Bromo Getrektus
a l w a y s s l e e p y
Hey. By need, I mean want ^^ Right now I'm kind of in a ditch as to what I should draw. Last night/at 3 AM I used my mom's tablet to draw something. I love it so much more than traditional drawing, but I have no idea what to draw. I'm hoping that if someone gives me an idea I can put that into something.
Just a few notes:
This is free. You can use it for whatever you want, as long as you don't claim it to be yours. But I do not promise to make anything, because, again, I'm low on motivation. Don't depend on me to have a deadline, but I'll try, really.
I mostly do portraits. I'm absolutely terrible at drawing animals, last time I checked. Bodies are also a little difficult, so I avoid it, but I can draw a full body no problem. My example is what I usually do.
You can be very specific. I draw in detail and create backgrounds for every piece. If you're using it for a character, give me a hint to their personality or special clothing items. The more detail you give me, the better I can recreate what you have in mind.
I have a very specific style-- almost always 'x' and '+' as pupils, and a curved lid, along with a simple, defined mouth and nose, and sometimes circular eyebrows like pictured below(it's easier). If you don't like this style or prefer another(Tim Burton, Disney, Anime, etc.) just provide a picture example of that style, and I'll try to replicate it.
I'm terrible at backgrounds. I don't know what it is. I just am.
This is the one I created last night(this morning?):
I used Autodesk SketchBook. It took me around two hours(I was tired D. It's focused on a pastel theme versus my usual monochrome in traditional drawing. Blending was difficult without a blur option(I had to use the spraypaint tool, carefully). Also, I just realized the eye brows are different colors xD I was trying out shades that didn't match the hair. oml
Update:
Happy Halloween.
