Despite his young age, Carlos has a full head of pure white hair. Years spent leading the Spanish Rebels has given him a lean, muscular figure and he is missing the 2 end fingers of his left hand.

Likes:
Considers himself to be a historian, specifically Spanish History and Europe as a whole to a lesser extent. He is obsessed especially with the Spanish Armada that sailed against England in 1588 and the Knights of Santiago, a religious military order from the 12th Century.
Dislikes:
Carlos harbors a simmering hatred of America for its actions in the Spanish/American War, as well as a barely controlled contempt towards Rome which he believes has grown as soft as the former King of Spain.
General Personality:
Carlos is a hard man, rarely smiling and always working. He is obsessed with bringing the Spanish Empire back to its former glory and will gladly sacrifice or kill anyone that stands in his way.
