  This takes place in a modern world city, in this world monsters have been driven out of their homes and hunted by an organization of Rangers called the Guild. The Guild hunts supernatural beings to bring them to an end, ultimately making the human race the dominant race of Earth.

  
  
  

  The two main characters this story follows are a vampiric female character by the name Cyren Frost (pronounced sea-wren not siren) and a ranger male character by the name of Nadir Sader (pronounced nah-deer) who become unlikely allies after a somewhat expected encounter that changed into something neither expected.

Arcarius, unlike many other of the Guild had been adopted by one of the most respected members at age eight, while others had simply been born into it. He was raised under the tutorage of Chivalry Zalius, the master bowman and head assassin of the guild. He's more often than not seen as a bastard by the rest of the guild, and grew up through beatings and abuse through not only his training, but his peers around him as well, save for the few that, like him, where brought in from the outside. Arcarius, like his 'father' is now acting as an assassin for the guild along side Chivalry, taking out persisting targets that are considered to be 'dangerous to humanity.'


Not much is known about his past, save for the fact that Chivalry saw within him something that no one else did. As to weather he remembers it himself, no one knows. Though one thing is sure, ever since he was brought in, he's always been different than the others, not just because he's an outsider, he's always been just that much faster than the fastest person, just that much stronger than his peers. He'd even learned simple forms of what Chivalry reffered to as Gale magics. In fact, it was said that his 'artifact', a gift given to him by his father, would only react to him, and that when that time came what he could unleash would be unstoppable. It was something within him that no other in the guild had, and for that, a great deal of the guild hated him.

Personality

Arcarius is a rather reclusive person, not bothering to talk to most. He opens up to very few, but will gladly give his life for the few he decides to call his friends.

Dislikes: Most non-humans, a great deal of the guild

Strengths/Weaknesses

Strengths Quite strong for a human, adept in the art of stealth, reactions are faster than most, can take extreme physical damage (though still very much mortal), able to access a type of magic that humans other than Chivalry has yet to master.


Weaknesses: Mentally unstable, still human, (things that would instantly kill a human would kill him), the magic he learned from Chivalry is highly unstable.
