In a world where genetic manipulation is available, some people still choose to leave their children in the hands of fate. Unknowingly, they gave mankind a chance for the last stand.
NeverLand is a testing facility that launched with intrigues and interest from many. The lab itself is driven by eugenics, devoted to give promising parents their dream child. They propose to ensure that the children will possess the best and chosen hereditary traits from their parents.
Not long after the facility began, their success was immediately spread far and wide. Their doors are always flooded by couples, mostly young and the elite, in hopes of a brighter and gold-stained future. The co-founder proudly stated that this will be the start of a new era.

They call them the NeverLand children. After the start of the "first symptoms," the testing facility had mysteriously been abandoned. No trace of life, or of the previous employees were found. How could they? The staff never showed their faces, they always had a mask on. How could they not notice? The children born through the manipulation grew up strong, and healthy. They lived up to their parent's wishes, being one of the best on the areas their parents had chosen, despite some of the unavoidable flaws the genetics had caused. The dream was short lived though, for upon reaching their twentieth "birthday," they suddenly started to act strange. They became more aggressive, more violent. They started attacking, creating a community for only themselves. They never age too, as some had noticed. The NeverLand children had started a new race, and the others had to stop it.
