Background:
A native of Des Moines, Iowa... Rolf Brändle born to a German-American father and a Canadian-American Mother attended the university of Iowa before enlisting in the army at the age of 22 after graduating from the university. During his time in the army rangers, the young man learned of his parents deaths, the murder of his sister and the extreme change in his brother that led the elder brother to joining a rising militia that terrorized different parts of Iowa. Rolf meanwhile spent four years in the rangers before being recruited into the ranks of NCIS after his service was up in the army, using his growing skills and natural ability to blend in and going off grid, Rolf started off in the undercover operations unit of NCIS.

Now personally, Rolf hasn't had the greatest thirteen years but he's had some good ones. Years in the undercover operations can leave a man under quite the spell, full of challenges and difficulties, demands and lines, witnessing as much as one does first hand like that, quite the life to endure and after four years in the army as part of the special forces division means Rolf definitely has his troubles but he's learned to cope in different ways, some self destructive and others that have you work/workout til you literally drop...... Take your pick.

But he's alive and has enjoyed life in Hawaii... I mean really who wouldn't? It's paradise and compared to his beloved home state of Iowa, it's quite the change of scenery. The Iowa native and die hard Iowa Hawkeyes fan, Rolf has done well in this life as a special agent. He's been through a lot though as one could imagine and has seen numerous close calls between the army and NCIS and one self described and close to the vest topic known as "Legend Alpha Rom" a betrayal and double cross that left Rolf near dead and shattered emotionally, he doesn't talk about it, he doesn't complain, instead he buries it deep in a tight lid enclosed bottle so to speak and keeps moving.

By now he's somewhat of a senior agent though don't let that fool you. He's a handful with a mouth and worrisome, concerning when he's quiet. Still a good agent but has his issues that keep him grounded and from further promotion not that's he looking. All in all he's well versed in combat, tactics, ops and history with enough hobbies and talents not related to his job that offer him a assortment of ways to help maintain some inner peace during troubling times.

Appearance Description: Savannah has a youthful appearance, often getting mistaken for being younger than she really is. She has an oval face with soft facial features besides her well-defined cheek bones. She has quite a bit of freckles dashed across her face, especially on her nose and cheeks. Her eyes are sage green mixed with hints of brown, framed by long dark eyelashes. The nice tan of her skin just goes to show how much time she loves to spend outside. Personality: Savannah can be quite the enigma to most people, as she only lets you see certain sides of her depending on how much she trusts you. In general, she’s kind-hearted, but she knows better than to let people take advantage of that. She nearly always has a smile on her face or a hint of a smirk as she’s constantly thinking on her feet. Stubborn would be an understatement when it comes to her. Savvy will not back down if she’s believes strongly in something: that goes for ideas as well as people. She can be a bit rough around the edges, coping an attitude or using sarcasm to cover up her true feelings as she hates to show vulnerability. Taking orders isn’t one of her strong suits, as she has been known to challenge authority if she doesn’t agree with what she is told. She walks to the beat of her own drum and will not let anyone change who she is. Savannah gives everything her 100% effort, often leading to her burning out if someone doesn’t step in. Background: Savannah Coldwell grew up in a military family. Her parents were both in the Marines, which is how they met. Her older brother, Michael, joined as soon as he turned 18, and she knew that was expected of her as well. As much as she loves her country, the Military wasn’t exactly where she wanted to spend her whole life. Deciding to honor her family despite her desire to go to college, she enlisted at the age of 18 fresh out of high school. She served for 3 years before being honorably discharged due to injuries she received from an IED explosion caused by a suicide bomber. She was sent to Germany for surgery to remove shrapnel from her left shoulder and left side just bellow her ribs as well as some small cuts/scrapes. Luckily she had been far enough away from the explosion to not be hurt worse. The doctors had been uncertain at the time if Savannah would ever get full range of movement back in her shoulder which is why the Marines discharged her and sent her home.
Being back home, the 21 year old wasn’t sure what to do with her life. Civilian life bored her, leaving her on edge. She wanted to help people and get back to serving her country. Though at 18, she would have been grateful for an excuse to get out, she now felt a sense of duty. Hours and months of physical therapy got her back to nearly perfect shape, but the Marines still wouldn’t take her back.
Savannah didn’t let that stop her as she applied to the New York Police Department, easily getting accepted. When working as a police officer, she took online classes towards getting her college degree. It was stressful and left her with little time to sleep, but in her mind it was well worth it.
After working as a police officer for 4 years and finally completing classes to get her degree, she decided that she wanted to move up in the ranks. She put her application in for the FBI, CIA, and NCIS. Ultimately, NCIS was whom she wanted to work for, and she was relieved to say the least when they offered her a position working out of their New York field office. She was there for only 1 year before applying for a transfer, still feeling too claustrophobic in the city. She was sent to the Hawaii field office and found herself loving it there.

Weapon/Weapons: Her weapon of choice both for work and personal use is the SIG Sauer P226. She also owns a Beretta M9 that she uses as her backup weapon. She keeps a small tactical knife on her at all times.

Bio: Kristina was born and raised in Los Angles, California by the parents Jason Blackburn and Jessica Blackburn. She had a good childhood from what her neighbors would say due to both of her parents looking happy and the beautiful house they lived in it was all a lie, they never really see what goes on inside the home. Her mother was a kindergarten teacher at a local school and her father was a lead detective for the LAPD, they are both good people but, her father did things to Kristina that she can never forget.

It was one night her father came home and he was drunk and it was her parents anniversary as well, her mother was out working late on a Tuesday as always and her father doesn't work as late. When her father is drunk he is a whole different person, his abusive and becomes sexual to his old child and that child was indeed Kristina. She tried to fight him off but he overpowered her and plus Kristina was only 11 years old age. Thankfully her mother interrupted and called 911 and that saved her life.

Since then it just her and her mother moving from place to place and it was best for her. When she turned 13 they settle down in Miami, Florida and they moved on from their past. Her mother thought it was a good idea to go to self-defense classes just in case she gets taken or anything happens and that's exactly what she did and she felt more self than ever going to the classes and learning new things. Later in her year, her mother found someone new and she had another baby which was her younger brother Matthew and all she wanted to do was protect him at all cause and her and her small family were living happily ever after until she turned 17.

After graduating high school she pursue her career and went back to her hometown to go to a school called UCLA to study criminal justice. She wanted to study law because after her experience with her father and her almost being raped it changed her a lot and she wanted to stop that crime from happening in other parts of the region. After getting her degree she went into training for the LAPD and she successfully passed and got hired.

After going up a rank from another rank, from a small-time cop to detective and her undercover ages she decided that she wanted to try something new and get passed the LAPD even for being there for 4 years of her life. After submitting to multiple agencies such as the NCIS, CIA, FBI, she picked one that really stands out to her and that was the NCIS. Now still in the NCIS and she is still enjoy saving people today.

He then joined the FBI and served with them for a three years, before joining the CIA a little while after.

Life went on like this until his father died of mysterious causes, spurring James on to find out why. Turns out he dug too deep, and was discreetly laid off. It wasn't put on his record, but still. He had no job, a wife who was expecting, and a bad taste in his mouth. Then, he got a call. One of Emma's relatives approached James with an offer to work in the NCIS in Hawaii. Seeing as he enjoyed serving his country, James gladly uprooted feom Virginia and joined the MP. He recently transferred to the NCIS, thus earning his nickname.

Lillianna is a pretty simple spirit to understand. Both parents born in Ireland, her roots are incredibly important to her as well as the Irish language, Gaelic. She curses in Gaelic when she's frustrated, and her light Irish accent makes it that much more amusing to hear in the middle of the business day. Her work inspires her to keep pushing forward and keep improving herself, that way she'll always be one step ahead of the bad guys. Refusing to call them criminals or killers, Lillianna is often viewed as childlike and naive, despite her extensive understanding of people, their psychology, and their physical behaviors. She knows all too well that people are liars, but she prefers to give people the benefit of the doubt. Innocent until proven guilty, yes? She's a kindhearted soul who loves animals, flowers, and peace. Not the typical agent, Lil focuses on the scientific and analytic aspects of her job, although she is capable of doing what she needs to in order to protect her squad mates.

Biography
Life has been...interesting, to say the least. Born on May 23rd, 1989 to Geordie and Ailyssa O'Brady in Kapolei, Hawaii, Lillianna was quite a difficult child as she grew up. Not because of bad behavior, but because of her intelligence. As she grew older and attended school, Lil constantly brought home tally marks, tardy slips, and, a handful of times, detention scraps as well. This was due to her nose's presence among the inside of holders of knowledge and stories, thrills and excitement, all in the form of black lettering upon the wonderful product of leaves - in other words, she was reading during every free moment of every day. It's preposterous how young minds like hers are punished for such an act, despite her ability to keep up rather well in her classes as she did so. Nonetheless, the bookworm continued with her ways, acing her classes as she did so. Eventually, the school system didn't care what she did, as long as she was succeeding in her studies. It was during that time that everyone, including herself and her family, discovered that she suffered from primary Raynaud's Phenomenon. However, it wasn't difficult to manage - keeping warm wasn't too difficult in Hawaii. As she aspired through school, her father (who had become a U.S. citizen, as did her mother) joined the United States Navy, eventually reaching the position of Commander by the time Lil graduated high school. Her mother, on the other hand, stayed home and kept Lil company, raising her into the bright young woman she came to be at the end of high school.

After graduating valedictorian, Lillianna pursued her studies in psychology, behavioral analysis, and the study of humans as a whole, changing her last name to Brady as she did so (school systems never liked symbols within people's names, and that bugged her, so she changed it legally to Brady). Ever since her Daidí* joined the Navy, she wanted to help people as well, but in a way that was better suited for her pacifistic preferences. After completing more college courses than necessary for her degree, she began her career as a behavioral analyst for the FBI, all the while continuing school, since multitasking was easy for her. It was an exciting career for her, despite not being a field agent. Quickly becoming one of the best in her field, Lil desired a scenic change. Working with the FBI involved going all over the States, and she wanted to stick in Hawaii for the time being, so she took a small, few months break from the FBI to consider her options. However, not long into her break time, Ailyssa O'Brady was found murdered in her home by robbers. Reaching her old home within hours, Lil found NCIS at the scene of the crime and began frantically asking them questions, begging them to tell her what happened. She told them about her Mam** and everything that could help in the investigation, but only felt partially better when the culprits were caught. At that moment, she understood that she was going to join the Naval Criminal Investigative Service.

Daidí was proud to hear that Lil had joined NCIS and took time off to mourn for his deceased wife with his daughter before heading back to the seas. Lil joined NCIS as soon as the funeral period for her mother ended, excited to be helping prevent events like what happened to her mom to happen to other mothers or fathers, sons or daughters. She's been at it for two years, but it hasn't changed who she really is - a pacifist behavioral analyst that prefers saving lives versus taking them. Nonetheless, with her guitar and her various teams throughout her service, she's planning on fulfilling her goal before she dies.

Put her on a crime scene or in a fight and she can handle herself better than most. She is a trained and naturally talented investigator, who excels at figuring things out from relatively few clues. Her biggest weakness is interactions with witnesses and victims. She has trouble being comforting or reassuring and is too often read as intimidating. She is however a well trained and practiced interrogator, and can crack most suspects within a few hours. The one real tip for peaceful interactions with her is to not surprise her.

Background: Her childhood was to say the least, not good, although it was not abusive at least. To begin with her mother died in childbirth, and her military father stayed active in the military throughout. He was a general with inherited wealth so he could afford to pay people to take care of her, but for the most part after the first few months he had her taken care of by a part time nanny on the military base. The nanny was a good man, a civilian married to an active duty soldier on base who took care of kids who didn’t have a civilian parent. Up until school age she was mostly raised by this man and her father took care of her in off hours. As soon as she was old enough to start school she was sent to a comprehensive military boarding school that covered elementary school through to high school. For the first few years she returned for every break, but eventually she stopped coming home at all, even attending summer sessions throughout much of middle school and all of high school.





This put her ahead enough that she graduated high school at age sixteen, at which point she moved on to West Point. She progressed at the same steady pace, and was expected to go on to become an officer like her father. However an instructor saw her reluctance and talent with heavy rifles and instead pushed her into sniper training. She graduated at age twenty, and the next decade or so of her life is technically classified. Albeit much of it was only classified after the fact to protect her, in the aftermath of an event that badly injured her. While she was recovering she decided she was done, and after what she had managed to do nobody was going to stop her.





She was honorably discharged, and for a couple years she was mostly aimless. Then an old friend in the navy reached out to her. Somebody from her old squad had gotten in trouble and was proving to be very adept at disappearing. Unfortunately the nature of the trouble involved the navy and NCIS as well, which generated an inter-service bureaucratic clusterfuck. She was called in to help defuse that situation and track them down, which she did. That mess gave her a taste for the work and she went away to get official qualifications. This took a few more years and longer than she would like, particularly because there really isn’t much in the way of specific ways to train for it. She picked up two two year degrees in criminal and forensic investigation before she went back and reapplied. When she did so she didn’t bring up her past military experience or the time she had worked with NCIS previously, and while both came up in her background check, both were kept fairly hush hush. Only a couple people involved in hiring her and her boss _____ actually know, and most others think she is a very green untried investigator, with only paper degrees. She specifically pushed for an assignment to Hawaii’s branch because she was tired of mainland politics, and was officially assigned there recently.





Weapon/Weapons: She is an efficient and effective fighter in CQC and with most modern firearms. She couldn’t go toe to toe with a truly dedicated martial artist easily because she has split her attention, but she remains dangerous. The weapon she is truly skilled with she doesn’t like to use anymore, although she still has one. For common use weapons she carries one external hip holstered 9 mil glock that she doesn’t carry ammo in or for. It is essentially a decoy weapon. For actual weapons she has a lower back holstered Kimber eclipse loaded with .45 rounds, along with another that is shoulder holstered. She also has a Kimber micro 9 eclipse in an ankle holster or a boot holster depending on what she is wearing. She also carries several knives in various places on her body, varying depending again on what she is wearing. She also keeps lock picks along with a few other tools for various purposes. Generally she has something for most bad shit you can reasonably plan for, and a few things you can’t. It helps that all of her suits are specifically tailored to allow her to stash a number of things on her person without it being obvious, along with providing a number of clever pockets. To add to all of this, if she has her normal car it also has a number of tools stashed.



Quirks: She likes to over prepare for any situation she knows she is headed into in advance, a holdover from her military career. She generally hates being surprised or unprepared. The rest of her quirks are less easily observable. Well there is one thing, a slightly odd gait that would only stick out if you were carefully observing her for one reason or another. Not a limp per se, but her step is slightly heavy and slightly oddly placed.
