All lower items are forbidden even to the council
B) Law breaching or innapropriate change
C) Theft
D) Distitution of Dignity
E) Rebellious Spirit
F) Fraud (giving false information during a formal compromise)
G)Unlicenced destruction or use of force
H) Council Disobedience or betrayal
I)Unlicenced large Ownership Trade

A) Judges are elected by the authorized voters of appropriate education of their sector every two years
B) Judges Select three new council members (with the three that were in the council the longest leaving) every decade
C) The function of the council is to approve of laws suggested by the populus, while the function of judges and other active members of the justice system, outside of the time of government selection, are to see to the application of these laws

127. Integration Clause
A) All integrated members of the Atlantean Society with lawful behavior enjoy full citzenship rights, except in the following instances:
-they are not allowed charges with public influence or potential risk of interfierence with the conclusions or process of the law system, outside of the excercise of the lawyer profession
-they cannot object to participating in wars that seek to defend the society
-they are not allowed to exercise their full species potential
B) All integrated members of the Atlantean Society with lawful behavior are permitted to, with council licence, form guilds under council regulation for the betterment of the city and unity of dispaired cultures
C) A territory for settling and repopulation in appropriate fashion shall be granted for the process of integration, this territory may expand from the original if approved by the council
D)All integrated members of the Atlantean Society with lawful behavior and adequate power potential are allowed to join the hero program
E) All integrated members of the Atlantean Society are forbidden from any difamation or hostile behavior against the council and associates, under charge of treason without public trial
F) When in trial, All integrated members of the Atlantean Society with lawful behavior are permitted to request a lawyer of their own guild or an atlantean one

128. Guild Clause
A) Guild can be formed by any group with sufficient members, a representative leader and a proposed official function in the name of the whole Atlantean Society
B) Every guild is subject to Council orders and regulation
C) Guild leaders are required to obey the Council
D) Any individual can only belong to a single guild at a time
E) guild workers get paid 75% of the normal paycheck for their occupation (except for heroes), should that occupation match that of the guild. The guild leader receives the remaining funds as their paycheck
F) guild leaders cannot hold a different occupation than that

B) A hero can act against any internal or external threats, using violence if necessary, but solely for the protection of the Atlantean Society and the Council

Power types and the Atlantean Might
There are many origins for the several kinds of unique powers in the new Atlantean Society, but they can separated into seven categories in terms of origin:
1.Third Strand
Humans that possess an active third stran constitude most of the new society. Their powers come from the interaction of their thrid strand with the world around them.
2.Pure Atlantean Blood
Pure Atlanteans are gifted with mysterious unique powers similar to the third strand, and thought to be in it´s origin
3.Belonging to a certain Race
Particular races possessed many unique traits to them, some of which are still possessed by them even if the race´s powers are contained by the Atlantean restriction fields.
4. Magic
Some were capable of using a particular form of magic and spells, pratice which may still be kept to an extent
5. Psychic Powers
Some were born were natural psychic powers or develop some that allow them to stay for an after life on this Earth, becoming spirits or ghosts.
6. Idols
The atlantean idols are imbued with ancient unexplainble powers. Pleasing them with prayer may grant one blessings that become the source of their power
7. Special Tech
Sometime, tech alone can be someone´s power
The might of the Atlantean Society was based on the fact that they alone could wield all this power as one singular entity, super advanced, and thus no invidual group posed too much of a threat
