Finally posted my first character sheet. ^^ I'm not very good with coding in general, so it's not fancy-looking, but I always tend to write a lot so I guess that makes up for it.

I'll be working on my second character sheet for the male twin hopefully later today. I probably won't finish it and get it approved until sometime tomorrow, though. I've got quite a bit to do today (sadly).

monochromegalaxy Thank you! ^^ I love my twins and use them for as many RPs as possible. I have been able to successfully juggle four different characters in the other RP I'm in right now and each character has a very different personality from the other, so I constantly have to jump between personality types there. I'd like to think I've gotten quite adept at balancing different characters in RPs. Hence the picture in my signature.

Haha, well we all RP differently and have our own strengths and weaknesses. I tend to overuse commas in my posts for one. monochromegalaxy

Lioness075 Relatable. Got too many of those too pff. Somehow, I can't get any emotion in my writing. Like, I sound like some bored narrator reading off some badly written biography haha

monochromegalaxy I find that adding emotion into my writing tends to involve a more detailed description of the character's facial expressions and how they are moving about in the scene. Describing the environment, specifically things that your character would take note of, can also bring the reader into your narrative more so than simply stating, "He walked into the lobby and sat down" versus saying, "He entered the lobby, relishing in the bright atmosphere of meandering patrons and vibrant attire. The animated mood around him elevated him and he could not resist a smile, as he entered the crowd and began to mingle among the patrons."

I know another bit of advice that I had to apply to my own writing when I first started off was to be less blunt in what I stated. I am a very blunt person overall and my communication with others is often stunted by it. My writing used to be very bleak and melancholy, the typical dark and moody stuff you expect from a stereotypical teenager writing fanfiction lol. So, the more detailed you can be in your posts, the more emotion and experience your readers will get out of it. ^^

I'm currently drowning in neuroscience video lectures after classes got canceled due to the winter weather (lol, I only got light rain in my area and the usual chilly weather for this time of the year, but not complaining about classes being canceled). I just wouldn't mind a RP break from the nervous systems and regions of the brain...
