Neutral Characters!
This page is going to contain a few key characters which will be introduced throughout the course of the RP, and many of them will make recurring appearances as well. Some of them may even stick around for the long haul, but that depends on how evil I'm feeling in regards to their lives.
So here is a short (though growing list) of characters we're going to meet as the RP begins and progresses!
* The Dragon Squadron - Osean Ace Squadron
The Dragon Squadron is the dominant Ace Squadron of the Osean Air Force, and its current pride and joy. Their pilots are the best of the best, and Aces in every respect. Despite that, they are all rather down-to-earth individuals without huge egos and who enjoy nothing more than interacting with their fellow pilots, regardless of skill level, and enjoying causal reconnaissance cruises above all else while in the air.
They are, however, the fiercest Squadron you'll meet in Osea as well. Once they are drawn into combat they are deadly serious and execute their plans and flight patterns with pinpoint precision. Their ability to read each other's movements and subtle flight variations makes them a near indestructible force in the air, and even making it behind a single member is a nigh impossible feat as the others are always watching out for each other and within visual range.
Captain: James "Dean" Morisson
They have perfected what it means to be an Ace Squadron, and one bit of classified information is that the only one to best them during a challenge simulation flight was the Mercenary Pilot known as "Blaze." Not only did Blaze defeat them in score, but he shot them all down one by one and only received a single bullet graze to the left wingtip. Outside of command, nobody knows this fact.
* Base Commander - Aerino Air Force Base
The Base Commander of Aerino Air Force Base is the "Emperor" of the Base itself. His word is law, and everyone in his presence is subject to his whims. Thankfully, he's a reasonable veteran of warfare and knows the horrors of what it brings. He sees no joy in sending troops and pilots out on a daily basis, even for reconnaissance, as he knows there's always that chance they'll run into trouble and never come back. Were it up to him, all reconnaissance missions would be flown by unmanned aerial vehicles.
His name is Commander Seth McClellan, and he has been a soldier through and through for over forty five years. He's earned his place, and he's earned the respect which all others have for him on his Base.
* "Belka" - ???
The identity of this pilot is entirely unknown. The only hint as to this pilot's alliances is the fact that their plane, thus far an unidentified experimental aircraft, is painted with the national colors of Belka. This pilot does not fly for glory, honor, or pride. They don't fly for any governments or military forces, leading many to wonder where the plane they fly came from and who made it.
This pilot is exactly as marked above... One big question mark.
* Enseigel Squadron - Estovakian Ace Squadron
This is the top Estovakian Ace Squadron. Known for their brutality in the skies and their relentless and merciless style of ganging up on their enemies in ambush fashion, they are highly feared by the average pilot. It contains a total of twelve members, each one a true Ace in every respect. All the pilots fly the YF-23A Blackwidow II, the sister plane of the F-22 Raptor.
* "Bumblebee" - ???
Bumblebee is just like "Belka" in that the pilot is a complete unknown. No records, an unidentified experimental aircraft, not pictures, no known associates... Nothing. Bumblebee flies a bumblebee emblem on their tail, and the paint scheme of their plane is black with a single yellow strike running diagonally across the center from the slates of the right wing to the flaps of the left.
